- Pilar (10/5): La mejor playa que encontrarás en todo Cancún. - Cuando llegamos salió la recepcionista a recibirnos al auto y encaminarnos al lobby. La atención es excepcional. Es el hotel con mejor playa de todos los que visitamos en el viaje. No hay sargazo, al menos en esta fecha no nos tocó. Esta limpio el hotel, huelen muy bien las habitaciones y conserva un toque mexicano elegante. No duden en reservar ahi. Solo agendamos una noche porque teniamos un itinerario pero no dudaría en regresar. Me quede con ganas de meterme a la alberca, la alberca esta preciosa y se ve el mar como conectandolo. No necesitas mas este hotel cumple con todo. No incluye alimentos pero el restaurant es riquísimo. Pedi un pollo empanizado y estaba deliciosisimo. También la atención del restaurante es muy buena, te hacen sentir en casa. Solamente la cama se me hizo muy suave y la almohada no me acomodó. Fuera de eso todo bien.

- Verena (7/5): Agradable, lo esperado por el precio. - La ubicación, la playa, la habitación, limpia, amplia y con refrigerador - Que no tenga un carrito golf para transportarte con las maletas llega cansado del viaje y caminado y cargando el equipaje es poco agradable., el restaurante la calidad y frescura de los alimentos se puede mejorar mucho, al final tuve una desavenencia con personal de salida. Estaba cerrada recepción y al llegar me pidieron que regresara las toallas de alberca junto con boleto que me dieron,como estaba cerrado, abren hasta las 8 , debía partir antes y las llevo a caseta, donde no quisieron recibirlas y me dijeron las regresara al cuarto, o me reportarían, evidentemente no las regrese las deje ahi con el boleto y me lleve una mala despedida, capacitar al personal, y un gerente no se ve que tengan mucha dirección de mando el hotel.

La habitación con una vista muy linda al mar, con balcón y mesitas donde desayunabamos con la vista al mar, la habitación equipada con horno, tarja, parrilla, vasos, platos, cubiertos, cafetera, todo super bien para sentirnos muy comodos. Las camas muy cómodas con duvet suave y térmico. El restaurante con precios accesibles y la comida realmente muy rica y con menú amplio. Todo nos gustó

C est vieillot, la chambre etait en mauvais etat, le metal ronge par la rouille, les fenetres sales, la porte n isole pas du couloir, les cadres en bois dans la salle de bain sont ronges par l humidite et la peinture ecaillee.

Nos hospedamos en las habitaciones 3308, 3309 (con balcón), 3310, todas con una vista maravillosa al mar. El personal de recepción y de limpieza atiende excelente. El restaurante tiene un mirador a la playa espectacular y hacen unas comidas deliciosas y no son costosas. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca a todo.

Jedzenie w restauracji - 6/10 i napiwek 20% jest z góry doliczany do każdego rachunku (jedynie przy barze barmani pytają o to, czy klient chce zostawić napiwek). Restauracja, która znajduje się na terenie obiektu to oddzielny biznes (więc nie powinien mieć wpływu na ocenę samego hotelu) - jednak w okolicy nie ma zbyt wielu innych opcji, szczególnie jeśli chodzi o śniadania, więc jest to dość ważny aspekt przy wyborze noclegu.

- Denise (6/5): Viel zu teuer für den geringen Standard, tolle Lage - Die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich. Es war nachts ruhig. Kurze Fahrzeit zum Flughafen. Der Standard entspricht einem sehr einfachen Hotel (2 Sterne), alt und abgewohnt. Dafür war der Preis viel zu hoch. In der Umgebung gibt es keine Restaurants. Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos.

Convenient store attached to the building. Bed is comfortable and balcony is perfect for scenic breakfast. Parts of the building can look dated and tired but it's the kind of thing one should expect given it's a long eatablished sea-front building, given it the value proposition. It's clean, but some parts are discoloured and patch work which negs the aesthetics

No quarto há equipamentos diversos, inclusive para quem preferir fazer pequenas refeições lá. Há restaurante dentro do próprio hotel. O prédio é um pouco mais velho.

- Pierre (8/5): Beautiful location in the hotel zone of Cancun without the ridiculous price - The location was awesome, directly on the beach in Cancun's hotel zone. Big and beautiful pool, view on the sea, kitchen facilities in the room, good food, nice staff, and all for a normal price. Entering the complex the first time was a bit long and dangerous, with a barrier almost directly on the fast road, right after a curve. The keying system for the rooms (key code) was convenient for rooms with many guests, but cumbersome to use - and arguably not very secure. The building had its charm but the construction looked dated in the wrong way, with visible cracks; hopefully nothing structural.

Bello anche il bagno La stanza era stata appena pulita quando siamo arrivati ed il pavimento, a causa dell’umidità molto elevata, è rimasto completamente bagnato durante tutta la giornata e notte trascorsa lì. Questo fatto ha reso il nostro soggiorno abbastanza spiacevole rischiando di scivolare ad ogni passo

- ursula (7/5): - Das Haus wird renoviert und man sieht dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Restaurant im hotel ist nicht sehr einladend. Die Hotelzone hat uns generell nicht gefallen.
