Na vriendelijke check in kwam ik op een nette kamer,fijn bed en badkamer.Kluis en mini bar anwezig,wifi uitstekend.Ontbijt is ruim voldoende,verwacht geen bijzonderheden,heb iedere ochtend prima gegeten.Wat echt een enorm pluspunt was is het personeel,echt iedere x zeer vriendelijk,top! Fijn was dat ik mijn kamer kon aanhouden,voor kleine vergoeding,tot 20u s’avonds. Prijs/kwaliteit is geweldig. Bij volgend bezoek aan Dubai kies ik zeker deze accommodatie weer!!

- Tetyana (10/5): - Zentrale Lage, nicht weit von der Metro und einem großen Einkaufszentrum entfernt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer sind Seife sowie täglich frische Flaschen Trinkwasser vorhanden. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und die Bettwäsche sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war gut – immer frisch und lecker.

- Ricardo M (6/5): Pleasant staff, decent food, moldy bathrooms. - What makes this hotel a pleasant place to stay is the staff. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the housekeeping staff, and the swimming pool attendant, and the waiters at the restaurant, are very friendly, polite, attentive, and professional. Little details are appreciated, like the orange or cucumber water dispenser by the front desk with dates to eat next to it. The hotel is located in a working class neighborhood which is safe, quite enough, and near a metro station. There are lots of little shops and restaurants. Special mention to Ahmed and Ahmedin at the restaurant who work really hard. We bought the half pension option, which was pretty good, but breakfast is very crowded because the restaurant is small for all the people who go, and there is only one person clearing the tables. Many guests take food items from the buffet and fill up bags to take with them, the result is that the buffet runs out of things quicker than it should, they should be told taking food out of the restaurant is not allowed. The worst thing about the hotel is the condition of the bathrooms, which is full of mold stains due to not having a window or even an air exctracror. More frequent maintenence would help with this problem. It is not pleasant at all to be in a bathroom in these conditions, and not for the price one is paying. I really think some sort of compensation would be in order.

- Lada (6/5): Disappointed - I’m so disappointed for staying in this hotel. I’ve changed the room because air conditioning sistem was broken and there was not hot water. The other room was better. But I had a problem with cleaning, house keeping servise was careless and every day I came to my room and it was nos made up. Recepciom stuff were helpful and trying to do their best. But unfortunately it was not enough. The location of the hotel is near to Emirates mall and metro station but where is a construction works and it’s difficult to go through it to the mall.

Besides this, the hotel was welcoming, all the staff of every department we encountered were helpful and polite, and the room was comfortable for our stay.

Rooms are modern, spacious and perfect for short stays. Would highly recommend it, especially since there are good eating joints within a 5 min walk from the hotel.

The combination of nice and clean rooms, exceptional service from the staff, particularly Ms. Bianca and also Mr. Mohammad, and the hotel's convenient location made it a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dubai. I look forward to returning in the future.

Camere confortevoli. Piano stanze fumatori senza odore !! Picina e palestra ok. Breakfast discreto. Smooth check in and out. Ottimo per uno stopover lungo !!!

There was a musty smell in the room every time I walked in and Im not a fan of AC but no option for just fan. Toiletries were never replaced totally.... something was always missing. But it was very clean and quiet. A restaurant with room service would be desirable. Also remove the ball stuck to the night table.....it has no purpose and takes up useful space.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel is nice overall. Nicely furnished. New. Very clean. Parking inside the hotel is limited though. might not be lucky to get a parking. but it is available. I checked in late, in the evening, and I was not pleased with few things. First, I reserved a non-smoking room. I was told they are out of non-smoking rooms and that they would give me a smoking 1 instead. I said I don't mind what kind of bed you give me or what kind of room, but not in a smoking floor. They arranged for a room eventually. Keeping in mind, that i still smell smoke from the vent though I was in a non-smoking floor. I've also asked for an ironing board as I have meetings next morning, they told me they are at full capacity and all iron board are taken, and the guy suggested I go to a laundry shop outside the hotel. This was at 10 pm. I didn't feel they cared about the comfort of their guests. I guess you get what you pay for!
