• Stephen (9/5): Great location and everything you need - It was a large room and had everything you would need including a steamer, coffee/tea, hairdryer etc. Great location and very quiet, close to Victoria but didn't hear anything. If I had to pick something it would be having to get the key from another location close by but other than that it was perfect.

• Ngaire (8/5): Great location and good accommodation but the room was challenging to access. - Great location in London. The room was lovely and the bed comfortable. Our room was on the top floor with 6 lots of steep stairs and no lift. When we arrived with two heavy suitcases and bags we had to carry them up. At no point was I told this. I am 60 with arthritic knees and I would have changed our reservation if I’d known. If you are in a similar situation make sure you request a room on the ground floor or ask if the hotel has a lift.

• Caitlin (8/5): Great location and clean facilities - Close proximity to public transport and to meet our coach tour. Good size room, slightly small bathroom but to be expected in London. There is a flight of stairs to get into room which not was not an issue for us. Great restaurants/pubs surrounding the hotel. We chose to do the continental breakfast which we wouldn’t do again, not worth what we paid. It came with a juice box, muffin and a piece of fruit.

• Federica (7/5): Ok per un weekend a Londra - Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi da Victoria Station e varie fermate pullman. Sufficiente per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. Ci è capitata la stanza in soffitta, con soffitto basso e una sola finestra murata. Le scale sono piuttosto scomode, piccole e ripide. Durante il soggiorno non è mai stata pulita la stanza. All’arrivo ci è stato richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 40£, non specificato sull’annuncio (comunque restituito immediatamente al check-out).

Quartier résidentiel très sympa Chambre décorée avec goût très typique et spacieuse Le seul détail à revoir le ménage est fait sur demande nous avons fait une seule fois la demande en 4 jours et il y été fait mais très rapidement un lit en hauteur non fait. Pas d’accueil ni de petit déjeuner sur place juste l’immeuble avec les chambres mais on s’y habitue!

The room was absolutely sparkling clean and bright. Check in was in a different location. The bed was across from the door and there was a gap all the way round the doorframe which left in light from the hallway light which was on all night. Thought the room would have been serviced. Had no tea/milk left after 1st day and it wasn’t replenished.

Didn’t understand why there was a free standing bath in the middle of my bedroom. It did have a shower attachment, but trying to have a shower in a bath in the middle of the bedroom has its challenges..
• ΕΛΕΝΗ ΑΝΑΓΝΩΣΤΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ (6/5): - Ωραίο δωμάτιο και η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική. Επίσης, η ανταπόκριση του οικοδεσπότη σε ο,τι ζητήσαμε ήταν άμεση! Υπήρχε μια έντονη περίεργη μυρωδιά σε όλο το χώρο του καταλύματος και στο δωμάτιο. Επίσης, βρήκαμε 2 αράχνες και το ένα χαρτί υγείας που υπήρχε ήταν ήδη χρησιμοποιημένο από κάποιον άλλον.

• Misaki (10/5): 大満足です - スタッフの対応が素敵です。 予約時に荷物が重くて多いため下の階の部屋か、運ぶのを手伝ってほしいことをメッセージに書いてました。 お部屋はFirst floor(日本で言う2階)で、スーツケースは男性スタッフが運んでくださいました。すごく助かりました、ありがとうございました。チェックアウトの際も違う点でメッセージしてたのですが、荷物のことを声かけてくださって再度手伝っていただきました。 メッセージの返信もすごく早いのでよかったです。 お部屋も充分な広さでスーツケース２つ一緒に広げられるスペースあります。そして綺麗で可愛らしいお部屋です。 2泊だと割安だったのでコスパよかったです。 寒い。ヒーターの使い方がわかりにくかったです。 日本から来られる方はティッシュとスリッパ持ってくることをお勧めします。

• Tommy (8/5): Comfortable rooms in a great low-key location - The location was great - very close to a lot of key spots for tourists (Westminster Abbey, Big Ben). The room was also more spacious than expected, we had plenty of room for the two of us. There was also no shortage of food options within a ~15 minute walk, which was great! The check-in process was a little confusing at first. We were staying at the Bower House, but the check-in actually took place at the Georgian House just around the corner. This was very easy and straightforward, but it caught us off guard at first.
• Lenka (7/5): - The location is amazing, plus even as a solo travel you get a room with a window, a kettle, a safe and everything you need. There was a lot of noice from other guests. The mattress is too soft and not much comfortable. Unfortunately they charge a hold of 20£ without informing you in advance and it takes ages to get it back.

• Thormey (7/5): Bien - the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. The location is also a strong point: the hotel is quite close to Victoria Station, which is very convenient. It’s possible to walk to Big Ben in about 20–25 minutes. Apart from the points mentioned above, the stay went well overall. I stayed at this hotel for three days during my trip to London. First of all, the room I had booked through Booking was not the same as the one I was given upon arrival. I understand that sometimes there can be small differences between the photos and reality, but in this case, it was completely different from what I had selected. Another point that was a bit confusing: the address listed on Booking is correct. However, when you arrive at the building, there is a note on the door saying that the reception is located in another hotel (the Georgian Hotel), about 50–60 meters behind. This means that check-in and check-out are not done in the same building as the rooms. It was a bit complicated to understand at first. Aside from these points, everything else was good. The room was clean and overall the stay went well.

• Michelle (8/5): Lovey stay in a gorgeous part of London - The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful at the Georgian House Hotel when we checked in. We arrived early but they took our bags and then moved them to our room in Bower House when it was ready. It is more of an observation but the ensuite bathroom is quite narrow in room 5. Given the age of the building, it's just part of the quirky nature of the house and it didn't particularly bother us, but it might cause a problem if your mobility is an issue.

• Di (8/5): Great overnight stay in London. - Fantastic location within walking distance of Victoria bus Station and train station. Very easy to get to Heathrow on the bus. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The neighbourhood felt safe and we enjoyed walking around the beautiful streets looking at the stately townhouses. Very narrow and steep stairs to get to our room.

Unfortunately, the blinds didn't shut properly and let light in and we were woken at 6 am by staff talking very loudly, by the kitchen entrance directly below our room.

• Michael (8/5): An excellent hotel for a short stopover in London. - Although the single room was small, it had plenty of facilities (tea & coffee, safe, ironing board, free wifi, TV) and was spotless. Many of the fittings appeared brand new. I particularly liked the quirky use of an old school desk as a bedside cabinet. There was a very good choice of hot and cold food for breakfast in the Pimlico Pantry in the Georgian House, just a short walk from the Bower House. The hotel’s location was perfect for me to walk to Battersea Park for an event in the morning, and it was also close to the London rail networks. My room was on the second floor and accessed via narrow stairs and corridor, which wasn’t a problem for me but felt a little claustrophobic. There was clearly some redecoration and renovations taking place in the building, although this had no effect on my stay.

• Małgorzata (6/5): - Czystość Pokój był na ostatnim piętrze co wiązało się z tym że były bardzo duże skosy i przy poruszaniu trzeba było bardzo uważać na głowę. Ponadto pokój miał jedynie okno na ścianę co zapewniało, ze światło słoneczne nie docierało w ogóle. Jako że pokój był na poddaszu to także niesamowicie się nagrzewał rozwiązana za oferowane przez hotel to bardzo duży wolnostojący i bardzo głośny klimatyzator przy którym zdecydowanie nie dało się spać Pokój na zdjęciach wyglądał na standardowy pokój bez skosów oraz z normalnym oknem, a te minusy znacznie wpływały na jakość pokoju. Łóżko miało prawdopodobnie 140 cm szerokości, co jest niewystarczające dla dwóch dorosłych osób.

• Noa (8/5): Erg fijn, comfortabele kamers en uitmuntende service - Het personeel was erg aardig, ze hebben me zelfs een verjaardagskaart en chocolaatjes gegeven. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Zowel a la cart als een buffet. Heb zelden zo lekker ontbijt gegeten in een hotel. Heel fijn om de service te hebben van het zuster hotel, ondanks dat we in de goedkopere locatie verbleven. De kamer was schoon, het bed erg comfortabel en de douche heerlijk warm met een lekkere straal. Wij hadden ook een hele kleine patio buiten onze kamer wat erg fijn was voor wat frisse lucht in de kamer. Een hele upgrade van de schoenendoos kamers zonder raam die andere partijen in deze prijs categorie aanbieden. Het was een eindje lopen van het metrostation. Het was ongeveer 10 min lopen wat op zich niet ver is en het is een mooie buurt maar meerdere keren per op en neer is wel veel.

• Lynncwt (8/5): We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend the Family room for 2 adults and 2 children. - Lovely cosy hotel in an amazing location. Very close to Victoria station with direct bus back from harrods! Plenty of restaurants within walkable distance. Pretty safe neighbourhood too. Breakfast at Georgian House is also superb! The beds are comfy and clean. Wish there was a phone in the room to call the hotel reception. The room is decent, some damage on the sofa, stains on ceiling, but nothing major, I think it is a great value for money. Bathroom heater did not work at all, and nothing was done despite our numerous feedback. We were offered a delicious breakfast as compensation. Water heater works at least so we got warm showers, just that the bathroom will be cold when no one is showering. The window in the bathroom doesnt feel very safe too, the glass is frosted but i'm sure you could still see our silhouettes from the outside as the space is very small and the toilet is so near the window, it is hard to avoid exposing yourself. Either use the bathroom without light on or put up a makeshift curtain.
