• Sara (3/5): Not great and wouldn’t stay again - Close to the train station. Free coffee and bread in the am Rooms were small and cramped. No tv. Bathroom had no exhaust so was stuffy and smelled. Bed was uncomfortable along with the pillows. No one comes to even clean the garbage from the room unless you ask before 9 am. The worst wifi that wouldn’t work.

• Roberta (8/5): - L'hotel è molto grazioso e ogni dettaglio è curato ed a tema gatto. Molto pulito e accogliente. il personale parla mediamente inglese (cosa rarissima in giappone). Ogni mattina preparano delle briochine calde a disposizione nella hall. Il caffè, il té e l'acqua sono sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. Nella hall ci sono anche tavolini sempre a disposizione dove è possibile mangiare e bere acquistando tutto al combini di fronte. Le stanze sono piccole in un modo imbarazzante. Non può aprire nemmeno una valigia nello spazio tra il letto e il muro. Capisco che in giappone è una cosa molto diffusa ma qui si esagera. Il letto da 120cm (una piazza e mezza) viene proposto per due persone. L'aria condizionata è puntata direttamente sul letto e non c'è modo di evitarne il getto

The mini fridge is really mini and not very fridgey (couldn't get mine lower than 16c it seems) But otherwise, its a room, and the rooms works, which is the only thing I needed so its fine. It's close to the train station, but it the small one right between two major ones that tend to get skipped over. If you don't mind a 5-minute walk either way or wait a little longer, it'll do. The price sure is good though, and like I said the room works. And it's almost next to Namba, and Shinseikai, and the computer/anime street, and a park+zoo. Plus a coin laundry just two blocks away (You're definitely needing that in the summer) So there's that going for them.

• Bruna (6/5): - Stay was average - we were supposed to and our room cleaned midway through and that didn’t happen, had to keep taking our own trash out everyday. Rooms were really cold and there was nothing explaining how to turn the AC on. They don’t offer luggage delivery service so we had to lug our bags around Kyoto looking for one - thankfully we found a Yamato in Gion. WiFi was also very poor.
• Yazeed (4/5): Underwhelming and not good quality. - The room was clean Old room that was musty. The bathroom had a weird smell. Bed was uncomfortable. Desk and fridge were cheap. Offered breakfast was basically nothing but some assortment of breads. It felt way more like a 2 star hotel than 3. The water temperature kept on changing even mid shower and the shower head was super tiny and flimsy, it was a tube basically.

• Michelle (7/5): Good - Location was good. Close to two stations, one jr and the subway. Room was clean and tidy. Great having access to coffee/ tea downstairs plus bread offered in the morning that was complimentary. Great to start the day off. Also had access to bikes for a small fee. Bathroom on the small side so a bit of a squeeze, but sufficient for our needs.

It’s a few minutes away from the stations super close to a few convenience stores. And also walkable distance to tourist destinations. I would highly recommend starting here

• CHENG KUANG (8/5): - 房間不算大，打開2個大行李箱有困難，浴室是一般偏小的，枕頭和床都一般般。 交通算方便，步行可達堺筋線，旁邊有玉出超市、松屋、Nakau、Lawson。 晚班櫃台會說中文，其中有來自台灣的。

• BYEONGJU (8/5): - 전체적으로 깔끔하고 둘이 쓰기 딱 좋은 아담한 사이즈의 방이었습니다. 카드하나로 출입이 자유로운 점 좋았고 데스크 직원분들의 친절함도 좋았습니다. 추천해 주신 식당에서 밥도 아침마다 잘 먹었습니다. 하나 아쉬운 점은 냉장고가 너무 미니사이즈라 물이나 음료를 시원하게 못 먹는점이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

We booked 3 nights and ended up boo - They have a nice bubble tea shop just downstairs, very good matcha latte bubble tea I drank every afternoon after tiring days of sightseeing :) The rooms are small so don’t travel with big suitcases!

• mayumi (4/5): - 目の前にコンビニもあり、立地はいいです。 部屋は狭いですが、可愛らしい感じで良かったです。しかし、壁が薄いようで隣の物音と喋ってる声がうるさくて夜中何度も起きました。 そこがとても残念でした。ホテルで寝れないのはありえないので、もうこちらに泊まることはもう無いです。
• HARUHI (10/5): - Zeppなんばでのライブがあったので利用させていただきました！延長コード等のアメニティをお借りできるし、駅は近いしでとても便利でした。デスクに鏡が置いてあるのと、エアコンの操作ができることがありがたかったです！ネコのイラストが壁に書いてあるお部屋ではなかったですが、ホテル内色んなところにネコのイラストや写真が散りばめられていてかわいかったです🐱 ありがとうございました！！

• Mary (8/5): Cute and comfortable - The room style was very cute and clean (I like that no shoes are allowed in the room). It was also quite close to the Metro lines and very nice to have a tea shop in the lobby! 三浦さん was very helpful with transporting our luggage back to Tokyo! Thank you! The shower curtain was a bit dirty, it would have been nice to have a tv in the room and a little bit more space to fully open my luggage but overall it was a very comfortable space.

• Shirley (6/5): - If you are looking for an economical, basic room with minimal service, this is the place for you. There's no TV in the room, no daily cleaning unless you request it. The mini portable size fridge wasn't working and they gave us a replacement, but once you leave the room, all electricity will be cut off including the fridge which doesn't make sense. Most other hotels have a separate switch for the fridge. You could have spoiled food kept in there without knowing that was the case. That's my major complaint about this hotel and was reluctant to give it 4 stars, but not as bad as 3 stars. Being close to a Tamade Super made this hotel earned back a 4 star rating.
• Ai (6/5): Small room but clean. Bad staff - The room was cute and clean. The room is so small there's hardly space to open the luggage. The staff seemed nice, but when I've asked for the luggage delivery service, she obviously took advantage of me and scammed me. I've sent 2 luggage to my next hotel with a 2 days delivery service from the hotel and I knew what a friend of mine paid from the hotel next door. So at first the price the receptionist told me was matching my friend's quotation (just above 2000¥ per luggage), then when I was checking out, the receptionist started to check the measurements and said that it was more than that, about 4000¥ for one luggage and 2000¥ the other, than she was asking 18500¥ for the 2 luggage, which was crazy, she than changed to 8500¥. She made me stay there for half an hour and I couldn't be bother anymore and ended up paying that price, which was literally double than what it should've been. My next hotel also confirmed that I've got overcharged from this hotel.

• Daniel (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wan. It's conveniently located: a few minutes away from Shinsekai, a walkable distance away from Dotonbori, a subway station a couple of minutes walk away and a Lawson convenience store right across the road. The cat theme in the hotel is very nice as well. And the rooms have Japanese toilets with heated seats!

• Deborah (8/5): - Excellent location but definitely a budget hotel. The beds are on the ground and there is no TV. It is close to tourist spots, and I also like that there is a bubble tea shop in the lobby and a convenient store across the street.

• Wanda (9/5): Nice place to stay in Osaka - It was a nice place and I liked the futon beds. Location was also good and it was clean. Nothing we disliked.
• Vincent (10/5): - This place was just very nice. Nothing really stood out. The room and bathroom is a little small, but it was fine for me. It is very close to Tsutenkaku and other attractions on the South side of Osaka.
• Mei Ling (10/5): - The room is simple and clean with the mattress on a lifted floor( not allow to use your shoes in the room, sandals were provided). No TV in the room but it did not bother us as we came home late each day. The hotel has a spa and massage service. Price was reasonable and it was good after a whole day of sightseeing. We do recommend this hotel for the price, location and across street for restaurant and convenient store, also about 10 minutes from Jr Shin Imamiya or 3 minutes from Imamiya on Nankai line.
• Chris (8/5): - No frills hotel hiding cost savings behind being eco-friendly. Guests are encouraged to upkeep their rooms rather than use the cleaning service. So don’t expect extravagant services. There is no laundry so long travelers need to use the coin laundromat Lahaina a block away. Located near 2 city train stops and the 2nd floor features a spa that offers great massages that are $ but worth it if you like deep tissue. For the room rate it is quite reasonable.
