Camere pulite ogni giorno Terrazza e servizi (palestra/sauna) di buon livello Zona di Istanbul perfetta per girare Sultanhamet e molto vicina al Tram, pur tenendosi a distanza così da non essere nella confusione Colazione Continentale molto abbondante per quanto riguarda il salato, molto poco varia per il dolce. Poche alternative vegan se non latte vegetale e pane Caffè e marmellate veramente cattive. Le stanze se ad un primo sguardo possono sembrare perfette presentano delle imperfezioni che vedi solo dormendoci ( luce dell'armadio che non si spegne se non scollegando la corrente, comodini a pericolosa distanza dalle testate del letto, frigobar che mandava cattivo odore)

Je ne peux que recommander 🙏🙏 L’offre de tour de la ville sur le Bosphore proposée par un partenaire de l’hôtel : déçu de la croisière en mer (trop courte, équipement du guide pas au point).

V restauraci byl ochotný personál, všude bylo naprosto čisto. Pokoje byly dokonale čisté, zařízené hezkým nábytkem. Umístění hotelu je skvělé v blízkosti Grand bazaru, Modré mešity, mešity Hagia Sophia atd. Blízko je i stanice tramvaje. Ze střešní terasy je krásný výhled na Bospor. Těšíme se na další návštěvu.

• Juan (7/5): Buena opción para las atracciones turísticas más importantes de Estambul - El hotel está relativamente cerca de las atracciones turísticas más importantes de Estambul, destaco el cafe-te y snacks de cortesía que te dejan en la habitación. El señor que está supervisando el desayuno muy atento y amable. No hay aire acondicionado, el gimnasio es muy chico y para usar el sauna hay que pagar. No me gustó que apenas haciamos el check-in nos querían vender un tour con un guía que salía 200 euros, una navegación por el Bósforo, un hamman turco y que si teniamos hambre decirnos a donde teníamos que ir a comer, como un toque invasivo para llegar después de 12 horas de vuelo y lo único que uno quieren es acomodarse y punto. Por ahí estaría bueno que dejen todas esas recomendaciones o servicios escritos en la habitación y después si uno quiere solicitarlo.

• IRINA (3/5): No pleasure. If I will go to Istanbul one more time I will choose another hotel! - The location is good First of all I will give maximum 3 stars. Secondly the floor in the room was dirty. Thirdly in the bathroom there is NO ventilation. The ventilation sometimes ago was, but the hole is plastered and drops straight into the sink from the humid air. The is no a variety of meat in breakfast (no ham). What is more when we left the hotel we were asked if we used a bar, we replied that we did not because we bought water at the store. When we were asked to wait as they wanted to check with cleaner on the walkie-talker so that they could go to the room and check the quantity of drinks. The cleaner lied, she told that we used the bar. We were lucky because on the reception believed us, but to avoid such situation I highly recommend to take photo of the bar when you check in.

• Iuliana (9/5): Great location, nice clean rooms - Location was great, very close to tram T1 which provided access to almost everywhere (Taksim square, Galata Tower/Bridge, Dolmabahce), Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar and other important attractions were at walking distance. The reception was nice, the people who greeted us were very professional and friendly, really a premium experience. The room was nice and it was cleaned everyday and very well. The lady actually rearranged the position of our luggage to have more space. Breakfast was okay, not used to having french fries, rice and pasta for breakfast, but you could find some good options especially with pastry. They also helped with the private transfer to the airport at check out. I did not like the fact that the lady at reception asked me to open the booking app during check out and write a review right there so they would make sure I give them a good score. What is that? Please stop doing it, it's invasive and awkward.

Gjennom hele oppholdet var de som jobbet i resepsjonen svært oppmerksomme og hjalp oss med alt vi hadde av spørsmål. Vi bestilte guide gjennom hotellet og det var en god investering. Meget dyktig og hyggelig guide som var med oss en hel dag. Beliggenheten var perfekt for første gangs besøk til Istanbul - de viktigste severdigheter var i gåavstand. God frokost og også her svært hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening. Fine og rene rom. Var ikke spesifisert at inngang til Spa avdelingen ikke var inkludert i romprisen.

Ich würde dort nicht mehr wohnen, es auch nicht empfehlen - Zimmer war gross Roomservice kam nur, wenn man eine grüne Lampe einschaltet. Hat man es vergessen, blieb das Zimmer schmutzig. Fotos sind schöner, als es dann wirklich ist...Möbel altmodisch und etwas abgewohnt. Frühstück ist mehr als einfach.

Conditiile de cazare sunt foarte bune, personalul amabil si zambitor, fie ca vorbim de receptie, bar, doamnele de la curatenie sau cei din zona de breakfast. Micul dejun de tip bufet este variat iar produsele sunt de calitate si placut prezentate. Terasa, cu vedere la mare, este excelenta ca zona de relaxare, dar noi am folosit-o prea putin, din cauza vremii racoroase. As fi dat 10+ daca pretul cazarii (ok, dar nu mic) ar fi cuprins si parcarea.
