• Alison (9/5): Excellent location, very comfortable, helpful staff - Location was excellent, bed in “roomy”room very comfy and large. Not lots of space in the room but OK. Bathroom good, quiet air conditioning. A little noise on night 2, perhaps from the roof top bar.
• Isobel (3/5): Not great. - Location but nothing much else. Nice lady on Reception, but they are not there all of the time - they hang around in a room behind automatic check-in points. Expensive for the stay, quality of accommodation and facilities. Rooftop restaurant prices for drinks are off the scale. Awful lighting in the room. Bright strip light in the open wardrobe which you could not switch off - connected to main room light, so if you dimmed then the whole room dimmed. Lights are blinding. Housekeeping did not clean the room after the first night. Weird lift arrangement.

• Heidi (7/5): Alles i.o ausser die Zimmergrösse für zwei Personen. - Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Lage. Das Zimmer (Nr. 102) für zwei Personen ist viel zu klein (Preis Leistung stimmt nicht). Es hatte keine Ablageflächen sowie der Kleiderschrank war viel zu klein (mussten die Kleider auf dem Fenstersims platzieren). Dieses Zimmer ist für eine Person ideal.

• Haydn (8/5): Will be back again. - Location was great. Can’t really find anything to complain about the room apart from it having no fridge. I know I paid for the cheapest room but other than that, my only moan.
• Andrew (8/5): Good hotel - great location - not cheap but is London Central! - location good - easy bus from train station Room clean, bright with adequate space - it is Covent Garden after all! Staff most helpful and polite. Plenty of money but as above it is Coven Garden, London after all some of the 'modern' bits annoying - i.e. having to use a screen just to get the lift up and down / check out! - what a phaff. Bar prices outrageous

• T. Lamb (10/5): Perfect Covent Garden Hotel - I love Amano Covent Garden and have stayed there multiple times throughout the year. I just wish they had a loyalty program. I always recommend it to friends and family because it’s a great hotel overall, and the location can’t be beat! The Wi‑Fi and A/C in the room could be a bit better. I also wish there weren’t carpet in the hallways leading to the rooms, as it makes it difficult to roll larger bags. Other than these minor issues, I enjoy staying here a lot.

• Jaconelli (4/5): - Location Toilet broke in night & was constant flush. Only way to contact reception was tablet which was not working. Had therefore to dress & go down to reception. Guy suggested it was common problem which I was not impressed by as they should not be using room if faulty toilet.. There was no alternative room so, as a woman travelling alone, I was not best pleased by fact I then had to have a man in my room in the middle of the night although I would say he was very polite & did fix issue. Was all very disruptive & was then wide awake.. When mentioned at checkout I was offered no discount on the price I paid just an upgrade on my next visit - of which I do not have planned so useless offer.

Close to theatres, restaurants and Covent Garden. - Location was perfect for Covent Garden and the Theatres The additional bed in the room could have been a little sturdier for an adult, but we only stayed 2 nights so it was ok. The breakfast could have had a better selection but again it was ok.

• Kim (5/5): we had a great weekend in London celebrating our wedding anniversary. The only downside of our break was room 201 in Arn - The location of the property was ideal for us and very close to all our favourite places to be honest, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property just unfortunately there was a few issues with room 201 extremely dirty floors which we had to ask to be cleaned and the showerhead fell off and hit my wife on the head

• Rachel (7/5): - We liked the location, the quietness, the comfortable bed and the rooftop bar. The lifts are great. We were only there for one night so didn't have a chance to experience any more. It took at least ten minutes before the door would open with the key app. We both have good phones but the light would flash for a moment then go off. We were about to give up and try to find a person to help when it finally worked. The lighting was difficult to use. Switches aren't standard and we couldn't work out how to make the lights we wanted go on or off! There wasn't enough tea and milk in the room and we didn't know how to get hold of any more. And the bedside tables were stools that were too small. Space was tight generally. Also, shouldn't there be a way to stop the whole bathroom floor from getting soaked when the shower is used? With only one small bathroom mat, we had to use a towel to mop up too.

• ΣΤΑΥΡΟΥΛΑ (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική δίπλα σε όλα και φουλ κεντρικά για να πας παντού το δωμάτιο αν και μικρό δεν με ενόχλησε καθόλου και ότι καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα το δωμάτιο και άλλαζαν πετσέτες Ότι στις 4 μέρες δεν μας άλλαξαν ούτε μια φορά σεντόνια απαράδεκτο και ότι η κουρτίνα είχε βρωμιές μάλλον από περιστέρι λόγο παραθύρου και απλά τη καθάρισαν δεν την άλλαξαν ο λεκές ήταν ακόμα πάνω εκεί
• susan (3/5): Not pleasant - Location Shower broken All bars were closed due to private parties. No where to have a drink at 10pm after the theatre.
• GREG (5/5): Great location- very noisy doors slamming constantly. - Amazing location- heart of Covent Garden Door slamming constantly waking me up- all morning with the cleaning team but to be fair the property removed my late check out fee.

• Valerie (8/5): - Made me and my partner’s stay perfect for his birthday. Our room even had a comfy booth with disco lights. A member of staff is always available and location was perfect for London activities.

• Jane (8/5): - The location was excellent for the theatres, and covent garden, the breakfast was very good plenty of choices on offer. The room was dark and small, nowhere to store our large case without knocking into it constantly, we were there for 2 nights so needed the larger case, some of the staff were sociable, some not so in the dining area, we have stayed at this hotel before so maybe certain rooms are better than others.

• Verena (7/5): Gute Wahl für einen Städtetrip - alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. - Die Lage war perfekt! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut und einfach erreichbar. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Zimmer etwas klein, Ausstattung zweckmäßig.
