The location is excellent - close to all of the main attractions but still really quiet. The host Mandy is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the rooftop terrace is great for an evening drink. There is nothing I didn’t like!

- Ozkan (6/5): Moderate - Considering its location, this is definitely a clean, quiet, and good value-for-money option. However, we were quite disappointed with the hotel’s communication. As we were going to check out very early and had limited time in the city, we kindly requested an early check-in if possible. Unfortunately, we only received very generic, almost automated responses. We followed up twice more with details, but the replies didn’t change at all. Even worse, when we arrived, the receptionist told us that they had personally written those messages — which made the experience feel even more impersonal, almost as if we were talking to a chatbot. We were satisfied with the room overall; however, the heater in the room did not work, and we felt cold. We reached out to the hotel for assistance but did not receive any response. In summary, it is a good value-for-money option with a great location — despite being in a busy area, it is quite quiet and peaceful. However, due to poor customer communication, I’m unable to give it a higher rating. Communication skills

- brookhou1 (10/5): A PERFECT place near the Acropolis. - Our host, Mandy, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. She ensured our entire stay was handled stress-free for my wife and my stay. The room was modern with a nice patio with a lot of plants and trees...the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of HOT water with good pressure. The hotel is located just a cpl blocks from the Acropolis subway stop and Museum, with plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Nothing! I wish we had time to spend more time in Athens so we could fully explore the area more.

Room was smaller than expected but has everything you need. The tiny balcony was a lovely addition however with only one chair - would have been perfect if they added another chair as there is definitely space for two chairs. The plaster on the wall of the room we were in (Vesta) was peeling off a bit but not a big issue. The sofa bed was right next to the room door, such that each time we open the door the sofa bed was in full view to the public. It was very comfy but we were not comfortable letting our little one sleeps there on her own. To be fair, the property only has a few rooms so not expecting lots of people walking around in the hall way. Noise level can be a bit loud due to the proximity of the rooms and the era of the building but can’t be help.

Very comfortable stay of 8 nights and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The hot water pressure was variable but overall this didn’t detract from our enjoyable stay.

- Mary (10/5): Perfect in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone I know. - It is a small hotel with only 8 rooms, no breakfast facilities. Our room was in the basement with it's own little courtyard and very quiet & private. All very clean, spacious and made up with new towels each day. There is also a pleasant roof seated area with a view of the back of the Acropolis. The location was perfect and our host Mandy was so lovely, fun, kind and amenable, especially with regard to leaving bags & using the WC after checking out. The only minor issue was the shower/wetroom causing puddles which you couldn't avoid stepping into to access the rest of the bathroom.

She also shared some hidden gems to see and eat in Athens which was excellent. Mandy couldn't do enough for us while we stayed. The hotel location is excellent 4 mins from the Acropolis and minutes from all other attractions and restaurants I would defo recommend this place to anyone visiting Nothing above says it all

Gyalog sok minden elérhető. Tisztaság volt,az ágyak kényelmesek voltak. A recepciós hölgy nagyon kedves volt,sok tippet adott hol együnk es miket nézzünk meg feltétlenül. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk,ha még egyszer megyünk Athénba (tervben van),biztosan itt fogunk megszállni újra. Talán annyi,hogy papucsot nem vittünk (ott sem volt) es kőburkolat a padló és így nem volt komfortos. Illetve a zuhany kicsit furcsa volt egy felmosó jól jött volna,nehezen száradt fel a víz zuhany után. De ezek sem rontottak semmit a véleményünkön, ez max egyéni komfort probléma.

È anche molto vicina alla fermata della metro Acropolis nel caso sia necessario utilizzare la metro (noi l'abbiamo usata solo per andare e tornare dall'aeroporto, per il resto abbiamo sempre girato a piedi). La camera è fornita di bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè Nespresso, con caffè, zucchero, tè, panna. è presente anche un frigo con acqua fresca a disposizione. Un dettaglio che ci ha fatto molto piacere trovare sono stati gli accappatoi. La camera era moderna e pulita. La ragazza presente alla reception è stata molto carina e disponibile. Per noi è andato tutto molto bene e non c'è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto nella struttura, anzi, se dovessimo tornare ad Atene torneremmo sicuramente in questa struttura. Se proprio dovessimo trovare un difetto potremmo dire che l'ascensore è un po' piccolo ma a noi non ha creato nessuna difficoltà.

Camera con vista giardino interno accogliente e silenziosa durante la notte. Pulizia un po scarsa ma costante, hanno sistemato la camera tutti i giorni del soggiorno. Nella mia camera la il miscelatore della doccia, impossibile da regolare! Aperto quasi al massimo con un movimento di 1mm si passa da bollente a freddo in un istante. È totalmente da sistemare.

Ook heel makkelijk te voet bereikbaar vanaf Syntagma, waar we 's nachts de bussen richting het vliegveld vertrekken. Heel comfortabele kamer, lekker zacht bed en alles mooi schoon. Wij komen zeker terug!

- John (9/5): perfect appartment on a great loaction - very good location in centre of Athens, nearby Acropolis, nearby a lot of shops / restaurants. very nice contact with reception before and during stay. 1 day before arrival, we received info how to reach accomodation and because we arrive late (at 2130h), we got info how to enter. During stay also nice contact with Joana and Mandy. both are very kind and helpfull and can give tips about everything. ( Mandy is very nice to have a chit chat with, she laughs a lot :-) the shower is a little bit small, but OK. And we found the bed a little hard and the cushions too thick, but that is personal
