We got stuck in the car park for nearly an hour when another vehicle could not exit the ramp and kept sliding down
• Cezary (2/5): - The place is far from advertised. There is no panoramic view. The area is terrible and unsafe. The lift is without the security, so anyone from the building can access your floor. The second bedroom is so small that to reach other side of the room, you have to roll over the bed. Few suspicious people were coming in and out of the property every 20-30mins which made us feel so uncomfortable. The code given to access the property was not possible to change, also there is no safe inside the property. I would not call that please as luxurious at all. After 3hours I’ve booked hotel closer to the city and moved out. Do not recommend that property at all.
• SRIKANTH (10/5): - Very clean, luxurious. Comfortable beds, clean linen. Excellent communication, prompt responses from the management team. Glad that we were able to leave our luggage on our departure day to go sightsee, & then pick it up later. Could NEVER get the microwave to work, unfortunately. So we could not heat up or cook anything in the microwave. There's no soap holder in the shower area; shower gel/shampoo etc. had to be kept on the floor. It was inconvenient. There's no a/c unit in the 2nd bedroom; made for a somewhat stuffy room.
• Simone (10/5): - Eine wirklich tolle, geräumige Wohnung bei der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. 5min Gehzrit von der U4 die direkt in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum ist. Der Check in war sehr einfach und die Kommunikation super. Es wurde immer sofort reagiert. Wenn wir nach Wien kommen werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage in Wien!

• Andrew (6/5): - The hotel wasn't clean to my standards. I have allergies, and the dust made me miserable. Spiders or bugs bit my daughter the first few night we did ask them to chnaher there sheets which helped. There was also cobwebs on the light fixtures and spiders too high for us to reach. There is no vending machine or ice machine, and the supermarket are closer early so if you arrive after 8pm, and you thirsty and don't want to go to a restaurant you are in trouble even worst if you arrive after 1130pm almost all the restaurants are closed so doubled screwed. There really isn’t a front desk so it’s hard to get help! No fan or ac so summer isn’t a good stay I would imagine.

• Tahlia (10/5): - We stayed here for five days as a family during winter. It is a quiet neighborhood and while not right downtown, there are different options to take public transportation to downtown. There are a few grocery stores on the corner. The apartment is spacious and check in was easy.

• Walter (10/5): - Great lookout from the living room windows. The smaller of the two bedrooms does not have A/C so it can become stuffy if occupants are temperature-sensitive. Lots of seating space around the dining table with modern details/furniture. Master bedroom had ample space.

• Alexander (4/5): - The location is less than ideal. It is far from city center and from most main attractions. Not many acceptable dining options near by. The apartment itself is not something I would describe as “luxury”. It is well appointed, but not very well maintained. For example, the bathroom has cracked tiles, bathtub access door has peeling masking tape around it and shower hose base is leaky when water pressure is on the higher side, the safe in the bedroom closet is not functional, and many other small things that are simply not on par. The “terrace” is just a small balcony. Finally, the hosting company communication was pretty atrocious. The apartment building address on Orbitz is not the correct address as the provided address does not actually exist. The hosting company did not provide instructions on the actual address and check in process by email and instead only sent a message through Orbitz which I did not see. So, I was circling around the neighborhood in a taxi looking for a nonexistent address and then struggled to get a hold of anyone so that I could check in. I did receive a text asking for passport information on WhatsApp. But I could not get through to anyone on WhatsApp because it was past 5PM. I was able to communicate via WhatsApp during business hours and they responded to my requests to get bedding and fresh towels. The cleaners came in on the 3rd day but did not do a good job, leaving dirty dishes in the sink. All in all, I cannot recommend this lodging option.

When there was an issue with the shuttle driver taking me to the wrong location, the property stepped in quickly and got the shuttle driver to come back and take me to the correct place. The property is well constructed and comfortable. It has easy access to the U-Bahn, as well as plenty of places to eat and shop. The trip to the central district is short and easy.

The condo very spacious, comfortable beds, fully equipped and extras. Next to public transportation allowing you to get anywhere in a fast and easy manner. I recommend it to a family any day.

• Sine (8/5): - Im Großen und Ganzen war alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist relativ zentral. Man ist mit der U4 in circa 5-7 Minuten an der Oper und zur Haltestelle braucht man circa 3-4 Minuten. Das Hotel ist und somit in einem sehr guten Zustand. Leider fehlte bei den Apartments das kleine eine oder andere, was aber nicht tragisch war, denn das Personal hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Leider hatten wir einen Problem mit unserem Zimmer aber die Sophie hat das perfekt gelöst somit waren wir sehr zufrieden superfreundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Auf unserer nächsten Wien Reise sind wir ganz bestimmt wieder da. Danke für die tollen Tage.
• Katharina (10/5): - Eine ganz wunderbare Möglichkeit, einen Aufenthalt in Wien zu verbringen. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig für die Tiefgarage, muss ich ein minus verteilen bzw. sollte bei der Reservierung erwähnt werden, dass diese sehr sehr eng ist.
• Srebryo (10/5): Amazing stay - The property is amazing. Everything is very clean and comfortable.
• Predrag (6/5): - LOVED: Sayed in the luxury top apartment for 7 nights, family of 4. We loved the location the stunning rooftop views, closeness to the shops and metro. The communication was prompt and cleaning ladies were amazing. Things we asked for were provided promptly (i.e extra coffee pods, new cleaning towels). Bathroom cosmetics lovely, with washing machine and dish wash pods supplied. DISLIKED: We were charged extra 60Euro for 3hrs earlier check in. Had to send passport ID pic via watsapp. There is a sports bar underneath that gets noisy at night. The apartment itself is hot during the day and difficult to cool down even with air con working, but you have to constantly monitor it cos it has an timer setting and keeps turning off. There is limited kitchen space, with utensils not placed in the draw but on the top bench, no chopping board and difficult to make a light meal for the family. Cables hanging underneath the tv, in easy reach of little kids. No hold bar in the bath/overtop shower, or slip mat, making getting in and out tricky. Many little things get annoying after few days, so while the property looks nice, it is definitely not luxury.

• Marina (10/5): Great Place!! - Amazing place for a family vacation. The apartment was new and beautifully decorated. Very specious and well equipped. The building was new and also very clean. Easy check in and check out. 10/10
• Vijeth (8/5): Great place. Would recommend. - The place is amazing. Largely clean as well. Only improvement need is getting someone to talk to you about any issues. The office is not marked. And you can keep on knocking, you wouldnt know if the staff isn't there or they just dont notice.

• Douglas (10/5): Great Accommodations for a Family - We were running super late and needed an automated check-in. The company representative we called was extremely helpful and gave us clear directions that made check-in on our own quite simple and fast. The room was well appointed, incredibly clean and the beds were the most comfortable we've slept in during our vacation in Europe.
