Moisissures, crasse, cabine de douche cassée, calcaire partout... Pas d'alèse sur le matelas sale, ainsi que le sommier, drap trop court qui ne recouvrait même pas le matelas... Amas de cheveux au sol et dans les coins... Télécommandes très sales... Rideaux moisis dans la douche, ainsi que les bord de fenêtre, miroir dans les toilettes maintenus avec du Scotch Armoires inutilisables car oreillers et couettes stockées Présence de rideaux sales aillant pris l'eau dans le placard.

• Naffah (9/5): Superb - It was a superb appartment, in the center of everything. We had beautiful balconies with a beautiful view of the acropolis and the street. We loved it. I would recommend it more for 4 people and less, as the spacve for a 5th person is very limited (sofa style bed). It was listed beforehand and we expected it so no problem there. Just an advice.
• Bret (10/5): Fantastic location, very spacious apartment. - The property was very spacious and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location, right in the heart of the action and without the noise, eat street was where we were, a short walk to everywhere, this was our first time in Athens and we believe we couldn’t have done it better. The host Marcella was very accommodating and dealt with questions instantly. We would 100% return to this apartment. Lack of instruction for things like rubbish, use of the sound system, washing machine etc, first entry into the property, there was a lift that serviced our apartment however this wasn’t clear.

They have not been properly cleaned for months. The bathroom faucets are incomplete, the bedding was not fresh (!), the heating is weak, the windows in one of the bedrooms are COMPLETELY covered with a masking net because the view of the dirty ventilation pipes and the wall (!) is hopeless and can be frightening - it's good that there is a masking net. It is very unfair of the owner of the property to mislead customers with other photos. • Rich (9/5): Loved the location and the space available for our stay - The location is fantastic. Very lively and near a metro stop and the main attractions in Athens. The property seemed to share a space with a restaurant. Be prepared for restaurant work late at night.
• Susanna (10/5): It was a wonderful holiday, great place and very nice apartment, really good!! - Azelia Suites is a very big apartment exactly in the middle of center, near Monastiraki Square, close to the shops, restaurants, market and taxi station. But not noisy, the apartment has great double glazing windows to avoid noise! You reach the 2nd floor with an elevator and you get immediately A wonderful view just in front of you of the gorgeous Acropolis, morning and night you can seat and enjoy! If you open windows you can ear Greek music from the taverna just in front of you. All the services in the apartment are great, very clean, good air condition, Nespresso machine, frigidaire, Smart Tv in every room and in living room. A wonderful gym corner full of sport facilities . Towels, soap, hot water 24/7, if you need something you can always reach Mrs Markella, she is so kind , ready to help you and really cute. We really enjoyed our holiday, we will come back to Azelia Suites and we already recommended it to our friends ! Thank you very much!! I would like only to add 2 armchairs in the living room, for sitting and relax!

Very near to the train station and walking distance to many tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. Definitely recommended to stay in this area. The property was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Bedrooms and bedrooms were comfortable. Internet worked very well. The property had numerous maintenance issues. The drawers of the freezer were broken. Although there is a Nespresso coffee machine, there weren’t any pods to use with it. The were some tea bags but nothing else. There were also very limited number of glasses and mugs/cups. The sealant around the showers were stained and needs replacing. Towel rails were either broken or absent. The steam room did work but super noisy, akin to standing behind a jet engine. The home theatre unit did not work to pass through sound from the TV. We reconnected the cables to make it work.

• Sherry (7/5): Great location - The location is amazing, close to many historical sites and main shopping areas, which outweighs most of the negatives.It's also very spacious and nicely decorated. The steam bath was a nice and unusual bonus. Things were broken (shower) or missing (several light bulbs in main fixtures), and the freezer was not usable because it was so frosted up, the door wouldn't even close. The floors and curtains weren't particularly clean as well. (The manager explained that it was the end of the season, and repairs were hard to do when they're fully booked.) They did have the broken shower fixed quite quickly, though The hot tub mentioned in the list of facilities is just a bathtub, and there were no robes or slippers provided, which were also in the listing. And for the third bathroom, we were told to only use the toilet as the sink "wasn't finished." It's a very nice place, just needs some maintenance.
• Steven (10/5): Wonderful stay in excellent location in Monastiraki! - Azelia Suites location was was so convenient - right in Monastiraki! Short walk to Plaka, Psyrri, Syntagma Square and the historical sites! We ate several times during our stay at O Thanasis Restaurant, which was located on the ground floor of our building - so quick and easy with delicious food at great prices! Markella, our concierge, was excellent: very responsive and helpful during our stay. The apartment was super spacious, modern, comfortable with a great view of the Acropolis. We'll be back :)

• Michael (3/5): Several issues, therefore would definitely not recommend this property - Great location and size of unit gave us plenty of room. Beds were comfy. Two showers had significant mold, the drain in one shower was clogged, thus limiting the length of the shower, there was no mattress pad on the bed, no Kleenex, no hand lotion, tiny bars of soap that gave no suds, and a filthy balcony with significant bird droppings, therefore could not sit outside (chair dirty). One of the bathroom sinks broke while we were there and it was not fixed. The rep said she would give us $150 Euros for the trouble of the broken sink but only credited us with $100 Euros.

Three distinct sleeping areas with washrooms (although one was out of service). We were in Athens before and after a cruise and so I had the chance to compare against 1 other family property. For the price, was expecting something closer to a complete package (ironing board delivered a day before we left, one blind not working rendering the loft sleeping area problematic, no toaster - was asked to use oven which had no clear buttons). Smaller gripes were translucent shower areas, no hooks for hanging clothes, bulb-less side lights etc.

• Carrel (10/5): - During my recent stay in this apartment, I was delighted by its ideal location. Being close to shops, restaurants, and archaeological sites made it very convenient. Although at night it gets pretty loud outside due to the best restaurants are literally downstairs it didn't bother us a bit inside the apartment. The highlight was the beautiful view of the Acropolis at night, adding a touch of magic to the experience. Markella, thank you so much for catering us! Well done!

• Vasilios (5/5): Dissapointing. - Location was very central and convenient.The apartment space was its best feature. Magnificent view of the Acropolis. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with 4 flights of stairs, and the lift wasn’t working for just over a day during our stay.Also the air conditioner in the living space was dripping water on the first day,leaving a major puddle of water and the by the end of the 2 nd day stopped working all together, and it was then replaced by the end of the 3 rd day of our 4 day stay.I have the impression that the air con unit was faulty prior to our stay as a lounge was moved I feel intentionally to hide the leak and the remote was hidden away in a draw in the hope we wouldn’t use it….so overall given the price I paid I feel I didn’t get what I paid for.Also the room was not cleaned daily or even every 2 nd day,and we only received extra towels on 3rd day as I had to use towels proved to clean up the water leak created by the air con unit…overall dissapointed.

Apartment is huge which was great for us before we head on our boat trip. Beautiful view of the acropolis and Markella was easily accessible! Highly recommend!

AC leaked all over the floor and onto our things in the front bedroom. Property manager didn’t seem to worry about that either. Property location was great! • Hadas (9/5): We were 4 people (2 adults, 2 teenagers) the apartment was perfect for us. Would love to stay again - The location is right in the center of all the restaurants and shopping street (Ermou). You can walk everywhere. The apartment is extremely spacious and clean, it's new and modern and the host was very nice and helpful. There is a spectacular view of the Acropolis from the living room windows. There are no cars on this street. If you are bothered with the noise of the people in the restaurants closing the windows completely blocks the noise. It was all wonderful just a small thing - there is no nightlight by the bed. if you like reading in bed, you'll have to do it with the full ight on.
• Gazit (10/5): Exceptional - Today we finished a 4-day stay at the place! The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need! The beds are very comfortable, lots of pleasant towels to use, spacious and comfortable showers, and spacious and pleasant rooms. The apartment is in the center of the city center, parallel to Armo St., close to everywhere! The contact woman Markla was helpful, kind and available for any inquiry from our side. There is no doubt that if we come to Athens again this is the apartment we will rent! Noting! Everything was perfect!

• Danai (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartments, perfect location and really top view! You wake up to the acropolis and you are 2-10 min walk to pretty much everything in Athens center. Everything was clean and ready for us and the communication with the host was easy. Very comfortable beds. There is nothing serious enough to remove points for this. Only small notes: It is a bit loud during that day from the street but did not really bother us. It only has one key per apartment, which is a bit frustrating, we would suggest changing locks at some point to have maybe a spare. We forgot the keys ones inside and had no other option but to call a locksmith, our mistake of course, but you have to be extra careful. Only in case someone wants to book this and also have a car: don't! The traffic is terrible and there are not many options for parking.
• Monica (9/5): My time in Greece was perfect!!!! I love Greece and speak the language, therefore I enjoy it!!! - The location is perfect for central of Athens, as called Monastiraki!!!!! You have easy access to all touristic locations and not only!!! The studio is just very accommodating all needs, as 2 bed rooms and many other opportunities!!!! Just try them!!!! The apartment does not offer breakfast facilities, but you have plenty of opportunities around for this, called "πρόγευμα", depends of what you like, Mediterranean type, or just a coffee, everything you like, for 10 Euros per person. Every time is space for better!!!! Anyhow, our travel representative Marcella, was very helpful to arrange all details of arrival and departure from the apartment. There are also dinner and all meal facilities at the same building, as OKRA Restaurant with Top view. The menu looked very interesting!

We had a couple enter the property and steal a cell phone off the counter while 5 people were in the back getting ready for dinner. We were also double charged for the 2 apartments we rented and was told that was what Booking.com requested her to charge that amount but Booking. Com said the staff was to blame. I also didnt understand why payment had to in person. The air conditioning on the 1st floor didnt work in the main room and it made a loud noise on the 2nd floor, the 2nd floor air conditioning also leaked water onto the couch below it, we had one trash bag per room which was not enough, the knob to open the shower on the 1st floor was broken. When looking for the cell phone (because we didnt realize until later that it had been stolen) we needed to look under the beds. The floor was dirty and we found a shoe from a previous renter
• Oldham (10/5): This is a must for a group of four. It’s spacious and the perfect location for great dining, walking, and historical sig - The location was exceptional. We had dining and shopping and historical sightseeing just outside our door! The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The personal service and communication with Markella was helpful, gracious, and generous. We ate at Okra on the rooftop of the building and it was amazing! Service was so attentive and food was delicious, all in the open air looking at the Acropolis.
• Berch (10/5): Amazing Apartment with Amazing Staff and Views - Markella (concierge) was very responsive, accommodating, and kind. The location is in Monastiraki square - walking distance to Plaka, Acropolis Museum, Psyri Square (Little Kook) - and lots of restaurants/rooftops/shopping right outside the door! Okra is the rooftop restaurant in the building - highly recommend not only for the nighttime views of the Acropolis, but also the food and drinks.

• Fredia (8/5): Elegant apartment in outstanding central location with Acropolis view - The location was great - we could walk everywhere and close to airport metro. Good noise protection from the buzzy restaurants outside and great view of the Acropolis. Sheets didn’t fit the beds, second bedroom had no natural light, some light bulbs missing and we didn’t use the upper level with steam room. Shouldn’t have bothered with the upgrade.

Hip bachelor vibe over looking square and Acropolis without noise. Stocked coffee maker - delicious. Bathrooms large with amazing showers. Must call or message ahead to let them know your expected arrival time and help locate property and navigate multistep entry process.
• Barbara (10/5): So great that we’ll stay again! - Great location and views! Wonderful host. Bath products provided. Step out balcony. We have no complaints. Just be aware that the street is no car traffic so you’ll have to walk your luggage 1/2 block on brick pavers. Worth it.

The condo was spacious and centrally located. Beds could have been a little better and AC was not the best. Over all we were very happy with this condo!

• Mafalda (9/5): Fabulous! - The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and our host was very responsive, helpful and super friendly. Made us feel at home! The apartment is very central, so it is always very busy. You can walk everywhere easily. If you open the windows you hear noise all the time, because it is a very busy area. But if you keep the windows closed it is perfectly silent, so really no reason to complain.

Separate bedrooms with associated bathrooms for each. Well equipped kitchen which we didn’t have to use because the apartment is in the middle of the restaurant district looking out to the Acropolis. The manager was professional but warm and accomodating. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Nothing

• Constantinos (8/5): Great place, great location, minor works needed. - Great spot in the heart Monastiraki and Plaka. Fantastic air conditioning and elevator made it easy for our luggage. Great host. One of the window blinds was broken and blocked our view for the entire stay, and a big glass door to the shower had a broken hinge. It made for a wet floor and was a danger to our kids. Mattresses were a little thin…you could feel the springs underneath. Internet stopped working after day 3 and couldn’t be fixed.

The interior was stunning (sauna, view of the Acropolis, and all), the location was extremely convenient to get to local restaurants and sites, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Markella, the property manager, was wonderful - she reached out prior to our check in date to confirm details, was incredibly responsive to anything we needed, and provided SO many recommendations of things to do during our stay in Athens. She even helped us coordinate a driver to take us to our ferry after we checked out. I cannot recommend this property enough!

• Gary (9/5): Fabulous apartment with great view - Huge kitchen/dining/living space. There was big bottle of cold water ready in the refrigerator, plus big bags of ice in the freezer! Boxes of cookies were nice, too. You can see Parthenon from the living room, one bedroom, and even from the shower. The restaurant below had good food. I don’t have a lot of energy and hate walking, but walking to Acropolis was not too bad. Not enough hot water to take a bath. I only filled halfway, but got run out of hot water. Taking quick shower for three people wasn’t a problem though.

Walking distance to the Acropolis also a perk. The interior has been very nicely remodeled, and was very comfortable beds and linens. Towels were nice and Markella setup a baby bed too plus an extra bed in the living room! The bathroom tub and shower were so cool! The apartment is very big and we felt like we had a good amount of space for our family of 5. The gym inside was a nice perk, we actually used it a little! The sound proofing and room darkening was top notch, didn't hear a thing on the busy streets at night! Above everything else, Markella the property manager was AMAZING! She helped us with everything from transportation to restaurant recommendations and where to find laundry. We locked ourselves out one night and she was very responsive! We were so appreciative to have her as our host while in Athens. Also everything was super clean AND there is an elevator to get to the 2nd floor which was great. We loved this place and our time here as a result! Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in the heart of Athens The ONLY complaint we have (which are minor) - outlets are not conveniently located in the bedrooms. And the downstairs door to the outside stuck on us one night but just because it was old and Markella was there to help guide us through it, is just due to the age of the building so the door was a little sticky. No fault there, the building is really cool!
