• Mirta (10/5): Izvrstan hotel - Umjesto plaćene standard sobe, dobili smo superior sobu. Predivna, velika, s mini kuhinjom i king size krevetom. Savršeno čista, lijepo uređena, s velikom kupaonicom i svim mogućim dodacima. Pogled iz kreveta veličanstven- bosporski most i Topkapi kula u daljini. Osoblje hotela izuzetno ljubazno i simpatično, spremni pomoći u svakom trenutku. Doručak jako ukusan, puno različitih mogućnosti za odabrati. Hotel se nalazi u blizini Taksim trga i Istiklal ulice. Sve mi se svidjelo.

I felt completely at home. Many thanks to the managers, receptionists, kitchen staff, spa specialists, and the housekeeping team. The room was always clean, the breakfasts were very tasty with a wide variety of options. The hotel has an excellent location. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

• albieboy (8/5): - Lovely and very helpful staff. Decent room and bathroom. The rooms on the street side can be somewhat noisy. The heating is constantly turned up at 26 degrees....no need for this.

Персонал приветливый по всем вопросам помогали , были проблемы с такси , помогли Погода в Стамбуле, пока мы там были шел дождь

Reception is so helpful, Ilayda, Emrah, Muhammed and young waiters Yunus and Erkan are brilliant. They take care of you like they know you years. So comfortable bed, clean everything, Spa massage is really good. Their restaurant is fantastic, not less than from outside ones but much better quality and price range. Smart TV option would be better.

Вежливый, услужливый и добрый персонал, очень удобные кровати, белоснежное постельное белье, хорошая косметика (шампунь, кондиционер, body lotion, body wash gel), black-out шторы, очень удобное расположение, вкусные завтраки. Очень рекомендую. После шопинга оставила пакеты в номере, и из некоторых пакетов предварительно вытащила вещи. Cleaning персонал случайно выкинули бумажный пакет с документами для получения tax-free в аэропорту, посчитав, что пакет не нужен. Но это не страшно.

Мы попросили, по возможности, предоставить нам номер с окнами во двор, чтобы было тихо, так как это было важно для меня после операции. Нам предоставили такой номер. Я также просила поздний выезд, и нам пошли навстречу. Персонал отеля был очень внимательным и доброжелательным. Мне очень понравилось местоположение отеля, сам отель, а также завтраки. У них есть свой ресторан, где мы обедали и ужинали. В общем, наша поездка прошла прекрасно, во многом благодаря отелю и отзывчивому персоналу. Мы можем на 100% рекомендовать это место.

The personnel at the reception and lobby were exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The service and general atmosphere in the hotel throughout my stay was consistently excellent. A special thanks goes to Ms. Ilayda, whose efficiency and assistance in arranging a room made a real difference. Thanks to her help, I was even able to stay in the same room as during my previous visit, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was clean, quiet, very functional, and comfortable, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, a great experience once again. Highly recommended!

• Vadim (6/5): Улучшить качество и разнообразие завтраков, быть внимательней к графику уборки, решить вопрос с оснащением номера. - Из плюсов это расположение и большой стол в номере, можно было попить чай и перекусить. Ужасно скудные завтраки, несбалансированные, уборка номеров производилась наобум, могли прийти в 16 часов. И если ты просил прийти позже на час, то тебе отказывали, пол предлогом, что смена работника уже закончена. Воду 2 дня не приносили, которая положена бесплатно. Ненавистный маленький мини бар, в котором ничего не разместить и который не охлаждает вовсе.
• Diane (8/5): I arrived early on the morning of my stay and the staff gave me a free early bird check in. This was really appreciated - It is 10 minutes from Taksim Square and about 45 minutes walk to the waterfront. The poperty although old is clean and tidy.

• Igor Velicky (8/5): Good hotel with great location in Istanbul - Its very nice hotel with excellent location in Istanbul (Taksim area, very close to Istiklal main street and there are lot of shops, restaurants around as well). Staff is very nice, room comfy, breakfast nice and there is also good wellness center (saunas) included in the price of your stay. The price is very reasonable. Gym is terrible. Its small, there is pretty much nothing to work with and even the one treadmill which is there is broken and does not work properly (it stops after couple minutes of running on it). This is the only disappointment about the hotel. I have already shared the same feedback when I stayed in this hotel last time, but nothing has changed. Owners should really consider this.
