Bogdan (7/5): The area itself is actually not that bad, and it’s unclear why some reviews describe it negatively. There’s convenient t - We chose this place for a two-night stay mainly based on the location and price, as we just needed somewhere to sleep. For that purpose, this hotel can be a decent option. We were welcomed by a young lady who checked us in quickly, and we received exactly the room we had booked (with a balcony). Even though the balcony faces the station, the room itself was not noisy, and the hotel overall was quiet. The room is very small — it was difficult to even open one suitcase comfortably. It was also quite cold inside. We were very cold during the first night, and on the second day we asked for help. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly about this request, but they did help us figure out the air conditioning (the heater wasn’t working). The shower is also worth mentioning — it’s very small and not very convenient. However, hot water was always available and heated up quickly.

Olena (10/5): - Сподобалося розташування. Я приїхала автобусом до автовокзалу Esenler. Дуже зручно до Метро потім 7 зупинок. Прямо з метро по прямій до головної вулиці, звернути на право метрів 100 ще раз на право і ти в готелі. Дуже швидко заселили,привітно. Номер чистий. Все що зазначено на сайті є. Дуже тепло. Батареї включають ввечері,та кондиціонер на тепло можливо включити. Гаряча вода,в душі треба трохи почекати,спустити холодну воду,а потім регулювати. Вікна щільно закриваються,добрий новий стіклопакет. Було тихо. Є освітлення на вулиці.Є рядом паром до Ялова,джерельної гарячої води. Берегом гуляючи не помітиш, як проходиш дуже велику відстань бо дуже гарно. Мені пощастило побачити дуже багато дельфінів, які долаючи течію прямували по Босфору до Чорного моря. На шляху є державний харчовий заклад,смачною їжею та приємною ціною. Дуже зручно добиратися в любому напрямку. Рекомендую,якщо ви приїхали насолоджуватися Стамбулом,а не в якості ревізора.

Denny Kristiono (4/5): I was not very comfortable during my stay. - I like the location the most “The staff are unable to speak English and can be a bit rude. I reserved a king room, which means one king bed, but I was given a twin bed instead. The young staff member (she is not Turkish, she might be from Uzbekistan or possibly Kazakhstan) was very rude. She insisted that I had booked that room, and I could not argue because she only spoke Turkish, but her gestures made her attitude very clear. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this property, but you may try it if you wish.

Olga (5/5): Не могу не согласиться, что расположение удобное, но сам жилой квадрат выглядит не безопасно. - Только персонал. Добродушно встретили, говорили по-русски. Мы приехали ночью. Как только свернули в жилой район, где находится гостиница, поняли, что район не благополучный. Ни магазинов, ни освещения. Темные проулки, кругом стройка, мусор и старые, не ухоженные дома. Водитель даже боялся нас оставить, предупредил, что здесь может быть не безопасно. Комната была в подвале, очень маленький сан узел, просто не развернуться. Мы с дочкой даже мыться там не стали. Кое-как зубы почистили и легли спать. Спали плохо, боялись каждого шороха. Утром ушли в другой отель. Днём тоже район нам не понравился. Бежали скорее к проспекту.

Obadă (5/5): Raport calitate pret ok, dar nu poti folosi baia de miros - La pretul oferit cazarea este ok pentru 2 stele. Lenjeria curata, prosoape curate, totul spalat. Metrou la 2 minute de cazare. La prima vedere zona pare putin cam nesigura, dar localnicii sunt foarte pasnici si nu trebuie sa va faceti probleme. Peretii murdari rau de tot. De la baie mirosea îngrozitor. Nu era vorba de curățenia baii, ci de canalizare. Groaznic, nu puteam nici sa ma spal pe dinti fara sa-mi vina sa vomit.

Andreea (9/5): 2 star hotel worth your money - The hotel is really close to a train that goes right to sirkeci, next to eminonu, close to the subway and marmaray. At a 10 min walk to aksaray, where you can find the t1 tramway and many more buses. It is also great located in terms if places to eat and shop. I recoomend staying at this hotel, just consider it is a 2 star hotel and keep your expectations low. The sorrounding area is not so renovated and may look not so good, but we felt safe nonetheless! We had 2 rooms, one on the 2nd floor ok, and one down below, which was not ok because of the smell, even if it was cheaper than the other one
Asif (8/5): We really loved our stay at Konak Bella 3 hotel and would come back again - The room was cozy and clean. The hotel is situated close to metro and bus stops. The personnel was very nice and attentive. Food is easily available across the street . There is a small supermarket nearby also. None except that the Hotel could have provided laundry services and also some complimentary tea bags on our arrival.
Boris (3/5): Poor - It was affordable Small rooms, ours was in the basement seems like, basically no windows, you need to ask for toilet paper, towels because they dont change them, the ceiling is peeling off. We were asking for earlier checkin and got no reply two times. The location was not nice but atleast its near the train station

Ahmed (6/5): It was okay, it could have been better tho - It was close to many metro and buses and tram station. It was easy to get to most of the touristic attractions from there easily. Our economic room was kind of small, its toilet was also small. The drainage was only at the shower section. So if any water drops next to the toilet or tub. Then it would just collect water. There wasn’t a garbage bin in our room. Also the electricity have cut off. We were told that the electricity would go off for the whole day. But that’s after we asked but no one came to us to like tell us what happened or reassure us. Thankfully, it just cut off for like 3 hours or less. At the very end, you pay what you get for, it was kind of cheap so it is understandable or maybe it was just our room because it was economical. I think it suits more for a couple.

Viktoriia (10/5): A good choice for those who plan to spend time exploring the city and its sights. - Good location, as there is a metro line, a marmaray, and two tram lines within walking distance. It's clean, with two towels provided per person, and there was even shampoo, though we used our own. The shower, sink, and hairdryer are in working order. There is a small fridge and a table. The bed is wide and comfortable. You are given a key to the front door, so you can come and go whenever you like. The lighting is quite dim. It's not a problem for the bedroom, but it would be better to have white light in the bathroom. The small sink is not very convenient. However, these are not major issues, just things that could be improved.

Valdo (8/5): A lovely stay. - A lovely family-owned hotel. They were polite and we checked in without any issues. Very spacious, quiet and clean room. The metro and new train line are just a short walk away which made travelling around the city very convenient. Also, they have an elevator so we don't have to our big luggage up the stairs. The hotel is located in a more under-developed neighbourhood so I can see why some reviewer thinks they felt a bit unsafe specially if they are solo travellers but we thought it was great to be able to check out local shops and restaurants.

The owner can not speak english but understand well. The place was quite and not much loud from traffic. Pooja (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing It was total fraud, the rooms where extremely small, beds where uncomfortable. Bathroom was extremely small, it was very uncomfortable to shower in the bathroom. Staff where very rude and none of them knew English have to use the translater app everutime. Will never recommend the hotel to anyone. The location was also very unsafe, after reaching there taxi guy told us that the hotel is in the red light area.

Malkhaz (1/5): The worst experience I've ever had! - There was a metro station nearby and it was very comfy. We were there for 7 days and they cleaned our room only once. They said that cleaning service is once in every 3 days (what???), but we "got" this service only once in 7 days. We begged to change towels at least and after this they let us bring the towels in the reception ourselves and gave us the new ones. Water didn't work properly. etc. etc. I've paid for this stay in advance, so I couldn't move to the another property((
