- Laiba (10/5): Stunning views, amazing staff, perfect cleanliness! - Flower hotel and resort in Golem, is truly an incredible place to stay, the hotel is stunning with incredible facilities like a sauna hammam, pool, jacuzzi and more. The receptionist staff were so kind (Arlindo, Inva & Franka) as they went above and beyond to help us with our endless travel queries. Staying here is perfect as it is a 1 minute walk from the beach and has stunning balconies to get a good view. The cleanliness is immaculate and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Overall highly recommend 10/10

- Kristi (9/5): A little piece of heaven in the middle of the caos. - Everything was perfect from the smiling staff, to the clean and comfortable roooms. The restaurants were also top. Best food I had in Albania. Good spa and outdoor area for activities. Unfortunately the experience of the trip from the airport to the hotel is very ugly. Pure caos everything, trash in the roads, workings in process , ugly unfinished buildings, traffic, feels a little bit like Bangladech. I decided to put 9/10 only for the experience from the airport to the hotel. Luckily the resort has a big parking area. The property was very well managed.

- Xavier (4/5): Déception ! - La gentillesse d’une partie du personnel (réception et restaurant steakhouse) et un des deux restaurants dépendants de l’hôtel (steakhouse), excellent La douche de la première chambre chambre était cassée (voir photo) et la seconde qui nous a été proposée est à très loin de celle présentée sur les photos. Par ailleurs le personnel présent pour le petit déjeuner très peu accueillant et le petit déjeuner décevant également (pas de chocolat pour les enfants, des œufs sur le plat froids, « jus d’orange » pas bon) qualité globale très moyenne.

- Anne (7/5): Great if you want a no frills hotel in a great location with friendly staff. - Great location, close to the beach with private sun loungers and bar. Never had a problem getting a lounger. Staff friendly. Good array of food for breakfast. Live music and pools were good. Spa was a little misleading, lovely area but only an inside pool. Also we asked housekeeping to make up the sofa bed three times and it wasn’t done. Beds not made the following day either. Safe didn’t work but they at least tried to fix it. Limited resources in room, such as no tea/coffee facilities.

- Alban (4/5): - La localisation On nous a mis dans une chambre que nous n'avions pas commandé. On devait d office l accepté car il n'y avait pas d autres alternatives. On était a un jour de notre mariage. La chambre donnée ne correspondait pas à celle choisie. Il y avait les plombs qui sautaient régulièrement. En entrant, le sol était sale et le mobilier aussi. Ils avaient prétextés que la chambre avait été changé parce qu il y avait un problème d airco dans celle que nous souhaitions. Or, dans la chambre que nous avions reçu, l'air co ne marchait pas non plus...

Tienen un buen wifi El spa, es solo una piscina de interior y no se siguen las normas de menores de 18, parecia una piscina infantil. Ademas el agua estaba muy fria. El personal, con excepcion de un camarero y recepcion, es bastante seco y no agradeble sinó eres de Albània. La zona donde està situado està todavia por desarrollar, hay poco comercio y calles sin asfaltar. El todo incluido està muy justito, sobretodo en bebidas y en horario. Si deseas refresco debes ir tu mismo a buscarlo al bar de la piscina Y el bar de al playa, en las tardes-noches, ni caso te hacen sinó vas tu

- Lorna (7/5): Good location. Clean. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pools. Balcony. Good drinks variety. Lovely staff. - Our group of 3 people stayed in room 101 in the Flower hotel. The room was lovely and spacious, clean, bathroom large with lovely waterfall shower. The room was cleaned and beds made daily with fresh towels also, which was brilliant. The beds are so comfortable, and pillows soft! We had a small balcony overlooking the pool/bar. The breakfast buffet was plentiful! Hot food, fresh fruit, salads, cakes and pastries galore (I would advise investing in a proper toaster though 😄) There are two pools - one at each hotel which are a stones throw from each-other. Both lovely to swim in and with plenty sunbeds. The Spa looked lovely but we did not use the facilities this time. The staff were all friendly and helpful when needed. There are hotels being built in the immediate vicinity so beware of construction work noise at this time. This is obviously outwith the hotel’s control - but should be considered. The evening singers/bands were brilliant, but the music is well heard in the room until midnight, so worth considering requesting a room away from that side if you need early nights. The air-con did not function, but we just got away with it weather/temperature wise.
- Danielle (7/5): Geen leuke plaats en hotel was matig - Het zwembad was mooi en het ontbijt heel uitgebreid Het zijn 2 hotels. Een betere garden en een slechtere. Als je boekt heb je geen idee waar je zit en wij zaten in de slechtere. De foto's op boeking zijn vooral van Garden. Golem vonden wij niks aan.... Er is weinig in de buurt wat echt gezellig of mooi was. Vrij massaal allemaal. Het is een All Inclusive hotel maar wij hadden alleen ontbijt. Dat wisten we vooraf niet. Is ander soort publiek. Er is ook een heel mooi a la carte restaurant maar dat is een glazen bak die zeer sfeerloos is. Er werd keiharde muziek tot laat onder ons raam gespeeld door een band naast het zwembad toen wij er waren en er was een kinderfeestje met keiharde Albanese muziek naast het andere zwembad waar wij net plaats hadden genomen om te gaan eten. We zijn weggegaan en elders gaan eten in het dorpje.

- Margot (8/5): Déçus des prestations qui étaient annoncées, mais l’emplacement de l’hôtel était bien - La piscine, proximité avec les activités et villes aux alentours et la proximité de l’aéroport (45 min) Propreté de la chambre qui laisse à désirer (retrouver des aliments sèches des vacanciers précédents sous les meubles), mauvaise literie cuve dans les lits, interrupteurs qui collaient, poussières au dessus des lits… vaisselle du buffet qui très mal lavée. All inclusive qui l’est à moitié, horaire sur tout, accès au restaurant non compris, peu de boisson comprise dans le all inclusive. Très mauvaise connexion WIFI

- Kateřina (7/5): Good BUT - Garden Hotel is new and really nice, both pools are clean and great. Food was very good but cold even at the start of the lunch/dinner. Staff were nice and they were trying really hard but the level of service is definitely not on the level of a 5 star hotel. Flower Hotel is old and needs renovation. Our room just smelled bad and wasn’t clean. AC and Wifi barely working. Rest of our group was acomodated in the Garden Hotel and they had beautiful room. I would much more recomended to stay in the Garden Hotel, I wouldn’t return to Flower Hotel. Neighborhoods is just awful and dirty but that’s not issue of the hotel. The stay was good anyway.

Notice Regarding Receptionist Klea - ⚠️ Notice Regarding Receptionist Klea I would like to begin this review with a serious concern: the receptionist named Klea demonstrated unprofessional and discourteous behavior during my stay. From the start, she made us feel unwelcome, responded rudely to reasonable requests, and never offered an apology for her conduct. In a hospitality setting, such an attitude is unacceptable and leaves a very poor impression on guests. Aside from this issue, the Flower Hotel Golden is a well-presented property with comfortable rooms, clean facilities, and a good location. The hotel itself has strong potential to provide guests with a high-quality experience. However, customer service is just as important as the facilities, and front desk staff represent the face of the hotel. I sincerely hope the management takes action to address this problem, because with the right approach to guest service, the Flower Hotel Golden could truly live up to expectations. ! - Chanela (4/5): - We stayed at the Flower Hotel in Golem and had originally booked for 5 nights, but ended up checking out after just 1 night. The hotel was a big disappointment compared to what was advertised online. The photos are very misleading — the “garden hotel” is nowhere near a 5-star standard and is in poor condition, outdated, and not well maintained. That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, and they did their best to assist us. They moved us to their other, more modern hotel, which was slightly better, and we were able to manage one night there. Unfortunately, we had already paid for 5 nights, so it was a frustrating experience overall. Be aware that this hotel is more like a 3-star, or maybe a low 4-star at best — definitely not a luxury stay.

- Sharon (6/5): Ok but not great - Our room #210 was never really Cool. Despite asking for the a/c to be turned down multiple times. It was never a pleasure to walk in there after a hot day. We had 2 lots of wires hanging down from the ceiling where lights should have been. Which we did let them know about but nothing was done. The staff are very friendly. Our housekeeper was 100%. The diving board at the pool is a real pain as kids ‘bomb’ into the pool splashing other pool users and sun bed users. No real need for it to be there. Very much a family hotel. Probably not for couples. Not a relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful.

- Shalini (8/5): - Wij hadden all inclusive genomen er is goed gevarieerd eten, miste nog wel een avond snack moment. Drankjes was oke maar kan beter. Omgeving is nog een beetje opkomend, maar al wandelend op de boulevard kom je genoeg tegen. Zwembad mag wat schoner zijn er zitten veel vliegen in het water. We waren heel tevreden of de kamer en de zorg dat het elke dag schoongemaakt werdt. Personeel aan de receptie is ook zeer behulpzaam.
- Tarek (6/5): Good stay but not the perfect one - We have booked 2 junior suites, but were moved to the white building. Then the room amenities were very humble and basics. The property itself is nice, and the people are kind. Nevertheless, we had several electricity shortage and air-condition breaking down and were forced to sleep one night in a different room! There are no hooks in the bathroom and the minibar was always leaking water. Guestroom sockets needs to be renovated. The Cleaning ladies were extremely noisy and do not respect guests when starting to work through the day in the room make overs! The breakfast was very nice, but you can only order and pay for a cappuccino because the only offer for a coffee is Americano! Coffee Machines ae really outdated.

- Rea (10/5): Exceptional - Flower Hotels & Resorts is a place that I return frequently and it is truly one of my favourite places in the entire world. Everytime I go, I spent relaxing time to the inner or outer pool and afterwards I go for a calming massage at the spa and my favourite activity is dinner at the amazing restaurants they have, especially Brutal is my favourite if meat is your thing. If you prefer fish better, the other restaurant is great for that. During the summer evenings, you can enjoy dinner by the pool and listen to music by amazing live singers. Me and my husband and our family love this place so much that I just spent my birthday this weekend there and we have also celebrated our marriage dinner party there with our close friends and family. The staff is nothing short of extraordinary. They always try to make you feel at home and we have a 10 out of 10 experience everytime we stay at Flower Hotels & Resorts. I can’t wait to go back for every celebration. We highly appreciate their service and hospitality.

- Sahara (6/5): Good for a short stay - Beautiful hotel. Very aesthetic. Very nice indoor spa. Balcony door was broken and we reported this on day 1. They said a technician would come the next day but I had to report it again on day 3 so they moved us next door. The next door room had a broken bidet and no smart tv. Our tv was changed thankfully but she said I was reporting too many issues so didn’t fix the toilet issue. The hotel was mostly empty during our stay so I feel like issues could’ve been resolved sooner. We also had to pay in full at the hotel and they don’t accept certain cards eg Amex. It got very busy on the weekend and pool area was crowded. There are also large meetings at the poolside which makes holidaymakers feel uncomfortable. No lifeguards at indoor or outdoor pool. No halal food served at hotel either. Breakfast is okay, but the glasses and cutlery smells awful (wet dog smell).
- Dorian (6/5): A nightly price should correspond the attention to detail - The reception and restaurant staff were very kind and professional. The hotel plays only Albanian songs, that was pleasant and a good choice for tourists. - Upon check-in we found 5 housekeeping ladies sitting in our room, on our beds and talking. Although they apologised and left immediately (and were very friendly throughout the stay), this cannot be tolerated. - The TV in our room was broken. - Toilet paper holder broken (this made toilet paper fall and get wet) - Toilet trash can cover broken and completely rusted. - Our family room composed of two rooms and foreseen for up to 5 people, has only one bathroom. - No towel stand for towels in the bathroom. - In a hotel you cannot play live music with such disturbing volume. We were not able to speak with each-other in the lobby due to the loud music comming from the restaurant. Additionally, at the separate restaurant, live music and a group of people were making very loud noise until midnight. We (including my kids) could not sleep until then. Our room was in front of the restaurant. I think these details should not be underestimated in a hotel that charges higher than business hotels. I believe playing music (even live) in such high volume doesn't make any sense. It was like a live concert, not like a restaurant where people sit to enjoy good food in the company of good music.

Staff were so patient and helpful. Made our holiday stress free. Food was great and kids loved the indoor spa and swimming. Rooms and cleanliness 10/10.

However I'm not a fan of the thermostat being controlled by the reception desk. also I slipped on the wet tile in the bathroom and fell on my back. I think the Restaurant menu is a bit too limited, also it's pretty expensive. For me it's also a negative that the lunch and dinner menu is the same. The shower needs Anti Skid strips adhered to the floor. The wet tile is too slippery, especially for older people.

- Julia (4/5): Disappointing - The flowers hotel is an okayish hotel to stay, but not for this price and definitely no 5 star hotel. Also comparing it to other hotels / accommodations in Albania we‘ve stayed in (and none of them had 5 stars), the Flowers hotel unfortunately cannot compete. Dirty carpets, dirty pool, very inflexible staff. But to be honest the location was the worst of all. Only ruins or construction sites, the whole coast is completely messy and dirty. We saw such stunning places in Albania, Golem and the area around I would not go again.
