• Agata (7/5): It was ok, but not great - Location No airconditioning in living room, we had to pay 50 euros to get to the apartment after 23:00 and this information came after booking. The mattress on the bed is definitely too soft.

• Dan (7/5): Good - its a modern quiet new apartment but its less then i expected, very spacious for the price.... The Host tried their best, but there is a lack of aicondition in the living room making it too hot' when its warm out side. There is an aircondition in the bedroom. The bedroom is empty without even a chair to put clothes another strange thing is they ask to take the Garbage down , this is the first time i was asked to do so...no acceptable. Last, the cleaning should be more thorough
• Marouane (4/5): Bacteria bomb - Apartment and location is nice It was dirty and unhygienic, hairs everywhere, sticky and dirt spots on kitchen tables, the cabinets was all dirty, oily sticky. When you open a cabinet they stick to your hand absolutely disgusting, the toilet was half cleaned, when I opened the toilet seat there was hair and signs of e-coli bacteria. The bed looked clean but after inspection it looked like the bed linen was reused it had dirt on one side. The funny thing is when I arrived the host greeted me and apologized and said that there was some problems with the cleaners and they where on their way to clean the apartment, It was ok with me i was planning going out buying groceries anyways, so when we went up to the apartment, the cleaners came, and I left my luggage and left expecting that I would come back to a clean apartment, to my surprise when I came back 1 hour later, the apartment was not even touched, they just came and when I left they most likely also left. Because it was disgusting, it looks good until you come closer and touch or inspect things, this made me question the hygiene in the apartment. I booked the apartment because of a high score in cleanliness, but it was the exact opposite. I contacted the host via WhatsApp. Her answer was contact booking and get a refund on cleaning fee. Like I care about the money I care about my health, I payed to stay in a clean space not a bacteria bomb. I eventually contacted booking, they contacted the hosts, the host contacts me and tells me they could send a cleaner. (This is two days later). I already cleaned the worst stuff my self. And all my stuff is unpacked and everywhere, it's inconvenient to send service now. What can I use a cleaner for at that point im only staying two days more. Why did they not send a cleaner when I addressed the issue in the first place? why they tell me to contact booking to get a refund in cleaning fee? I don't trust the hosts that are running this apartment.

• Sever (8/5): Our stay was very nice. The location was superb. A few improvements will make it perfect! - Air conditioner in the living room. There is only air conditioner in the bedroom. Fortunately, the host found a ventilator in the closet, so we had it in the kitchen and living room. More cutlery in the kitchen would help.
