Les appartements sont grands, la pièce principale est convenable avec cuisine et un grand frigo. Une grande terrasse ce qui est appréciable. Piscine un peu petite. Dans l’appartement il manque des équipements comme la vaisselle ex pas de bols pas de plats… Pas assez de place de parking et il manque des boissons et petit snack sur place.

• Gert (10/5): Fantastisch - Mooi luxe appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Via whatsapp was er contact met een goed Engels sprekend staflid. Vragen werden snel beantwoord en probleempjes meteen opgelost. We hebben het heel fijn gehad. Het is dicht bij het strand, daar zitten ook een paar leuke restaurantjes maar verder is het wel ver overal vandaan. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig om erop uit te kunnen gaan.

Gjithçka ishte në rregull që nga momenti i pritjes e deri tek pastrimi dhe inventari i dhomës. Ambienti ishte i pastër dhe i mirëmbajtur, dhe ndiheshim të mirëpritur që në fillim. Oborri ishte fantastik – i gjelbër, i qetë dhe shumë i përshtatshëm për relaks. Ndodhet rreth 800-900 metra nga plazhi, një distancë e arsyeshme për të ecur. Me siguri do ta rekomandoja për këdo që kërkon një vend të qetë dhe komod pranë detit. Very pleasant experience during our two-day, one-night stay at Lej Laj Residence. Everything was great from the welcoming reception to the cleanliness and room inventory. The place was clean, well-maintained, and we felt welcomed from the start. The yard was fantastic – green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. It's located about 800–900 meters from the beach, a reasonable walking distance. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place near the sea.

• Tafadzwa Michelle (10/5): - Lovely place , initially when I booked I didn’t realise how far it was from the city center. We ended up renting a car which actually made our trip more interesting . It took us about 35mins to get to Durres city center where all the activities were but we didn’t mind because we got to explore . The host was awesome , great communication via WhatsApp . It was spotless, with the cleaner and gardener coming 3 times in a week . The property is exactly like the pictures . There are small shops nearby where we got a few basics . Not to forget the cute cats they kept us company ! Loved it here

• Steven (10/5): - The place was lovely, clean and modern. Looked just like the pictures in person. Only thing I would say is not much close by without walking on roads to the beach of Hamallaj. But friendly and helpful staff and good communication vai WhatsApp from the managers.

• Boulos (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments are modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, fast internet etc...) The staff didn't speak English but were very friendly and owner was very responsive via whatsapp to all our requests. The location is just in the middle between durres city (35 mins) and Tirana (45 mins) and there are a lot of nice restaurant around ("liqene I fshehte" on the lake, insean pasticeria for ice cream and desserts, grill house gesart etc..) Nothing.

• Craig (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern and new and exactly as advertised. Adequately equipped kitchen -- could use a few more amenities, but it's fine. The area is quiet, and close to a huge luxury complex (you can read that as a positive or a negative). The off-site hosts were very much concerned with our comfort. The parking is on the street. This was no real problem, since we were the only unit occupied of the 10 apartments. If the complex was full, parking could be difficult.

• ..joerg.. (10/5): Fantastic stay - recommended! - Super clean and well designed apartments with all amenities. Easy parking, super friendly and helpful hosts. This was the best stay we’ve had in Albania. Some towels to dry the dishes and hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom would be the icing on the cake. But these are really tiny things. All in all, a place with excellent value for money.
