We are three and the Sofa bed wasn’t made when we arrive. Not worth the money. Not recommanded if you want some quality sleep.

Ook was er een stroomstoring waardoor wij ons appartement niet in konden. Wij moesten zelf overal achteraan zelfs wanneer we er we weer in konden, dit was pas s’avonds laat, nog steeds geen stroom. Hierover was totaal geen communicatie met de verhuurder.

Harbour and marina right behind us and shopping streets and city right in front. On main avenue but soundproofed soundproofed so zero issue with noise. Excellent having two bathrooms and loads of facilities, also loved that entry was via phone app so no worrying about keys if we went out seperately. Hosts were excellent with communication too so would definitely stay again! Burning rubber smell from plug socket in kitchen was a bit worrying but again advised them and they said maintenance would look at it so that was reassuring

Fantastic rain showers in decent size bathrooms Main problem was that the fans in the bathrooms did not work, leading to a lack of ventilation. Also there were no coffee cups provided & the mugs were too large for the coffee machine.

- Chantal (9/5): Top locatie en perfect verblijf voor gezin - De locatie was top. Het appartement was ruim genoeg voor ons (2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen van 14, 12 en 10). De bedden waren prima en de 2 badkamers erg comfortabel. Vanuit het appartement liep je zo het centrum in of richting de boulevard. Keukentje was ook van alles voorzien. Het lawaai van de straat was goed hoorbaar. Snachts hebben wij er verder geen last van gehad. De ruimtes worden gescheiden met een soort harmonicawand. Voor ons als gezin prima maar ik kan me voorstellen dat als je met meerdere stellen bent, dit weinig privacy biedt.

- Giada (9/5): Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno, la posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro storico e raggiungere il porto. - Posizione centralissima, appartamento con adattamento per persone disabili molto comodo. Spazi ampi, bagno grande con doccia walk in e sedia. Si trova proprio sopra dei locali e l’odore in camera non era troppo piacevole in alcuni momenti della giornata. Essendo in sedia a rotelle avevo necessità di utilizzare il montascale, che però aveva il telecomando in cima alle scale che non funzionava, se fossi stata da sola avrei avuto difficoltà ad utilizzarlo. Suggerisco inoltre di prevedere nel bagno dei mobiletti di appoggio per gli effetti personali (anche con ruote di modo che si possano spostare per evitare che intralcino la sedia a rotelle)

- Antonia (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and well decorated. There were plenty of toiletries. The beds are very comfortable. Bonus, there is a washer in the apartment. The location is great, right at the edge of city center. Everything is within walking distance, and it is very quiet at night for those sensitive to busy city center noise. Our host was very responsive and provided meticulous instructions on how to access the building and apartment. It would be nice to have some paper towel in the kitchen.

- Mario (8/5): - Ottima posizione Ottimo arredamento Alloggio monolocale con camere separate solo da una porta scorrevole. Pertanto poca privacy. Si sente tutto nelle altre camere e per andare in cucina bisogna passare attraverso l’altra camera da letto. In cucina non abbiamo trovato carta da cucina e tovaglie per la colazione. Molto fastidioso la richiesta di pagamento su un portale internet sconosciuto (se prenoto con Booking poi non voglio pagare con un provider sconosciuto). Ho poi pagato con bonifico. Dopo 2 giorni ho ancora 150€ di addebito cauzione sulla carta di credito(oltre al prezzo pagato)

- Marija (10/5): Cist i prostran apartman u strogom centru Malage - Apartman je prostran, u samom centru grada, sve potrebno je u neposrednoj blizini. Jako lak i ugodan dogovor i razgovor s osobljem. Jedino sto bih dodala a da nije bilo je sol i secer s obzirom da je kuhinja u potpunosti opremljena.

- Darragh (9/5): Pefect city break - Excellent location right in the Centre of Malaga. The apartment was very spacious and well stocked if you need to eat in. A little noisey but you might expect that in a city. The apartment had lots of space and was good value for money. Would use again. The customer service were responsive. Hadn't used a digital key before, it worked well though. Size and location easy to find. Good value for money.

- Dorota (10/5): Piękny apartament - Piękny, czysty apartament, z super widokiem. Dwie łazienki na plus. Mieszkałyśmy na 7 piętrze. W apartamencie jest winda. Otwieranie drzwi na aplikację bardzo wygodne. Wyposażenie dla nas wystarczające. był ekspres ale nie udało nam się go uruchomić. Samo centrum, przystanki pod apartamentem. Lokalizacja niesamowita. Na promenadę 10 min. Pokoje oddzielone drzwiami suwanymi, jeden przechodni, przy mieszanym składzie mało wygodne. W biurze, praktycznie dwie przecznice dalej, pozostawiłyśmy bagaże, to duże ułatwienie. Musiałyśmy wynieść śmieci, co prawda uliczkę dalej, ale to bylo kłopotliwe. Ponadto kaucja, 150 euro, ja nie doczytałam, że będzie ta blokada, faktycznie zwolniono ją w dniu wyjazdu.
- marta (9/5): Mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Alles top. - Die Lage war hervorragend vor allem in der Semana Santa Zeit. Wirklich aber wirklich alles sehr nah. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Innenstadt aber auch der Strand war so nah, dass wir mit drei kleinen Kindern ihn jeden Tag zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Badetücher, zimmlich alles,was man so braucht. Die Wohnung ist groß und bequem. Etwas dunkel im hinteren Bereich aber die Fensterseite ist prima. Die Höhe:) es war im 9. Stock schon sehr grusselig,wenn man Höhenangst hat.

Laiptinė ir bendros patalpos taip pat tvarkingos, ir saugios. Yra liftas( gyvenant 7 aukšte juo naudotis buvo labai patogu). Sklandus įsiregistravimo procesas (viskas per whats app ir jų programėlę, personalo nėra). Patogios lovos, švari patalynė. vienintelis minusas, apmokėjimas ne per booking.commplatformą, o per jų atsiųstą platformą. kas pradžioje sukėlė įtarimų, kad tai sukčiai:) bet visa kita puiku.

- Amit (9/5): In overall - a nice stay although we felt a bit overpriced for the facilities - Location , cleanliness, easy access of bus, taxi and train, responsive owner /manager. Kitchen appliances , modern door lock systems Soda bed was not comfortable for kids for a stay of a week ! Kids started complaining back pain after 3-4 days . Insulation of the building was not so great - basically you hear everything from the bathroom of the adjacent unit ! Outside noise during weekends but that is because of the location . No shower enclosure or curtain in the bathroom causing water splashes all over was a major headache after every shower . A few sachets of salt /pepper/sugar would have a nice gesture for a family coming to stay for a week with kids !

Very comfortable and clean :) a lot of paperwork :( - Location, location, location We only stayed for one night, therefore the amount of paperwork was a little annoying- typing in all the guests info/ passport info contracts etc. It took a lot of time for one night. 4:00 check in not ideal for one night.
- Marek (9/5): - Prišiel mi na whatsapp link so stránkou, pomocou ktorej som si počas pobytu otváral hlavný vchod aj dvere do bytu. Zároveň sme mali aj klasickú kartu. Skvelá lokalita, výhľad a vybavenie kuchyne. Mali sme apartnám 701 a na oboch toaletách bolo cítiť kanalizačný zápach. Čistota podlahy by mohla byť lepšia.

- Matej (9/5): Modern flats in the centre of Malaga, highly recommended. - Flats are lovely, modern, comfortable and fully equipped. The location is really quite perfect - close to everything, including the train station, beach, old town, food market, local shops and more. Communication via WhatsApp was fast and professional. We ran into an issue with our window and the team was very helpful with offering another flat without any questions or hassle. Honestly there's not much to point out. As mentioned above, we ran into a couple of minor issues but the team were responsive and helpful in getting them resolved so overall it had barely any impact on our stay.
