- Peter (10/5): The accommodation and its facilities are very much recommendable! - Very good service provided by the apartment staff, namely by Guido, Gabriel, Yanina, Angiebel e Ignacio. The apartment is situated in a quite nice and secure part of Buenos Aires; the next bus station, where many different bus lines are stopping, is approximately 10 minutes away. Breakfast is provided by a coffee shop, which is located in the same block. From our point of view, there is nothing to complain about!

- Wanderer2 (7/5): Nette Wohnung in guter Lage - Die Lage ist in dem Viertel sehr gut - sauber, sicher, ruhig. Man kann dort spazieren. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte und sehr viele Restaurants. Poolanlage ist auch OK. Es lohnt sich immer mit dem UBER zu fahren - schnell, sicher und preiswert. Die Wohnung sieht auf den Bildern besser als in der Wirklichkeit. Die Möbel sind einfach. Aber vor allem die Küchenausstattung ist nicht ausreichend. Wir konnten den Balkon nicht nutzen: wir waren eine Woche dort. Am Tage unserer Ankunft hat es geregnet und die Auslegeware, die auf dem Balkon verlegt ist (so etwas wie künstlicher Rasen) wurde nass. Trotz der starken Sonne und Hitze an den folgenden Tagen, war der Boden ganz nass, so dass man darauf nicht gehen konnte.

- Ana (7/5): Good location,comfy apartment and helpful staff, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. - The staff was very kind and helpful, always available. For example, the hair dryer was not working and they immediately replaced it, and when I had a problem with the safe it was solved right away. The apartment itself was very pleasant, in a safe and quiet location. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me to rest very well. Breakfast had very few options and was quite simple, but it was ok. However, the cleaning did not meet my expectations at all. I informed the staff and a second cleaning was done on the same day, but unfortunately even after that the apartment was still not in good condition. I was traveling with a group for work, and all of the apartments had to be cleaned again, yet none of them were properly clean. In addition, I think some maintenance is needed: there were old pieces of furniture, in one of the apartments the shower screen was broken, and the fridge made noise all night long. These are suggestions for improvement, as I was not expecting these negative details — especially the cleaning, which I consider a serious issue.
