• Gergő Alajos (9/5): - A szobák kellemesek és tiszták voltak. A reggeli bőséges volt. A vacsora finom volt, ebbe bele tartozott egy leves és két lehetőségből választható főétel plusz saláta. A szállás 6 perc sétára van a felvonótól. Remek kilátás volt a hegyekre. Nem volt ilyen.

• Zeljko (10/5): Very comfortable and unique - Smestaj je jao blizu autobuske stanice koja vozi do skijaista. Dorucak je uvek isti i prelep dok je vecera raznovrsna. Radnici su jao ljubazni i uvek su bili tu da pomognu. Parking je prostran i sa rampom. Preporuka za sveskijase!

• Edwige (4/5): Pessimo rapporto qualità- prezzo. - Posizione centrale e parcheggio privato. Struttura datata e da rimodernare. Bagno in camera piccolissimo, cieco e con luce attivabile dall’esterno che, inaspettatamente, si spegneva da sola. Colazione misera, prodotti per o più industriali e poco varia.

• Goran (6/5): Average...we expected a lot more when booking - The location of the property is okay. It would be good if guests were told that there is parking across the street when they arrive (this would reduce wandering). The staff is friendly, however, the food in the area where the guests of the pension are located needs some work. The pension itself is okay, the old wooden creaky staircase adds its charm to the space itself.. The rooms are clean, the sheets are neatly made every morning, new towels after a three-day stay... Work on the area where the guesthouse guests eat. Set out napkins, glasses and cutlery on the tables like in a restaurant for those who are not guesthouse guests. Maybe add a little better lighting and music, this will create a more intimate atmosphere during dinner. Everything is very dark and gloomy in this area. It is quite unclear why the guesthouse guests do not eat in the restaurant area that is intended for any outside guests. Also work on the menu (perhaps to get rid of ready-made, pre-prepared frozen food options) this would give the establishment more credibility.

• Emiliano (8/5): Struttura un po' datata ma pulita, proprietario parla italiano molto disponibile, personale gentile. - Colazione dolce e salato soddisfacente. Posizione ottima e comodo parcheggio della struttura- Migliorerei la scelta del menu serale evitando la carta ridotta rispetto al ristorante.

• Karikari (10/5): Soggiorno di 4 notti - Struttura semplice ma ben funzionale sia per la posizione, a cinque minuti a piedi dalle terme e dall' impianto di risalita, che per la camera, confortevole, pulizia top. Compresa nel prezzo anche la card carinzia ( impianti gratuiti, sconto alle terme,e numero altre attività gratuite).Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti con trattamento di mezza pensione. Cibo e vini ricercati. Caffè al mattino di ottima qualità, con buffet ben fornito. Alesks, il gestore, attento alle NS esigenze e sempre ben disponibile e sorridente, così come il personale del ristorante. Consigliatissimo, sicuramente ci ritorneremo.
• Stefan (8/5): - Das Essen war prima, Frühstück als Buffet und Abendbrot als Wahl per Halbpension Karte und zusätzlich immer eine andere Tagessuppe und Salat. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wurde auch täglich gereinigt. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und der Gastgeber selbst immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab auch einen separaten Parkplatz für die Pension sodass man keine Parkplatzprobleme hatte :) Das Zimmer könnte vermutlich eine kleine Renovierung gebrauchen und das WLAN ist wohl in unserem Zimmer eher so gut wie nie erreichbar gewesen 😆 aber Preis/Leistung war definitiv voll in Ordnung!

The breakfast is very good, and the dinner options are sufficient from the menu. Excellent location with a beautiful view from the window. Close to the ski lifts and thermal baths. -

• David (9/5): Superb - Nice location and kind staff. The room was lovely and we had a view of the mountains and a shared balcony. An improvement would be to have a secure place to lock ski kit.
• Liudmila (5/5): Poor service, poor food, good location. - The hotel is very good located, walking distance to both therme and the Kaiserburg lift. Ski-bus stop is like 2 min walk. Very friendly reception. Good coffee for breakfast. Rooms are nice- old style wooden set-up, very cozy. There's a little play area for kids, a bit of toys and table games. 1. Very poor food: breakfast very basic (one type of bread, cheese and ham, yogurt), no veggies at all. Dinner (we paid for halfboard) was a joke- there are 2 menues, for the walk-in guests of the restaurant, and separate for the hotel guests. The one for hotel guests is mostly from frozen food (pizza or cevapcici) or pasta and schnitzel. At the same moment the walk-in guests order normal cooked food, like chicken or fish. It was our first experience of such souble standard. 2. The restaurant stuff, namely one guy talking italian, has been outstandingly impolite to the hotel guests and the new waiter (unexperinced). For example, if the waiter has been taking order from us, he shouted at him to immediately go to the table of the walk-in guests, as they are priority. It was very confusing. Would never return to that pension again. 3. There was no room cleaning. Within the 7 days we stayed, 2 times they took out garbage and gave once fresh towels. The floors, the bathroom were not cleaned at all in the whole week. 4. in the Booking the pension claims to have kids buffet, it's not true. 5. There's no storage room for skis, it's pretty important to know while coming there for skiing. The drying hangers for boots are not heating, so boots stay wet.
• Drejc (10/5): Great atmosphere - The host Aleks is great! He really cares about his guests. We stayed in a three bedroom room. It was big enough and very clean. There is a tv and the beds are really comfortable. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs with great food. Breakfast was very good as well. Location is as good as it gets, as everything is close. If you stay here, you will definitely like it.

Thanks to Aleks and his team for a great New Year's dinner. Excellent location of the hotel in the town ( center, ski lifts, ski bus )
