Friendly helpful staff Varied breakfast Near lots of shops but off the main busy street, so quieter Only put Good for room because there was some handles missing on drawers but didnt cause us an issue. Patoko taxi's were so helpful and cheap compared to other firms...took a prestige car to the airport for 20 euro's it was so comfortable

The wggs served cold which i didn't like The hotel is rated 4 stars but i am not sure that the hotel qualifies for 4 stars The shower in the bathroom with closed glass or nylon therefore the batroom is wet after taking a shower and nothing to dry it

- Susan (8/5): COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, SPACIOUS ROOMS - Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Working lift. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is in a quietish street, although with the traffic in Tirana nowhere is completely quiet! Walking distance to Skanderbeg Square 25-30 minutes. The hotel offers parking directly in front however it can be difficult to manoeuvre the car to park due to limited spaces. We were blocked in the first morning but fortunately did not need to use the car! The breakfast is fine but we found if you arrived towards end of the session various things had ran out, such as clean cups, some of food items etc. Staff did keep coming to check to replenish but weren't there the whole time.

- Marc (5/5): There are many better places in Tirana for these rates - We chose this hotel based on the location being close to the drop-off of our rental car and being partly on the way to the airport. Having seen the centre of Tirana before we we not in need of a place close to the centre. So in that respect it was OK. Busy street and area at daytime, but unexpectedly quiet at night. We had a good sleep before flying back home. Parking space on the premises is tight and in the streets nearly impossible. There's a lot to say about the shower; good thing that I was there with my wife since the auto-stop button needed to be kept pressed in order to keep water running. After the shower the complete bathroom is flooded since it is small and the shower isn't guarded by a door or curtain. The toilet being just a meter away gets wet as does everything else in the bathroom. The balcony door cannot be closed from the outside, so when having a sigaret the smell gets inside. Breakfast is served only from 7:30

The bathroom does not have a shower tray, so it's easy to find yourself in a puddle right after showering. The breakfast is almost empty. For the price we paid, I was really disappointed with this place because for the same price, there were more interesting hotels in the surrounding areas. Disappointing structure, the photos do not match reality. Only the hotel's facade and corridors are new; the rooms are old, narrow, and in poor condition. The bathroom does not have a shower tray, so it's easy to find yourself in a puddle right after showering. The breakfast is almost empty. In the middle of the night, we had no water in the bathroom. I must say the receptionist resolved the issue immediately, but it was still an inconvenience for us because we were staying with our young daughter who needed the facilities during the night. For the price we paid, I was really disappointed with this place because for the same price, there were more interesting hotels in the surrounding areas.
- Annette (9/5): Superb - All staff members are service-oriented and friendly and create an inviting atmosphere. In particular breakfast is very good and varied combining elements of continental and mediterrian food. The elegant presentation of the food makes the tasty dishes look appealing.

The common areas were well-maintained, reflecting the hotel's commitment to hygiene and comfort. I found the breakfast options to be disappointingly lacking. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was notably weak, making it difficult to stay connected.

- Txabii (5/5): Disappointing title - They have been friendly, formal upon arrival and advance payment As soon as we settled in the room, I went to use the shower, the soap dispenser was half full, the shower leaked water from the sides of the metal hose. Then the floor began to flood as one took a shower. It was clogged, the pipes did not drain the water well and it was a complete disaster. It did not have a shower tray or a glass screen. During all this, the power went out, there were some power cables. The light was loose in the ceiling due to being connected to the site due to humidity from the water vapor. I went to reception and they did not change my room nor did a plumber or anyone come to see that flooded room. That toilet was a real disaster.

- Tapia (9/5): Great stay, a little too noisy to sleep. - It was nice ! Breakfast was good, and people were very kind. Everything was clean. 20 min. Walk from the center, so it was okay! We stayed on the bottom floor, and we could hear the people talking outside a lot. Not that they were screaming or anything but the reception is there so people come and go and chat with the staff, so for a light sleeper, it becomes a little challenging to stay asleep.

- Vicky (8/5): Lovely hotel, good location - Large, comfortable bed. Lots of storage space. Friendly staff. A few items to choose from for breakfast. Very clean and modern. Good location - walking distance to the centre and a small supermarket 5 minutes away. The shower wasn't very powerful. The room was smaller than expected. There should have been separate serving utensils at breakfast for meat and vegetarian options. Also a little noisy at breakfast as the terrace is directly next door to a school playground. There were fancy mod cons but no instructions, e.g. how to lock the bathroom door! Could also benefit from a hook to hang up wet towels.
