- Montse (8/5): Bona ubicacio i molt recomanable - La ubicacio
- Emmy (8/5): - Het is super lokatie, schoon . We hebben genoten.
- Jeff (10/5): -

- Sara (10/5): - Excellent facilities. well equipped share kitchen and dining area. Really comfortable beds, good sized room and bathroom. Great location for first time in Rome. Thin walls made it impossible to not hear every thing from the neighbouring guests - aargh!
We were provided with air plugs, but some noises just penetrate!
- dawn (5/5): Needs attention ….. - Location Needs maintenance and correct description / our room had no wardrobe or drawers and no where to hang anything up - all showers were tiny and/or had damaged shower door handles.
- Sergio Ariel (9/5): Excelente ubicación, cerca del Coliseo, Fontana di Trevi y demás lugares a conocer. - Muy buena ubicación.
- kenneth Creighton (8/5): We had four wonderful nights in Rome. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed - The location was central to everything we wanted to see in Rome. From our hotel, we walked everywhere. Upon arrival, after 8 hours of train delays, we wanted to shower and see Rome. However there was no hot water. We called the number on the info sheet in the kitchen but just got a recording that we couldn’t understand. We finally sent messages via Booking.com and got a response. Water boiler was fixed next day. We would stay again. The staff addressed the problem quickly.

- David (8/5): -
- Michael (9/5): - Very private apartment and larger than expected. Great central location in Roma.
- Tracey (10/5): - Location Location Location!!!
Property was perfect for us 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Everything worked!!
Room wasn't ready on arrival. They happily stored our luggage while we went and explored.
Comfortable beds, decent showers. Did I mention fantastic location? Nothing
- Vinura (7/5): -
- Georgia (9/5): - great location! Not much space in the ensuite toilets.
- Muhammad (9/5): Excellent over all experience. - Cleanliness, Location and good 5 star feeling to the flat. Location was best part. 90% of Rome tourist spots within walking distance.
- Hh (7/5): Good -
- Mary (10/5): Elegant, perfect location and super spacious- amazing for families! - It felt like an elegant Roman apartment for the modern age- all amenitites and gorgeous spacious rooms. I wish we could have stayed much longer to enjoy this fabulous apartment.
- Jonathan (10/5): - Our only complaint would be that the stairwell regularly did not have lights
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - We loved how central it was. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was big. AC worked really well as it was very hot. Nothing
- Divi (4/5): Disappointing - Price was incredibly high for the property. This was not a hotel, more an apartment, no cleaning service, no amenities, no one to call a taxi, no one to assist with bags. For $400 a night, I expected much more.
- Vasily (1/5): Never come back. Awful check-in procedure; reception does not even have a toilet room for guests. - Awful check-in experience. When I make reservation through Booking and PREPAY it in full, I do not expect messages like "we will not let you know the address until you go to our awful web-site to fill personal data". Filling data on external web-sites - this is not what I expect for pre-paid resevations on Booking. This is extremly unpolite to hide the apartment address from a client who made 100% prepaid reservation. Awful. Will never come back
- Christina (10/5): - Location was great for walking distance. Staff were all very cordial and accommodating. Very helpful. Our only complaint would be noise from what appears to be nightclub across the street. Extreme noise into early hours of morning. At no fault of hotel, but was extremely loud
- Veselin (8/5): Very good - It was a bit dusty and dust accumulated quickly.
- Andre (9/5): Superb -
- Susie (9/5): Loved it, perfect location to see all the sites! - Marcelo and staff were very accommodating and helpful! USB charging ports would be very helpful!
- Maya (4/5): Great location, but overall left a bit disappointed - The property had a great location with all the main attractions 10/20 minute walk away. Super central to all the main sights. For the money spent, bear in mind nearly €1000 euros in May, it was disappointing. We arrived about 4pm and entered to a pitch black long corridor, reception was a room that was basically a cupboard was two floors up. We arrived originally thought we had been scammed!! The room we had was tiny!! We were two girls travelling and just was super hard to get ready in morning and lacked wardrobe/ any luggage storage. No lift and had to climb 6 flights of stairs so definitely not advised if you have any mobility issues and felt hard after a long day of sightseeing . The standard of the room was finished well, however beware that the rooms are off of shared communal spaces. This wasn’t made very clear when booking, so wouldn’t have booked if it was the case. Meant no fridge in the room or safe etc which you would expect. I don’t know if this is the case for all rooms. But ours (5A) was shared with two other rooms. Whilst thankfully it wasn’t too noisy, you can hear other guests coming home/going out quite a lot.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Dritan (10/5): Goregeus - Very very good
- Andre (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jellie (8/5): Very good -
- Dorota (9/5): Superb -
- Romans (9/5): Overall brilliant service, in the great location in Rome. Close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps. - Spacious room and comfortable beds. The streets in Rome can be noisy at night with ambulance, police vehicles and maintenance trucks at night.
- Kate (4/5): Not worth the price paid for one night - Good location, check in staff were very friendly. Lift was broken and this was not communicated prior to agreeing to pay for un refundable room. Room provided was on 5th floor.
Check in time was unreasonably late at 4pm this also should have been communicated
- charlessH9826OK (2/5): SCAMMERS - This is the worst hotel experience of my life. PERIOD.
Arrived at 21:30. Hard to find.
No information that you need a code to get in. No code to get in sent in advance.
Real hotels have a reception. They deal with you.
This hotel is all remote…and yet they do not tell you this up front
Procedure to get a code to get in is complex - especially if you travel with ApplePay - basically you cannot get in to the hotel.
This hotel is a SCAM.
They have extorted money from my company Dell Technologies
Paid for a room and cannot get in to the hotel - let alone the room.
SCAM SCAM SCAM - I will never book a stay in a SCAM Sonder hotel again.
I do hope that Dell gets its money back from these scammers.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and Alfredo was an excellent host. Helpful in transportation and dining
- MURILO (10/5): - Localização excelente! Apartamento muito bem equipado. Foi uma experiência inesquecível.
- Nolubabalo (10/5): Awesome - The location is just perfect and the staff super friendly. The unit was beautiful and super clean. I would stay there again and highly recommend Sonder. The stairs especially with the lift not working.
- Tammy (10/5): Daniel was absolutely amazing. He carried all our luggage to the 6th floor and the next day he was already ready with a - Location, clean and perfect size for needs First property, elevator was broken and we were on the 6th floor so they moved us the next night
- A (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josie (9/5): This is a wonderful spacious apartment which is centrally located so you are only a short stroll from anywhere in Rome w - Great location and good facilities
Helpful friendly staff The elevator was out so we had to climb stairs
No TV in living space which would be handy when travelling with teenagers.
- 279josiec (8/5): Glorious Rome - This is a wonderful spacious apartment centrally located so that you are only a short stroll from anywhere in Rome. Having a crepe and gelato stop right downstairs is so convenient as you never know when a craving might hit!
The beds are super comfy and great pillows.
- SUELEN DOS (8/5): Localização impecável. Andar alto. - A localização é impecável! Muito fácil acesso via vaporeto. Entretanto, conserte que é no último andar e há muitas escadas para subir com mala.
- Γεωργιοσ (9/5): Superb - Warm, clean and quiet place. Bathroom in every room. Great location Malfunctioning elevator but management tried their best on getting it fixed as much possible as they could
- Paul (9/5): Clean spacious and close to all we wanted to see we walked to everything - Location and perfect for our family Nothing it was perfect
- Julia (8/5): - The elevator is broken and has been broken for a long time according to others in the building.
- j0hnscalia (10/5): Great location, close to everything - While this unit may not be as 'luxury' as some of their other properties, Via del Corso is central to EVERYTHING and the location is perfect for stepping out the door and literally walking to all the sights. I personally enjoyed the energy and nightlife, though it could be noisier for those sensitive to that kind of thing at night. The flat was very spacious, everything was in good working order and the staff was onhand in the building if we needed them. They were very responsive and accommodating when we needed them. I even left a small bag behind and before my plane had landed at home they had reached out with a photo of the items and assistance with shipping. I really appreciated that.
- Vitalijs (10/5): Exceptional - Best place to start your journey in the Rome center.
- David (8/5): Very good - Roomy, great location There are no instructions for turning the heating on.
Clothes dryer not working.
- Vito (8/5): Great location and full comfort - Location and interior design Not easy to reach without elevator
- Staci (10/5): - Everything was very nice!
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rydo (5/5): Sonder Rome - Location The three flights if stairs and the fact there was no storage area for bags and the terrace area had no lights at night so unusable
- yycsullivan (10/5): Comfortable, convenient and reasonably quiet. - Centrally located and remarkably quiet given that it is on a major street. This is a large 2BR/2Bath apartment with a galley kitchen and a small but serviceable common space. The kitchen has a mini fridge, stove, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. There are plenty of windows and every room has its own temperature control. One bed was broken when we arrived, but they fixed it immediately. Both rooms are well appointed. One is slightly bigger but the other seems to have a slightly bigger bathroom so it all evens out. They are weirdly stingy with toilet paper so request extra right away! Only problem was booking transportation to the airport through them. The driver was late - which is unacceptable. We gave up and hailed a passing taxi, which turned out to be much, much cheaper.
- James (9/5): Great property, perfect location for our needs - Great location and surprisingly quiet during the night. Good facilities and spacious rooms. The online service via whatsapp was really efficient. Communication in advance of arrival was very good. One of the beds had a broken slat in the base, but this was reported and the feedback noted.
The property has a washing machine (which we needed due to Rome being mid-way in a 3 week holiday), but there isn't anything to hang clothes on to dry.
- Michelle (8/5): Great location and clean but since it is close to street you hear noise. - Great location and very clean. Open space. The street noise. Earplugs were provided but those do not stay in place. For the money spent you would want a good night sleep. Also no direction on how to work the lights in entry/hall when checking in late. It was very dark.
- TIMOTHY (10/5): - Fantastic location for touring in Rome. Centrally located between most of the major attractions making it a very walkable location. My room was nice and very clean. Major plus was the washing machine and kitchen. This was the mid point stay during a three week trip to Italy and the washing machine was a much needed ammentiy.
- Yohannes (10/5): Great service and excellent location - Location was great and very clean Elevator
- Seik (9/5): GOOD LOCATION, VERY CONVENIENT - Location is excellent. shopping, restaurants and attractions all within walking distance. The streets might be a bit noisy but that was expected for city center. Overall, great stay for us.
- Tracy (10/5): Location, location, location - Great location at the start of Via Del Corso within walking distance or a bus to all the major attractions. While there is no reception, staff are available for questions/enquiries 24/7 via WhatsApp or the Sonder app. Construction of the new metro line is currently underway at Piazza Venezia, otherwise the apartment is in a great location with a view of the Vitorrio Emmanuel monument.
- Brock (8/5): - Apartment was in a good location. Clean and modern appliances. Unfortunately hot water heater didn't work great.
- Constantin (9/5): Overall, a great place to stay in Rome. - Perfect location, very clean, comfortable, friendly staff. A bit noisy. No option to drop off the luggage earlier than check-in or pick up later then check out.
- Tali (8/5): Very good - Great location! The balcony was a nice addition. The bed was not comfortable and the blanket was dirty and always came out from the linen..
The apartment was on the 6th floor but the lift only has 5 floors.. Meaning you have to climb one floor up with your suitcases..
- Patricia (8/5): Convenience in the heart of Rome. Made me feel like a local. - Location and it was light and bright and clean Nothing
- Anita (6/5): Pleasant - The location Imposible sleep for the street noise.
Poor kitchen implements
Dishwasher not working
- Mustafa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heather (10/5): Best deal in best location ! - Amazing location and space! In the heart of everything but very quiet and clean and spacious. Nothing
- Parmjit (9/5): We had an amazing time, and would definitely stay again. Thank you to the Sonder Team. - The location of the property was superb, central to all the main attractions and just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. It is possible to walk to all the attractions, including Vatican City. The property was spacious and we were able to communicate with the management team via messaging, and they were always happy to help. We were on the fourth floor, so either had to climb stairs or take the lift, but the lift only has room for two people. Best to check which floodlights you are on to check that it works for you.
- Yit (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is excellent, walking distance to most tourist attractions, i.e Pantheon, Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps. Though it is not closed to any metro station but it's just a few mins walk to major bus stops. Lots of nice restaurants and shops around the area. The rooms in the apartment are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Rome. It could be a little noisy at night as it is located on a main road.
- Amr (6/5): Enjoy - Location, rooms space and bathroom are good Elevator is small and not comfortable
- Paresi (10/5): Great location, outstanding host response and customer service, clean spacious bedrooms with three bathrooms, that helpe - The location was perfect, very close to all landmarks. The hosts response was outstanding and went over and above to make our stay wonderful, even booked our transfers gave us peace of mind. I will most definitely go back. Very cleans and spacious bedrooms, loved everything. Nothing bad to say, everything was amazing.
- Jeff (10/5): Brilliant will have to go back and spend longer - Location was fab and the apartment was super in size and cleanliness. Top job Nope
- Urvashi (1/5): Bad -
- Shane (8/5): Very good - Great location and spacious 3 bed for the family. One of the AC machines didn't cool very well.
- Sara (9/5): Superb -
- jessicamK317VF (10/5): Another Incredible Stay with Sonder - Sonder is my go-to, when looking for accommodation. They are prompt in communication, have consistency in their brand, and offer spacious units/rooms. I've stayed in this building in Rome on four different holidays (three different units) and each was exceptional. The location is central and walkable, the building is quiet, and the units are spacious and clean. Highly recommend.
- Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - Hi! The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The location is great. The staff super friendly and responsive. 👍
- Joseph (9/5): Excellent space for family stay. - The space looks exactly like the pics. No bait and switch. This was a major plus point as we looked at several other places where the reviews mentioned seeing something on the website and getting something different.
Check-in was easy as they contacted us through whatsapp during the process. This same method of contact was used for any and all queries of the place. The response time was also very quick. Within 30 minutes, our concern was resolved.
The entrance to the place is just a door in the wall, no fanfare or lobby. Just a door with a keypad. You might miss it if you don't look up at the number on top of the door. We looked it up on street view on Google maps, so we knew what we were looking for.
The bathrooms were nice and clean. Showers were spacious. Toilet and bidet included.
Basic toiletries provided.
Two of the rooms had ensuite bathrooms, so it was great for our extended family staying.
Having the whole apartment for our family of seven was perfect.
The apartment had the air conditioning on when we got in, so it was a nice welcome from the Roman summer heat.
The kitchen was very neat and tidy, and all basic equipment was provided, i.e., toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle. There was a substantial amount of dishes and cutlery for our stay. The dishwasher and wash/dryer combo machine are also included.
The refrigerator was clean, and the freezer already had ice made in it.
The elevator in the building is quite small (around 2ftx3ft)but efficient. It was quite helpful in taking luggage up to the apartment. Average person can stand in there with 2 luggage with just enough room for the doors to close. The only drawback is that if someone on another floor uses it but doesn't close the door properly, it won't move. That only happened to us once.
The location was perfect, almost in downtown Rome. It was a 13-minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Tonnes of shopping in the area. Great food and gelato places, too. We stayed in the first room, and our family stayed in the others. The critical review will be reflective of that since the rest of the space was fine.
There was one room where the AC didn't seem to work. It was noticeably warmer from the rest of the apartment. This was the first room in the apartment.
The beds are small compared to North American beds. It was more for a single adult or two small kids. It was listed as double, but it felt smaller than that. Bedding was clean and comfortable.
The sofa-bed is debatable on its capacity of being called a bed. It was a very thin mattress on springs. The sofa was stained, but that's negligence, not overuse. It looked like something spilled on the back cushions.
There are no hooks in the bathroom, nowhere to hang towels or clothes. We used the towel warmer to hang the hand towel.
The people in the apartment above us must have been getting some construction done. It was quite loud, but that's a building issue not of the company operating this hotel.
- CHRISTINA (10/5): - We absolutely love this place it was perfect! The space and view was amazing
- Weaver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andres (4/5): - My bedroom mas awfully small. No hot water nor pressure in the shower, until I contacted them 2 times, problem was solved but even solved no nice shower
- Kelliann (9/5): Great experience. The gelato store right downstairs - That everyone had their own room and bathroom The cost was a little higher than I expected. The lights in the common area really should be motion activate. A couple of times we found ourselves in the dark until someone could get to the next landing and put the lights on. We were on the 5th floor
- Hoffmann (10/5): I would recommend it for a big group in downtown Rome. - It was the perfect place to see everything in Rome in 3 days since the hotel is located in the city center. We didn't use any public transportation. Everything was beyond exceptional. The place was spotless, spacious for 7-8 people. It was clean, very quiet even though we were next to a construction site and a busy street.
The rooftop balcony was an extra. Thanks for letting us to use it. The kitchen had all the kitchen utensils one needs in the kitchen. Towels, extra small towels and even shampoo, conditional, shower gel was provided. There was a small grocery store (pam) near by. Pretty much everything was perfect. We liked the 3 bathrooms to the 3 rooms. Great idea. There was nothing we could have asked for to make our stay more enjoyable. We liked to door code so we didn't have to worry about loosing the keys.
- Lorna (8/5): Very good -
- Betty (9/5): Modern comfort in the heart of history. - Location. Easy access. Good amenities. Showers were good. Not enough toliet paper. Entrance doir not always locked.
- Brandon (10/5): Exceptional -
- james (10/5): - Great position, well equiped.
- Benjamin (6/5): Big clean rooms in awesome location, pity about the smell of the ensuite. - The location was amazing, the rooms were large and very clean and the kitchen well appointed. The smell from the front ensuite bathroom was terrible, something was seriously wrong with the sewer. The overhead shower pressure was almost non-existent but maybe that's normal for Rome? Also if you are looking for a quiet room, this is not it, you are in one of the busiest most exiting parts of Rome, expect noise from traffic and people.
- 118ignacios (8/5): Good option for family of four (if you don't mind some street noise) - Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Travelled with teenage son & daughter so needed three rooms with beds (don't trust sofa beds), which is not easy to find. The apartment was large and clean. Well equipped kitchen for breakfast - Nesspresso machine with compliementary capsules - nice touch, also tea.
Pluses:
Location
Space
Upkeep
Furnishings
Minuses
Street noise (even with good windows - they provide white noise machines which is a nice touch, but earplugs are best if you're a light sleeper)
Beds and pillows on the hard side
One of the bedrooms faces a courtyard (with the advantage of less noise!)
- Emma (10/5): Perfect, stylish, roomy apartments and excellent location for all Romes attractions and restaurants - These apartments are ideally located and within walking distance of all of Romes main attractions. Ideally placed for restaurants, shops and culture. Spacious, spotlessly clean, secure and central. It is in the centre of Rome and on the main street for shopping, with some noise from outside which is to be expected. We were really happy with our apartment and would stay again/recommend Some noise from other apartments so maybe not ideal for round children
/light sleepers.
- Mary (7/5): Good - Location very central and near good restaurants. Very close to Rome gems: Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, etc Room was clean but small. No mirror in bathroom to shave or apply make-up.
