• Scott (10/5): - Perfectly located for good restaurants without the queues and crowds of Shibuya and Shinjuku, while still being well connected via multiple metro links. My partner dropped her earring while at the hotel and couldn’t find. After we returned to our hotel later in the day the earring was placed on the table - so just wanted to say thank you to the cleaning staff - they were really thorough and helpful during our stay. The bath facility was really good. Would recommend this place as a really good value for money base for Tokyo

Süßes Viertel, etwas ruhiger aber am Abend gut was los um gemütlich durch die Gassen schlendern zu können mit vielen kleinen Lokalen und Einheimischen. Anbindung ist top, man geht nur so 5-7min zur nächsten UBahn Station. Der 7-eleven im Erdgeschoss war auch sehr praktisch. War alles in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber das war in Tokio zu erwarten. Trotzdem sehr gemütlich und man kann die Fenster ein bisschen öffnen. Die Pölster sind auch etwas härter, aber vollkommen in Ordnung.

• Petr (8/5): Beautiful hotel with no wardrobe in the room. - The location is amazing, there are multiple subway lines near the hotel. The whole hotel was very clean. Breakfast was really good quality, but there could be more choises. The room itself isn’t so tiny, but there is no wardrobe!! The only place where you can leave your clothes on is the table or floor.. There really is some space for a wardrobe, so people don’t have to leave their clothes on the floor! Other than that it was really nice.

• Silvia (8/5): - The room is quite small, but that was to be expected. However, it was very clean and we had many free amenities by the hotel. The location is good, it is nearby lots of subway stops and there is a big street nearby with many cafes and restaurants.

• Gabrijela (10/5): - The layout of the room was perfect, it would be considered a smaller room, but it did not feel small. We were on the 9th floor, and it was exceptionally quiet for sleeping and overall very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect.

Tolles öffentliches Bad, (Achtung keine Tattoos erlaubt).Fenster kann geöffnet werden. Alles gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Gemütliches Bett. Total ruhig, super geschlafen trotz des Jetlag. Lift hält immer im zweiten Sock, auch wenn man nicht dahin will.

The neighborhood was quiet, and the clean, compact rooms were perfect for relaxing after a long day in Tokyo. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options for everyone, and for a quick alternative, there was also a 7/11 located on the ground floor of the hotel. No issues. :)

• Luis (9/5): Un Hotel bien situado, bien comunicado y con un seven eleven en la planta baja. - Está bien ubicado; con dos paradas de metro próximas, lo cuál ayuda muchísimo para moverte por Tokyo. El barrio en el que se situa ya es de por sí bastante interesante con buenos restaurantes y calles ambientadas. Su situación te permite ir andando al palacio imperial, lo cuál es un puntazo.Muy importante que tiene un seven eleven justo debajo, qué es lo que te llevarías a una isla desierta.; donde tienes todos tus posible problemas resueltos: Cambio, comida y bebida a cualquier hora, buenos precios, cafe, etc..un lujo. Te das cuenta de lo que te aporta cuando lo tienes. Las habitaciones pequeñas, no dan para deshacer las maletas. El desayuno variado y, para mi, suficiente. Un poco demasiado pequeña la habitación.

• 로스웰외계인 (8/5): 위치는 정말 좋았고 역시나 방 사이즈는 아담했어요. - 위치가 좋았습니다. 근처에 역도 다양하고 다양한 Line의 지하철을 이용할수 있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 근처가 번화가라 위험한 느낌도 없었구요. 일본의 대부분의 숙박시설처럼 방의 크기가 작았어요. 미국에서 와서 캐리어 사이즈가 좀 켰는데 캐리어를 오픈하기 힘들 정도 였어요.

Customer service could be a little better, I was alone, I'm short and a bit on the smaller side, had 4 luggage (1 large), I communicated this, and asked for help to bring them up to my room or just the lobby from the ground floor/outside, and a staff member basically told me to just carry them?? I did ask a few more times, asking for a luggage cart, until a staff member finally came out to help and looked annoyed

The rooms were cozy and the facilities were clean. Having a 7 Eleven right under the hotel was perfect. 5 stars!

Le quartier d'Akasaka n'est certes pas le plus connu, mais vous avez accès aux métros qui desservent les principaux centres d'intérêts de Tokyo depuis l'hôtel et ce sans parcourir de grandes distances à pieds. Il y a également beaucoup de restaurants, sans compter le 7 éleven intégré au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre en elle-même est simple mais bien aménagée, très propre, et assez grande pour qu'on puisse stocker 4 grosses valises et les ouvrir en grand si besoin. Le personnel est également très gentil et nous a aidé à réserver un taxi pour notre départ. Les oreillers étaient un petit peu durs mais ce n'était pas dramatique.

• Nam (10/5): A nice and clean hotel in a good location. Would stay here again. - It was clean, modern hotel in a nice location (easy access to public transport and good restaurants nearby), quiet, good breakfast available, the staff were professional. I liked the convenience store downstairs, it came very handy. Just some minor things. The pillows were super hard and uncomfortable, though I didn’t ask if I could change. And the lifts get suuuper busy during rush hours (check out time), we had to wait more than 10 min to get a spot going down. Also, it would have been a big plus if the hotel had a gym..
• Corinne (7/5): Decent stay well located for subways - The location is good - close to 3 different subway stations and there are some decent bars/restaurants nearby. The onsen was lovely and under-used. I also enjoyed the variety on offer at breakfast but it was kind of expensive so I only had breakfast there once. Seven Eleven on ground floor was handy. The room was quite small considering the cost but I hear this is normal in Japan. I also found the staff were not super friendly compared to other experiences in Japan. It's a very busy hotel however. Check out time was 10am and I was unaware (most hotels it was 11am), they tried to charge us for this as we didn't check out til 10:45am but I complained as this seemed unreasonable.

• Judith (10/5): The staff was so kind and made us feel very welcome even though we didn’t speak a lick of Japanese. Even though the faci - The room had a spacious walkway and was very clean from head to toe! The comforter was very large and comfortable, so we got a good night’s sleep! At first, the elevator was a little bit tricky because of the keycard system, but once we got the hang of it - it was easy. We weren’t a big fan of the pillows either, found them prettu stiff, but the bed itself was great.

• Dominika (10/5): Bardzo dobry hotel w świetnej lokalizacji do zwiedzania Tokio. - Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji jako baza do zwiedzania Tokio. W pobliżu hotelu jest świątynia Hie Shrine. Okolica cicha i spokojna, jednocześnie blisko na różne linie metra (dojazd do większych atrakcji nie wymagał po drodze przesiadek). Hotel bardzo czysty, pokój naprawdę przestronny, szczególnie jak na pokój hotelowy w Japonii. Okolica hotelu bardzo przyjemna, sporo restauracji czy miejsc gdzie można dobrze zjeść. Codziennie dostarczane są świeże ręczniki. Gdybym ponownie była w Tokio z pewnością zatrzymałabym się w tym hotelu. Śniadania były dla mnie mało różnorodne, ale to moje odczucia.

• Emilie (10/5): Séjour parfait pour moi - L’emplacement était parfait, le quartier d’Akasaka est à la fois central pour les transports et un peu à l’écart de la masse de touristes, beaucoup de petits restaurants ! La chambre était propre avec une vue sur la ville. L’hôtel est clean, le personnel serviable et le petit déjeuner très bon et varié, surtout si on veut quelque chose de japonais ! Et petit plus, on peut directement (sans aller à l’extérieur) accéder à un 7 Eleven depuis l’hôtel ! Chambre un peu étroite mais classique pour Tokyo et parfait quand on voyage solo ! Sinon rien à redire, je reviendrai !
• Chloe (8/5): Pros: Great location, 7/11 on first floor, can hold/forward luggage. Cons: Firm beds and pillows. - The staff is wonderful and we loved that we were able to store our bags there before check in so we could explore the area. My favorite part about this hotel is the 7/11 that is connected on the first floor. It is wonderful for a late night snack or an early morning breakfast. The property has an onsen and guest laundry available on the third floor. Front desk was also able to help us to forward our luggage to our next hotel easily with Yamato which I definitely recommend. This is my second time staying at this property and I can tell the quality of the guest rooms has gone down since my last stay just one year ago. The room had a few stains on the carpet and lots of smudges on the walls. The drain in the shower was a bit clogged and did not drain well. The room itself is small but this is the case for most hotels in Tokyo. There is only enough room to open 1 maybe 2 suitcases on the floor depending on your room configuration. The beds are quite firm for my liking but this is the case for most hotels in Japan. Front desk is able to provide extra soft pillows as the ones provided are firm as well.

Breakfast could have had a little better western type breakfast( more variety) Room exceptionally small and no where for luggage which is necessary for holiday travellers with quite a bit of luggage
