• Joanne (8/5): Decent, clean place as advertised - The apartment was as pictured. It was very warm temperature wise even though it wasn’t hot outside. You could not sleep with the window open bc there was not a window lock to prevent entry from the outside and there’s an HVAC unit beneath the window so someone could climb in.

• Dion (2/5): Tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny - Bed is tiny and I mean tiny. This size bed is a King Single in Australia. Designed for one person. Not a double. Had legs on floor to fit. If you don't need to open a suit case then the room will be big enough for you. It is so noisy - all day, all night - it doesn't matter how small the bed is as you can't sleep anyway. A circus is across the street that goes to midnight just to make things a little more noisy. However, the room is so hot, that you need to almost have cold showers to keep cool. Unfortunately, the shower is so small that a small child would have some difficulty getting in it. I guess you could always open the window, but just lets in more noise. I would definitely recommend this room if you are a child travelling with a lunchbox. Being hard of hearing would also be of benefit if you stayed here. At least the room was clean.
• Kelly (8/5): Lovely clean quiet good location - The apartment was very conveniently located, cleanliness was exceptionally and fairly spacious for London. Good size TV, private bathroom with shower and bed was comfy. My only issue is that it was the light from the door and it was very hot due to London heat wave, happy a fan was there but couldn’t have windows or blind open for security and privacy as another apartment looked in, and the room was too light for me, the door needs a covering on it as the light shows through the frosting see pic, would book again if price was right

• Franziska (10/5): - Hands down one of the nicest apartments I ever booked for London. Great area, there’s a huge shopping centre nearby (Westfield) and central like is close to get to Soho and Co. within 20 mins. It gets rather warm during summer but a fan was provided.

• Holly May Vestveit (8/5): - Vi synes rommet var flott. Det var litt tungt å dra kofferten opp trappene til øverste etasje. Det var varmt da vi først kom men det hjalp å åpne vinduene. Ulempen med det var at det slapp inn mye støy selvom vi var i øverste etasje. Området hotellet ligger i var greit i gangavstand til både kjøpesenter og T-bane, men med litt skummelt natteliv dersom man går ute. Vi fikk heller ikke mail om hvordan man skulle komme seg inn og måtte selv ringe. Men vil si det er verdt pengene.

The apartment and hallway/staircase were clean and presentable. The only negative was how hot the apartment itself was and could really do with a fan in our (short) summers but beside that I would happily return here!

• Jesper (2/5): - Warning! Stay away at all costs!!! Extremely noisy and hot apartment! I was looking for a quiet place to stay with my 10 year old son who can be very sensitive to noise. More than a month in advance I requested a quiet room with windows not facing the busy street. Despite of this request we were allocated room 15 with the window facing the busy Uxbridge Rd. So much noise from the busy street! Could hear police sirens every second minute. Lots of traffic with cars and busses. And not very soundproof between rooms as well. As mentioned by others the heat in the room was unbearable. It must have been 35 0C (despite only 18 0C outside). Neither of us could sleep and my son was very anxious the whole night. Had paid for 4 nights but decided to leave the terrible place the following morning. Stayed the following 3 nights in a nice, cold and quiet hotel nearby. No offer for a small refund and the reply from the reservation team was probably generated by an AI-robot! Not a place to stay. There are so many other opportunities in London!
• CLARE (10/5): - Communication really effective, the property was spotless and really cosy. Really liked the layout, bed was super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. V close to Shepherd's Bush station on a bustling high street but still.not noisy at all. Definitely staying here again.

• Shawn (8/5): Great apartment with one drawback - Very spacious apartment considering the area. Extremely convenient location with lots of shopping and eateries nearby. Well connected with Shepherd's Bush station nearby. The unit is clean and well-maintained with most of the conveniences you'd expect. The one and only drawback is that it is very warm inside the unit. With no AC and only a small fan it is quite toasty despite the outside temperature being only 15C. Perhaps a ceiling fan would be much more helpful if installing an AC is not an option.

We were there on the hottest week of the year so far, so it was boiling hot! We were on 2nd floor, I won't miss the stairs!! We had to keep the blind down to keep the sun out, opening the window just let the street noise in. A very busy road. Lots of choice to shop and eat. Westfield Centre is just behind.
• Katherine (10/5): - Great little apartment-tiny for two but who spends time in the room while on vacation? Huge shopping mall nearby with great restaurants and the tube is just a short walk. No parking anywhere nearby so don’t plan on bringing a car. Staff were great by phone. We didn’t use the cleaning crew but the place was spotless. The only drawback was the bath - smallest I’ve ever seen that wasn’t a half-bath but we managed. I’d stay again.

Dessverre så hørtes det utrolig voldsomt ut når folk lukket og åpnet dørene, så hvis du vil unngå det spør om å få rom i øverste etasjene og ikke under etasjen som oss! Det er en tips jeg selv også skal benytte meg av til neste gang, ellers veldig koselig og rent der. Vi syns også at prisen var bra ! ☺️

This stay was a great steal: just over £100 for one night in London to get a spacious and practical apartment. The apartment was packed with much-needed necessities: tea and coffee with a kettle and coffee maker, ironing facilities, shower gel, and soap, which are just what you need for a short stay. Comfort-wise, the bed was standard, quite soft and cozy. Situated in the middle of Shepherds Bush, it is a perfect location near the tube station, O2 Empire and Westfield Shopping Centre.

La literie est impeccable, le coin cuisine pratique et suffisant. La salle de bain également. Seul souci, le bruit extérieur. Le quartier est vivant et passant, des fenêtres double vitrage atténuraient les bruit extérieurs. La localisation est idéale pour visiter Londres, très proche des bus et métro. Je recommande cet appartement au bon rapport qualité prix.

It can be a bit noisy so I would recommend earplugs. However there is nothing I would change about the stay, excellent and very happy with my stay.

Fenêtre bloquée VOLONTAIREMENT les deux premiers jour, j’ai du trouver une astuce pour la débloquer et pouvoir respirer l’air frais de l’extérieur, puisque oui la température à l’extérieur était plus agréable. • Elizabeth (10/5): Clean and simple - Ready and clear instructions for how to get in. The apartment was just right for just somewhere to base ourselves whilst we explored London. It was really hot this weekend and the apartment did get very hot stuffy and muggy as no Aircon but the fan in the wardrobe saved us.

The only slight quibble in the room is that access to the shower was quite tight for a larger person. Other comments mention the comfiness of the mattress. I found it very comfortable. Communication over the checking in process was excellent.

Der var en bordblæser men den hjalp ganske lidt...vil anbefale at bestille airconditionanlæg hvis man rejser i sommer halvåret. Lille Apartment, men funktionelt.

• Derek (8/5): Nice apartment - Lovely apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Could do with a better mattress, an arm chair to watch tv and definitely a blind over the door. Apartment 3. Daylight at 4am.
• JORDAN (6/5): More expensive than it should be - Easy to find, easy to check in without any staff. The room was clean and the kitchen was correct. There are issues with the place though. The bathroom has a foul smell of drains, the metro can be heard and felt as is passes underneath, and the mattress and bedding were very low quality.
