Reported this to reception and my wife had to ask them to lower they voices. Shame this was the only downfall at this apartment.

- Ayub (1/5): - 1 There was no lids on the bins, this wasn't the only apartment with this issue. 2. The bathroom door was broken and couldn't close and my toddler kept wandering into the bath room. 3. One of the chairs in the lounge is damaged and cracked, the kids couldn't use the chair. The coffee table was also rickety. 4. Two rooms but only one fan is provided. 5. One bowl and less cutlery, we had to ask for this. 6. No water for two days of the stay, there was a JoJo tank but the connection was apparently broken. We were told this would be fixed promptly but this wasn't fixed. 7. My family booked a few rooms, we noticed there was no bin lid in their apartment as well, this must explain why the apartment is smelly. 8. The extractor fan in the second bathroom was either broken or there wasn't one, the bathroom kept steaming up and the other bathroom door was broken and could not close so we had to use the bathroom that kept steaming up. 9. The front door lock casing on the inside of the apartment was loose. 10. The cleaning lady opened the balcony door and left it open and left when we had a 1 year old wandering around the apartment, shocking. We even told her to please keep the front door closed as we have a baby walking around and we don't want her leaving the apartment so not sure why the balcony door was opened.

- Pondy (8/5): - The kitchen had all you needed for a long stay. I liked the extra touches of good quality sanitizer in the kitchen and hand-wash, shampoo, body-wash and hand lotion in the bathroom. It was located a minute away (walking distance) from a woolies food centre. There were no mats/rugs in the bedrooms and bathroom which are a necessity.

I had to ask reception to make sure the lift and floors were cleaned. Cleaning staff had to be called every day to come and clean where as in other properties it standard procedure. Making a booking for transport to the airport was a nightmare. Staff member never knows how to read time. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. Would never reccomend this place.

Management has zero accountability and worst customer service. I would not recommend MINT Apartments Greenside. To make things worse, we were told they don't have cleaning chemicals to disinfect the bathrooms.

They were also very very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The penthouse was the absolute best. I didn't like how short our stay was. I wish I could have extended my stay because it was sooo wonderful there. The people were warm and very welcoming.
