• eadaoin (9/5): - The apartment location is great, it's in a quiet residential area just a short walk to the metro and also nice shops & restaurants. The building itself was very quiet and the interior was exactly like the photos show. Had one query and got an instant response from the owner. Just a couple of small things, I would have liked the use of a safe. The water heating needs to be switched on manually...a timer would have been handy for early morning starts. There are steps and a hill if walking from the metro.

• Richard (7/5): Great apartment in a pleasant location. - Great location. I've stayed in this apartment before and would stay again. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has all required amenities. The bed was comfortable. The apartment would benefit from mosquito nets on the living room/bedroom doors. It's hard to close the living room door when you're on the balcony. The bathroom ceiling is a little low. The biggest complaint is the sink in the bathroom: the plughole is filthy- full of gunk, which needs some industrial cleaning fluid/drain blocker. Better still would be to replace the sink. It is dated, and water gathers in the corner, causing mould. The sofa is a little uncomfortable (when leaning back). I think generally the property just needs a little refreshment. Perhaps some decorating/updating. There was a little delay in preparing the apartment and giving us the keys (as well as shampoo/soap etc.) but nothing excessive. My list of negatives is long simply because I really want the apartment to live up to its potential!

• Philippe (8/5): Very good - Location is good, washing machine is helpful, great flat in Kolonaki, beds are also very comfortable, pillows as well, quite clean Sink is blocked in the bathroom, very dirty inside, should be cleared entirely, works in the building early in the morning.

• Dimitrios (9/5): Good value for money - Adequately spacious for a couple with a toddler, well-equipped and situated in a nice quiet street in the vibrant Kolonaki neighbouhood in the city centre. It's also worth noting the mattress of the double bed was one of the best we've slept on.. The shower wasn't immaculately cleaned, the flat is not the brightest in terms of sunlight, whereas finding a parking space in the neighbour was a huge challenge (although we appreciate this wasn't a flaw of the flat itself, but rather of the neighbourhood)..
