Mariette (10/5): - The apartment was clean and check-in was easy. The shower was not draining well but I sent a text and they sent someone immediately and sorted it out. I was impressed. They also provided dish soap which is not common in apartments. Nothing at all. Exceeded our expectations.

Miguel (8/5): es war sehr gut, das bett war sehr angenehm und man hat sich einfach wohlgefunden. - Eine kurze info das es einen Haupt stromschalter gibt wäre angebracht gewesen ich musste nämlich mit meinem handy um 17 uhr irgendwie schauen wie licht an geht das hätte man vielleicht kommuniezieren müssen zudem hätte ich gerne die option gehabt mein zimmer von innen ab zu schließen.

Marko (7/5): - Neuwertig und sehr sauber. Stylisch eingerichtet. Komfortables Bett. Kleine Einbauküche inklusive. Wie so oft in Hotels leider extrem unpraktisch: viel zu wenige Ablagen und Haken. Niemand hat sich überlegt, wo man mit feuchten Handtüchern hin soll. Tasche wegpacken? Fehlanzeige! Ablage am Waschbecken deutlich zu klein. Das Dusche und Waschbecken vom Zimmer voll einsehbar sind, ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig... Man wünscht sich als Gast, dass die Betreiber mal selbst zwei Nächte in so einem Zimmer verbringen und dann die kleinen Verbesserungen umaerzen, die einen wirklich komfortablen Aufenthalt ermöglichen.

Very nice modern bathroom with a large walk in shower We stayed for a week, and using the same thin bath towels was not ideal. The room was a little dusty.

Der Sportraum, den man kostenlos nutzen kann, ist besser ausgestattet als viele Fitnesscenter, ein Traum für Sportler. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür. Sehr zentral mitten in der City gelegen über der Stadtautobahn. Die Fenster sind super gedämmt und innen ist es herrlich ruhig. Top für einen Ausflug in die Stadt. Gerne wieder.

Da ich beruflich unterwegs war, benötigte ich eine Rechnung, die ich nach x-maliger Anforderung sowohl beim Betreiber als auch bei Booking.com, nach etwa 8 Wochen erhielt. Ankündigungen in autorespondermails man würde sich innerhalb von spätestens 48h melden, wurden hierbei jeweils nicht eingehalten.

Kleine kitchenette, grote koelkast, vloerverwarming, zeer goede geluidsisolatie. Smart TV. Aangezien dit hotel net buiten de stadsring valt, kan je gratis parkeren ook na november 2025. Directe vlugge verbinding met bus 110 naar het stadscentrum. Supermarket op loopafstand. Er is geen lift maar dit was geen probleem voor ons

Yaren (8/5): Super - Die Lage ist sehr zentral man hat bahn und bus in der nähe. Ziemlich ruhig und angenehm Uns haben die Hausschlapfen gefehlt die hätten dabei sein können. Dusche und Schlafraum sind nicht abgetrennt, könnte problematisch sein.

Derudover manglede der en hårtørrer, som der ellers stod beskrevet skulle være der, så jeg kunne ikke tørre hår i alle dagene og personalet gjorde intet ved det.

Oleg Abrazhaev (8/5): Grat stay only without a soap - Clean, modern, has a great romantic atmosphere, has all the appliances. Easy to find and enter. Easy to book, no staff involved. We liked the sink in the kitchen. Pictures are great. You can make coffee, tea and cook. First issue we had - no soap in the shower, it was empty. Very disappointing. The door to the shower squishy, very loud. The shower requires attention, for sure.

The location offered simply everything.....independency such as an easy access to the marvellous Berlin circle line, the Südkreuz station, and of course the historical Ku'Damm just c. a 15 mins. (max) walk away. I would return any time to The Faces, particularly to flat # 3, because of the very cool female face, either a soul sister or a spoiled Italian Gucci lady. Perfect! Also #3 is my lucky number!
