Nous aurions apprécié 1 ou 2 bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo, lors de notre arrivée.

• Antonio (2/5): Non consiglio questo alloggio. - Ottima location, vicino al centro storico. Appartamento sporco. C’erano delle zanzare nell’appartamento, ho chiesto ai gestori degli antizanzare e, gentilmente, mi hanno portato un macchinino antizanzare. Tuttavia, l’appartamento è nel complesso sporco: sebbene il bagno, la cucina e le lenzuola fossero puliti, l’alloggio in sé è trascurato. I muri sono macchiati, pieni di segni di sporcizia e di zanzare morte attaccate; anche le tende e le coperte presentano macchie, il che è veramente sgradevole. Inoltre, mi è caduto l’asciugamano nella doccia e, quando ne ho chiesto uno nuovo, mi è stato comunicato che avrei dovuto pagare 15€ per ogni asciugamano extra, una cifra che trovo sproporzionata. Anche alla richiesta di un rotolo di carta igienica in più, mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto procurarmelo da solo. Un’esperienza sgradevole tra insetti, sporcizia e poca collaborazione da parte dei gestori. E NON C’È IL BIDET, nelle foto si vedono delle stanze con bidet, ma quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati davanti ad un water con doccino non funzionante. Non consiglio questo alloggio.

• Alessia (9/5): Eccellente - L' appartamento situato in un' ottima posizione per poter visitare tutto il centro,in quanto dista meno di 15 minuti a piedi. 17 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di santa Maria novella . uno staff gentilissimo e preparato per ogni richiesta, l' appartamento una vera chicca , spazioso,pulito e dotato di ogni comfort in ogni stanza. Consigliatissimo L' unico appunto consiglierei di cambiare i cuscini.

• Dominick (8/5): Relatively clean and spacious accomodations for 2 - 4 persons. - Location within 15-20 minutes walking distance to railway station/tourist center. Host provided some helpful restaurant tips in the area. Apartment was relatively quiet on small street. Nearby restaurants and cafes. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for a week for 2 people. Provided coffee percolator did not function properly. WIFI performance was not consistent.
• Serena (8/5): - There was an issue with main front door not opening but there were responsive and tried to send a technician within an hour. When we got back it was all fixed. Good location on a quiet street. 15 min walk from train or bus station. Lots of grocery, restaurants and cafes walking distance. Could have had more toilet paper provided. Otherwise good and home away from home.
• Valeria (6/5): - This is a great 2 bedroom apartment. But, they do not have any amenities in the kitchen. No espresso machine not even a kettle to make hot water. Not even a bounty/paper towels in the kitchen. Every other apartment we stayed in had everything basic plus welcoming package. Definitely need 2 pairs of keys

• Gabriela (6/5): Local confortável com péssimo checkin. - O apartamento é confortável, com cama boa e lençóis de qualidade. Porém, os edredons estavam sujos, claramente não são trocados entre hóspedes. Não havia nenhuma amenidade básica e faz falta uma máquina de café. A localização é ruim, em zona de tráfego limitado e de difícil acesso. A comunicação é péssima: não explicam nada sobre estacionamento nem dão instruções claras. O check-in foi terrível — não é self check-in, você precisa encontrar a pessoa responsável, que foi grossa, não ajudou em nada e ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara enquanto eu tentava resolver a situação.

• Rita (6/5): - The concierge was very nice, and the meeting and key handover went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty and not thoroughly cleaned. We also found a cockroach on the floor in the entrance area on the first evening. After we complained, the bathroom and floor were cleaned again, but it still wasn't clean. Furthermore, the apartment smells damp and musty. The beds are comfortable, and the upholstery and blankets are in mint condition. The kitchen is also in mint condition, but there are no dish towels or dishwashing liquid for the dishwasher. We wouldn't book here again, as cleanliness is simply important to us.

• Catherine (4/5): The apartment itself is fine but the management team needs to lift their game. - The location is excellent We stayed at the Donatello apartment on Via del Leone for 2.5 weeks. Upon arrival we were required to pay the 20 euro late check-in fee in addition to the city tax, despite having pre-warned that we would arrive at 8:15 rather than 8:00pm We were promised that a receipt would be provided the following morning but found that we had to continually remind and pester them before an employee rudely dropped it in 1.5 weeks later. When we initially asked for a 2nd set of keys, we were bluntly told that there was only one set, only to find that a second set was available after much insistence. Having only one set made it difficult to go out separately. There was an awful smell emanating from the shower recess every time we had a shower that pervaded the rooms. We were told that this is simply "the smell of Florence" and that nothing could be done, after not showing up at an arranged time to assess the situation. General communication with the office was unsatisfactory. Numerous messages were left unanswered. There was only one blanket for the three beds. There is not a lift in this building, which makes it difficult if you are on the top floor. This is not indicated in the online description.

• Verified traveler (8/5): San Frediano getaway - Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby.

• Omar (10/5): Cosy apartment and renovated - We loved the place. It was renovated and we had thee chance to have the room with the terrace. Location is great and staff was super helpful and friendly. It needs some extra supplies for the kitchen.
• Steven (9/5): Spacious appartement with many great restaurants near. - It was really spacious and contained many facilities. Everything looked properly clean too. It's ~15 min walk from main train station with a lot of cobblestone street, but many restaurants and cafes near the appartement itself. Really small things like lack of paper towels and trash can, iron machine was dirty. But not much too complain about.

• Michael (10/5): - An absolute FANTASTIC property and experience from start to finish. Initial communications were prompt about how to find the place. The property manager was so nice and accommodating. The property was clean, quiet, and had every amenity. It’s a 10 minute walk to the center of town, but it’s on the QUIET residential side. When we come back to Florence, we will stay at the same property.

• Elpida (7/5): Good - The location was great and in walking distance to almost all the sights. Lots of little restaurants and squares to relax and have fun at. Decent kitchen appliances, would be nice to have a welcome water in the fridge though. Everything in the apartment was nice and clean. The communication with the "hosts" depended very much on who was on call. We received very good help when the warm water didn't work (due to our fault) and it was easily fixed by phone but when we needed help with the broken A/C, it was no way to fix it and they didn't have somebody to be able to come over to see the problem. We sent videos doing what they told us but nothing worked, they said that they maybe could send somebody at some point the next day. They didn't seem to know that it was our last night there. If the A/C was working all nights the rating would have been higher. Note if you travel by car! You will need to book a parking spot, there is a place not very far away from the apartment but their opening hours are a bit limited. Check with them beforehand.

Staff were responsive and the space was comfortable. - The location was excellent with lots of restaurants within walking distance and close to the Arno river. It seemed quieter in this neighborhood which was wonderful for our family. Everything we needed was nearby including small grocers, restaurants, gelato and shopping. There were no dish towels for drying hands, spills or dishes in the kitchen. There was hardly any soap for washing dishes as well. These basics make such a difference to the guest and cost very little. Noisy neighbors stomping around upstairs but maybe the noise is to be expected in an apartment as opposed to a hotel.

• Moira (4/5): Do NOT stay here if you have asthma or smoke allergies, especially if you’re travelling with a child who might have thes - Apartment filled with cigarette smoke every night — it was like being in a bar. We stuffed towels under the door but it did t help. Pillows were horrible. Living room lighting was too dim to read by. We were travelling as a group and needed more than one set of keys, but they wouldn’t provide a second set. There was no dish soap or laundry soap provided, or even dish cloths, despite repeated requests. The washing machine stank so badly we didn’t dare use it. We booked this place for the home-away-from-home amenities, but spent most of our time in the bedroom because that was the only room with good lighting.
• Annett (8/5): - Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Buslinien, Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Küche ist neuwertig aber eher spatanisch mit Geschirr ausgestattet. Das Bad ist relativ neu aber riecht feucht. Der Schrank in einem der Schlafzimmer ist sehr instabil. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist semi gut. Der Fußboden war sehr staubig bereits bei der Ankunft, so dass das Laufen ohne Schuhe nicht möglich war ohne schwarze Füsse/Socken zu bekommen. Desweiteren war die Wohnung sehr stark parfümiert und der Duft war auch noch nach 5 Tagen vorhanden trotz lüften.
