• Dolores (10/5): Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días en Roma - La ubicación es perfecta. El contacto con el dueño muy fluido y amable. La terraza es espectacular. Tiene aire acondicionado, lavadora y tendedero, cocina completa, fregaplatos y plancha. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Roma. Lo recomiendo. Todo me ha encantado.

• Sara (8/5): Flat with great charm in the heart of Rome - Thé property is an old property, full of charm, in the heart of Rome. It has all the facilities needed for a short stay, it was clean and warm. (The landlord was able to regulate the settings of the heating via an app without coming to the property). Communication with the owner was very easy. The flat was quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the place and we would have no hesitation to return again. A feature of this old building, some of it built in the XV century as I understand it from the landlord, is that the property has difficult access for people with reduced mobility. At the entrance there is a flight of stairs to what would be a first floor where there is a lift to the third floor where the flat is located. The flat itself has steps into both bedrooms and care is needed with the beams at the entrance of the attic room.

• Jaya (10/5): Great property in ideal location for family stay. - We had a lovely stay and especially liked the location of the property close to all attractions but with feel of being in a small neighborhood with lots of restaurants/bars and shops. The apartment kept cool with A/C despite the heat wave and was always comfortable. The host Vittorio was attentive and informative.

It's a beautiful top floor apartment with a luxurious furnished balcony for sitting out in the evening. Right on the Tiber, very close to the best bars and restaurants. Our host Vitorrio is a gentleman with lots of local knowledge.
