The Staff were attentive and quick to resolve any issues which were raised - they also appeared to all be multi-lingual. All in all I do not have any complaints to make over my stay with the hotel. Personally the only issue I noticed glaringly was the location is a bit in the middle of nowhere - but they have solved the major concern of this with the free shuttle into the city. There was a fair bit of road noise coming from outside however this was not enough to impact sleep for me, though light sleepers may want to pack earplugs just in case.

- Ian (7/5): Decent hotel but in a poor location - Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable room and good facilities for disabled people. Restaurants were both good and fair value for money. Free secure parking was appreciated. It's in the middle of a very run-down area, a long way from any good bars or restaurants (particularly for someone in a wheelchair). Had to rent a car for part of the time, to get to restaurants etc. Chamber maids were not well trained in environmental policies - all towels were changed daily even if not left in the shower as requested by the management, and one of our personal towels left on the bed was taken away (and had to be replaced by the hotel). Opening hours of the restaurants were too restricted. Electrics in the room failed daily and had to be reset - the maintenance staff seemed unable to determine and fix the cause.

He suggested us the best place we can eat like local in Napoli . the room very amazing and comfortable , breakfast wonderful with many choice , overall its very nice Hotel to stay in Napoli . just better to know its not in the center and around the Hotel its industrial area but its nothing to disturb you when you coming back to rest at your room , and they have free of charge transport to the center many times per day also we used bus and metro couple times so its not big problem . they also have the best SPA which you can enjoy different luxury treatment for your body . Location is not what we expected but they have free transfer to center many times in a day .

The location is a bit iffy, in an industrial zone outside of the city. For us it was good as a hub for day trips to Amalfi coast and Pompeii.

- Poppypopova (10/5): Amazing birthday stay - Lovely hotel from start to finish. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was so comfortable room was cleaned every single day, the whole hotel is spotless. The spa is fabulous, amazing jacuzzi, pool and facilities. Had a massage of a therapist named Monica she was so amazing, great techniques very professional and such goo pressure. Having travelled all over the world this was one of the best massages ever. Reception staff was great, recommendations for places to eat and free taxi was so good. Would definitely love to return!

- Irene Sofia Silva (8/5): Perfect landing spot in Naples to start your exploration of southern Italy. - Great location for arriving in Naples from the airport, easy drive, easy to find. If this is your jumping off point to explore further and you need a great landing spot, this hotel has free parking, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a great location. We had a great sleep and were refreshed to start our southern Italy road trip. The breakfast was plentiful but not as tasty as you would wish, all in all not bad value, but not the best value either.

Good value for money if you just want to stay for a night in Napoli. The area around the hotel is a run-down industrial site. The bunk bed for the kids in teh family room ist quit small and not siitable for older children.

Where breakfast would be and the well being centre. The room looked over mount versuvius, the room was very clean, firm bed. Roof top bar and garden to sit in to relax too.

- Hagen (7/5): - Die Zimmer waren gut und sehr geräumig. Alles moderner Standard. Da das Hotel ein wenig außerhalb vom Zentrum liegt, war der kostenfreie Shuttle sehr hilfreich. Das Umfeld ist in einem Industriegebiet und ist weniger attraktiv. Die Fahrt zum Hotel ist schon ein Stück.

- Lewis (1/5): Awful - will never return - The room The staff were rude, you pay for breakfast (£35 a head) but then can’t get anything other than bread and croissants, and have to pay extra for an omlet for example - on top of what you already paid. We didn’t even end up going in the spa (this was another added expense) but when we asked to view the changing room set up, they wouldn’t allow us to even look at this without purchasing even though we were guests at the hotel. The resturant food was poor, but again came with a big cost.

- Alina (10/5): The hotel is indeed beautiful. However, keep in mind that you will likely spend most of your time inside, as the surroun - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the overall design is modern and very well maintained. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you might need, which made our stay very comfortable. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and the attention to detail is clearly noticeable. On the downside, the location is not very convenient, with limited options nearby for shops, restaurants, or even a quick coffee. The breakfast could be more varied, as the selection remains the same each day, and items like scrambled eggs or omelettes are available only at an additional charge. While the restaurant has a lovely design, the food did not quite meet our expectations.

- Amina (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 4 stelle e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero bellissima sotto ogni punto di vista. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. La camera era sempre perfettamente pulita e curata nei dettagli, cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo durante tutto il soggiorno. Un valore aggiunto importante è stato il servizio navetta, davvero comodo ed efficiente. In particolare voglio fare un ringraziamento speciale a Danilo, l’autista: una persona davvero gentile, disponibile e professionale. Si vede chiaramente che ama il suo lavoro e lo svolge con passione, non solo per dovere. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e cosa visitare a Napoli, contribuendo a rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più bella. Con lui si è creato un rapporto molto piacevole, ed è raro incontrare persone così genuine e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e ci tornerei senza esitazione!
