• Magdalena (8/5): Perfekcyjna lokalizacja, piękny widok - Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, wystarczy wyjść za róg budynku i jesteśmy w centrum wszystkiego, a kilka metrów od drzwi wejściowych jest świetna pizzeria z dobrymi cenami. Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Kosmetyki w łazience, żelazko - na plus. Taras na dachu z widokiem na Duomo też jest świetnym dodatkiem do pobytu. Sam apartament bez szału, mógłby tam ktoś zainwestować w normalne łóżko i stół, bo co z wyposażonej kuchni jak trzeba jeść na stojąco? Taras na dachu, przynajmniej w maju, nie był wyposażony w meble, więc jedyne co tam można zrobić, to zdjęcie z widokiem ;)

• John (7/5): Comfortable enough but absolutely no support once in. Won’t be back. - Actually a privately owned very modern apt with all facilities for self catering. Location 3/400m through shopping street to the Duomo. No safe box but very secure room and building. No room service at all over 4 nights. Up to arrival repeated calls asking for exact time of arrival. Then once in the apt no answer on the help number provided.

• Bachhuong (10/5): A modern, clean, and light-filled BnB in the heart of Milan. - The LOCATION is the best. Couldn’t ask for more. No luggage storage. It was a pain to lug our heavy suitcase around. I wish they would have some dish soaps - so we can clean up after ourselves.

The pictures are a) high floor and they tell you will be last floor b) much nicer and newer appartment c) they show you terrace which you do not actually have And .. the drain in the bathroom was never cleaned. It was stuck and the smell then they started to clean it out was awful.

• Fady (6/5): Not worth it at all with their current state, good potential, bad luck probably. - The location and view from the roof terrace. The guy we dealt with was pleasant. They offered a very small refund for our troubles. We arrived at 1:30 pm to check in (check in is from 2) and we are told that there is no electricity in the building (can’t even open the front door and access the building which is a huge fire and emergency hazard) and the room is not cleaned or ready. We end up waiting till 6:30 pm! And after all this the room is not that clean, there were minimal amenities (no soap or shampoo, just the tinniest hand soap and shampoo packets I have seen), dirty floors. And the water faucets spit out brown fluid when first turned on, and water takes forever to get hot.
• Sorin (4/5): Dissapointed! - Is the first review i put on booking in so long time of using it!The personal is not ok with the clients.Because we arrived 30 minutes late they required 50 euro more.But the biggest problem was that they don’t let you to leave your lagguage at reception if you need!The bed linen was not clean,the walls not clean at all… They don’t helped us with anything we required for !
• Hokama (8/5): Overall a great stay. Very close to Duomo, restaurants and shops. - Host was accomodating and very kind to book a taxi service on my behalf from hotel to airport. Offered great restaurant recommendations. Water pressure/heat.

The only negative part was the bedding was stained, the bed sheets had some bloody spots and one of the pillows were pretty bad stained, but our host was very diligent and got us clean bedding right away , the shower floor wasn’t very clean either. But besides that the place is amazing and will stay there again . Great location, nice apartment, well equipped, and the building looks new . Cleaning needs improvement.

• Venkat (7/5): Great location, modern property, but could use some improvement in making guests more welcome - Host was a great communicator before and through our stay. She met us at the entrance and made it easy to enter the apartment. The location is fantastic. Perfect. We liked the big windows, modern lines of the apartment. Efficient layout. The concierge was very helpful. She even lent us an umbrella when it was raining and helped with the taxi and restaurant reservation (since we had an international phone) The following are just nits - not to take away from the great property, but more as feedback to help the owner improve the experience. There should have been more supplies to make us feel welcome after a long journey. And some other basic things that I expect of a fine property like this (which I see in all the other places I stay in different countries) 1. Simple things like extra towels, some good quality tea bags, Coffee creamer packets, salt and pepper packets.... 2. There was no soap for the dishwasher or washing machine. 3. There were no paper towels or kitchen towels. 4. The freezer in the refrigerator was big - but only one ice tray, and it was empty. I had to fill for the next day's use. 5. Dishes were still in the dishwasher from the previous visitor 6. It would be good if the host gave us a tour of the appliances. The induction stove was nice and modern, but we could not easily locate the light and exhaust fan, so the smoke alarm went off when we made breakfast. 7. There is a big gap between the mattress and the headboard. The pillows kept dropping into the gap. 8. The sofa/chair is comfortable on the back, but the seat seems like it is weak with very little padding

Matteo at check in was also super helpful! The early checkout at 11:30 is a bit of an issue if you have a late flight.

• Joseph (10/5): Best location - Highly recommended - Best location in Milan: practically on Corso Vittorio Emanuele and few steps from San Babila & the Duomo, but very quiet as the apartment is facing the other side with well isolated windows. The apartment is not big, but very modern with all needed amenities and very comfortable for a couple. The rooftop terrace is a highly appreciated bonus ! Communication with Easyhomes personnel was very efficient & pleasant : especially charming Gaida who welcomed us ! Highly recommended ! Nothing. it was perfect for us.
