- Christian (10/5): - The place was great, the train station is about a 13 minute walk away which isn’t too bad considering it will take you straight to shibuya. It had air conditioning, a kitchen, a washer. It was basically an apartment! Very peaceful and quiet, never had to worry about any neighbors or noise. Very clean as well and the complimentary stuff is great. Hands down would recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo who wants a good experience.

- William (10/5): Favorite Place to Stay in Sakura Shinmachi - We had an absolutely perfect time here. Each unit was very well equipped with everything you need for a short term stay; also clean and comfortable. The property manager provided excellent service and was incredibly helpful in a pinch. The check in and check out process was easy. Easy walk to station, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely be returning here again. Highly recommend!

What really made a difference was the scooter and e-bike rental parking nearby—it made getting around the city so much easier. Being so close to Shibuya was ideal for exploring Tokyo. The table was rickety, and should be replaced. No elevator so if you have mobility issues, stay on the first floor. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

- Jacob (10/5): Quiet spot in busy tokyo - Really good spot to stay in Tokyo. Clean and very quiet. Nearby park and good food (try Ichi for bento lunches) within walking distance. Easy to walk to the train to Shibuya and access the rest of Tokyo. The hosts were great and I was able to stay an extra night in the same room at short notice. Affordable and there’s a washing machine in the room which made laundry easy, no dryer access but there’s a great clothes rack for drying on the small porch. It’s a good setup all around.

- Robert (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay and everything was provided in the room! The guest handbook provided was very detailed and had translation of the Japanese words on remotes and appliances, which is very helpful. It also explained things visitors may not know about Japan rules, such as how garbage is to be separated. The only thing that was a bit trying was the distance to the nearest train station, which was a good 10-13 minute walk each way. Of course, this is not the fault of the owners and walking is fairly typical in Tokyo but just a note to those that want to stay closer to a station. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property, especially for those on a budget.

- Lillian (10/5): - The apartment itself came with all the necessities required for a comfortable stay. Pots, pans, a rice cooker, water heater, and laundry detergent were all provided. The house manual in English listed detailed instructions for how to use appliances as well as maps to places of interest for visitors. All signs for trash separation and discard were posted in English for easy access. The self check-in and out process was easy and seamless. The location is fantastic. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Grocery store, Seiyu, was a mere seven minutes away. The apartment is also nestled nicely between two train stations that are only four or five stops from Shibuya for easy access to all of the tourist places of interest in Tokyo. I stayed two weeks and enjoyed every moment of it.

- Athena (8/5): Japan Apartment Experience - The futon mattress that was on the bed frame was very thin and made for stiff joints in the mornings. Everything else was great! All basic needs were available and the place itself was tucked in a very peaceful neighborhood.

- ICHIRO (6/5): 写真どおりの部屋だが - 滞在そのものについては何も言うことないのですが、スタンダードスタジオで「ダブルベッド1台」と書いてあるのに、ベッドはシングルベッドでした。写真を見れば確かにシングルベッドなので、問題ないのですが、どっちが正しいのか混乱しますね。

- Will (8/5): - Directions are very clear to get to the property, simple apartment, has every essential needs and amenities in the place. Just be ready to walk up to 12 mins to get to a train station though.
- Bensen (10/5): - It was a nice clean space, remote, and in a quiet part of Tokyo. Slightly out of the way from the nearby train stations, but not a big deal. A very fair price to live in Tokyo! However, it is quite out of the way from the touristy activities, so if one is visiting to do a lot of tourist activities, you may or may not consider finding a place closer to the city. Most of my commutes took about an hour, but Shibuya and Shinjuku are quite close - about 30 minute commute (including the 10 minute walk from this place to the station).

- Verified traveler (8/5): 施設としては問題ないが、不安になる - 民泊であることを踏まえれば、施設の質としては良かったと思います。 しかし、指示された手続きを踏んだのに、チェックインの方法について指示する連絡が遅く、本当に予約が通っているのか不安になりました。フロントがないので、当日現場でどのようにすればチェックインできるのか、なるべく早く事前に知らせていただきたいです。
- Thang (10/5): - Great communication with friendly host. Very clean and well-organized studio in a quiet neighborhood. Around 700m from subway. There's an must-try bakery named Mister Donut near subway's North exit.
- YEONGJIN (8/5): - 진짜 일본에서 혼자 사는 법한 느낌을 낼 수 있는 숙소여서 좋았습니다. 또한 침대가 아주 푹신해서 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있었어요. 다만, 4일간 묵는 일정이였는데 수건이 4개밖에 없어서 약간 아쉬웠습니다! 또, 쓰레기 버리는 방법에 대한 안내가 방 안에 없었어서 번거로움이 약간 있었습니다. 이외에는 정말 좋은 경험이였습니다! 감사합니다!

- Mckhelcy (10/5): - It only took me 8 mins to get to the station, it’s a nice .3 mile walk to a lawsons, there is access to a gym in komazawa park which costs 500 yen for 2 hours. The room was spacious and clean and includes a fire stove top, microwave, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, dehumidifier for drying clothes, mini heater, and includes amenities. It was a very nice stay and I will book again if I come back to Japan.
- Stephen (10/5): - The property was nicely sized, clean and full of amenities. The washing and cooking facilities were a very welcome addition! Contact with the owners was very quick and straightforward. I stayed for nearly a month with no issues. The location is quiet, close to the train station, and has food and shops nearby, with just a short DT-Line ride to reach Shibuya. I would absolutely stay here again!

- Noriko (8/5): - I stayed there by myself and a heavy luggage. There is no elevator. It was very difficult for me to take my luggage to the third floor. Also, I had to take that down to the first floor when I checked out. That's only reason why I didn't rate as excellent but good for overall.
- Saki (8/5): - They should provide shampoo, conditioner and body soap in a bottle not as a refill pouch. It was not easy to use directly from the pouch.

- Donna (8/5): Great place to stay - We enjoyed staying here. It was located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It was about a 13 minute walk to the train station, but there were a lot of things with a 5 minute walk. Good communication with owners. Would definitely stay there again if in the Tokyo area.
