Fridge didn’t work, in the morning we went in the fridge to take out the stuff we put in to find it was not cold at all and the fridge wasn’t on. If we were staying longer we would’ve said something but we were checking out an hour later so there was nothing that could be done.

• Minna (10/5): Great location for exploring Dublin - I travelled with two friends and we shared a room. We had a great stay. The location was excellent and close to lots of interesting places and transport links for going further afield, which we did. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed that I slept on. Dublin is a fantastic city and this was a great base to explore it from. Would stay again. We couldn’t figure out how to switch off the air con but also forgot to ask, so it wasn’t a major issue.

• Maria Gabriella (10/5): Niente di meglio - La struttura è in una posizione perfetta! Ha la fermata del Dublin express da e per l’aeroporto proprio lì vicino. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, la vista è suggestiva lati fiume e gli spazi sono ben distribuiti. Si raggiungono tutti i punti d’interesse facilmente a piedi e c’è anche la stazione molto molto vicina. Lo staff è gentilissimo, mi hanno fatto trovare una sorpresa per il compleanno del mio fidanzato senza che lo chiedessi. Sono stati fantastici!

I lost my phone and the reception staff did all they could to help me find it... it was taken he with a member of staff from another hotel, the front of house manager Dylan was amazing, he came with me in a 20 minute taxi ride to get my phone! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! The hole place was clean and tidy, I never saw anywhere dirty! There was always complimentary pastries and water. Nothing appeared to be too much for the staff! The aparthotels was in a seperate building to the main hotel, unfortunately the walk to the apartment was through an area where homeless people seem to walk through and hang around! I did witness people taking and smoking drugs. It would be good if the area could be fenced off, as it wasnt pleasant seeing people smoke crack and heroine.

• Alix (8/5): Gerne wieder - Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen um fußläufig ins Zentrum/ Trinity College/ Temple Bar/ Bushaltestellen für Tagesausflüge/ Dart Station zu gelangen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Supermarkt für alles Nötige (ein Koffer ging auf unserer Anreise verloren) gleich im nächsten Gebäude. Auch sind Cafés und Restaurants in Geh Nähe. Die Lobby ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und nicht übertrieben "steril" gestaltet. Klein aber fein. Sehr unkomplizierter Check in und out und eine nette Atmosphäre. Man kann die Koffer nach dem Check-out bis zur Abreise im Hotel lassen. Das Personal ist jung und sehr zuvorkommend. Alles hat super geklappt. Sehr praktisch sind Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und sogar eine kleine Kochplatte im Hotelzimmer. Es sind auch zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch vorhanden. Alles sehr kompakt und effizient. Einen Punkt Abzug: meiner Meinung nach könnten die Böden in den Zimmern etwas "sauberer" (vielleicht einmal gut wischen, oder gut saugen) sein.

• Raman (10/5): Amazing experience! - Perfect location for a weekend break. 15 mins walk from the central. The staff were lovely, in particular Nacho who was so amazing, friendly and accommodating! I booked Staycity for my boyfriends birthday and Nacho made a little basket of goodies for his birthday. It was such a lovely touch and we'll definitely be staying here again! Nothing! Apartment itself was so nice, got an early check in so weren't waiting around. Spacious and clean.

• Pavel (9/5): my first time in an aparthotel - A combination of an apartment and an hotel. Bed is very comfortable. Includes a microwave which is something I really miss in hotels. You can store your luggage at the reception if you arrive before check-in. Lacks counters where you can put your stuff and the table is very small. There was a lot of unused space so could've added an extra table or counter. Also the bathroom tap is very bad, the water flow is very strong so when you're washing your hands it spills out of the sink.
