• Richard (6/5): Goed voor onze city trip maar voldeed niet helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. - Ontbijt was niet speciaal maar okay. Enkele warme items, diverse salades brood, beleg hartig en zoet, fruit, koffie, thee en water. Ook was er yoghurt met gedroogd fruit en walnoten en cake en koekjes. Het Hotel ligt 5 à 10 minuten lopen van de Metro stations Sishane en Haliç. Van daaruit is de hele stad goed te bereizen. Ook is de de oude stad (o.a. de blauwe moskee en de grote bazaar) goed te voet te bereiken. De wijk waarin het hotel ligt is behoorlijk vervallen. Deze straatjes zien er bijzonder onaantrekkelijk uit. De andere kant op richting het water krijg je al na een straat een beter gevoel. Het personeel is correct maar is behoorlijk passief in de informatie verstrekking. Met uitzondering van een jonge man die een aantal late of nachtdiensten draaide. Op het eerste gezicht ziet de accommodatie er goed uit maar als je wat verder kijkt is zijn er toch wat tegenvallers voor ons geweest.

• Μαστρογιαννοπουλου (9/5): - Είχε πολύ καλό πρωινό, ευγενικό το μεγαλύτερο μέρος του προσωπικού. Είναι πολύ κοντά σχεδον σε όλα τα προς επίσκεψη μέρη . Εχει πολύ κοντά στάση μετρό/λεωφορείου/τραμ και καραβάκια για να πας σε οποιοδήποτε άλλο σημείο επιθυμείς! Η γειτονιά είναι σε μια περιοχή γεμάτη με μαγαζιά πώλησης είδη χρωμάτοπωλειων/είδη υγιεινής, παράλληλα με κεντρικό δρόμο αλλά το βράδυ είναι αρκετά ερημικό. Το ταξί δυσκολο να φτάσει στο ξενοδοχείο σε ώρες που είναι ανοιχτά αυτά τα μαγαζιά .

• Lian (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück war ausreichend. Die Lage war relativ gut und das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Dusche war auch sehr gut. In meinen Augen war es etwas zu dreckig, und das Zimmer sollte besser gereinigt werden. Die Lage an sich war gut, jedoch war die Umgebung sehr dreckig, kaputt und große Baustellen waren vorhanden, so dass es nicht so schön aussah.

• Sandra (8/5): Un hotel bien ubicado y con lo necesario - El hotel está ubicado en Karakoy, uno de los barrios mejor conectados y muy cercano a Galata. Es cierto que la calle en la que se encuentra es oscura, pero es un barrio seguro. El desayuno es sencillo, pero suficiente. El personal fue encantador y hago una especial mención a Irlan, el chico que cubre la noche. Nos dieron una habitación sin ventana, lo cual acabamos hasta agradeciendo por el ruido pero sí que es cierto que eché en falta la limpieza diaria (hacer la cama, el baño, toallas...). Al final por un día o dos no pasa nada, pero cuando ya llevas cuatro, se nota bastante.

• Asimina (1/5): Ηταν απαίσια - Μόνο ότι ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο Ηταν βρώμικα, είχαμε βάλει την ταμπέλα να έρθουν να καθαρίσουν και απλά στρώσανε το κρεβάτι δεν καθάρισαν τίποτα το πάτωμα είχε χώματα, η ηχομόνωση ήταν ανύπαρκτη ένα δωμάτιο παραδίπλα έκανε τρομερή φασαρία 2 η ώρα την νύχτα κάναμε παράπονο και δεν έγινε καμία παρατήρηση ούτε καν σύσταση , ακούγαμε το διπλανό ζευγάρι στις προσωπικές τους στιγμές, η πόρτα του δωματίου μας ήταν σπασμένη

• Karl (3/5): Anstrengend aber sehr schön! - Die Lage des Hotels, war sehr gut, eigentlich schon perfekt!! Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lautstärke des Hotels, die Wände sind extrem dünn- man hat morgens vom Frühstück/ die Menschen extrem gehört + Geräusche von draußen. Es war ein sehr hellhöriges Hotel. Das Bett war sehr unkonfortabel, es war sehr klein - unsere Beine hingen heraus und es hat massives gequietscht. Die Handtücher und Bettbezüge fühlten sich eher billig an und erinnerten in ihrer Beschaffenheit an einfache Strandhandtücher.
• Ana (8/5): Muy buena opción!! - La ubicación es muy buena. El hotel esta muy bien en general, la habitación es un poco pequeña pero suficiente. Nosotros repetiríamos sin duda!! Por ponerle un pero, el desayuno para ser bufet había poca variedad y no había tostadora para el pan!!
• Leonidas (9/5): Καλή τοποθεσία - Value for money - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή σχετικά με την μετακίνηση, υπάρχει στάση για λεωφορεία σχεδόν δίπλα και το τραμ είναι εξίσου κοντά περίπου 10' με τα πόδια, όπως το ίδιο και ο πύργος του Γαλατά! Σαν γειτονιά είναι κάπως "τρομακτική" αλλά ασφαλής. Έχει μαγαζιά για φαγητό και mini market δίπλα. Οφείλω να πω για την εξαιρετική ευγένεια του Halil που ήταν στην reception. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό και επαρκές. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό, το πάτωμα θα έπρεπε να καθαρίζετε καλύτερα, όπως και να δίνεται γενικότερα βάση στα ενδιάμεσα καθαρισματα του δωματίου. Η ηχομόνωση ανύπαρκτη.

• Aleksey (9/5): A great value for money place if your goal is to get to know the city in a few days. - The hotel has a great location. It's just a few minutes from the nearest attractions and very close to public transportation. The hotel is located in an area with construction stores, so noise can be heard early in the morning, if that's a concern. The room was neat and tidy, and we were checked in immediately upon arrival, which took about three minutes. The room was clean and tidy, and the renovations were fairly recent. Wonderful big breakfast. In the bathroom, the shower base requires deep cleaning and restoration.

• 100% Ache Cubano (1/5): I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel, and if I have to consider the stars it has and why I chose this hotel, well, it do - It's in a good location for getting around easily without needing to take a taxi. 1. The workers do not speak enough English for a good communication or explanation for any service or questions. 2. The breakfast was beautifully presented and varied, but :( there were no signs explaining the types of food being served. For those of us with gluten or lactose allergies, like me, there was no adequate explanation, and the hotel staff were unfamiliar with these allergies, as well as with celiac disease. 3. The room :( was super hot, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. 4. The hotel does not have a taxi service, in case you need one.
• Pietro (7/5): Adoro Istanbul e unico soggiorno ok - La struttura si trova in un punto strategico per visitare tutti i luoghi d’interesse. A piedi si raggiungono facilmente molti quartieri di Istanbul. In 7 giorni non hanno mai pulito la stanza, niente cambio lenzuola e asciugamano. Per il resto la stanza è confortevole e carina.

I would also like to mention the staff members, Ceyla and Xalil — they are very kind, friendly, and always ready to help! The location is also very convenient, as it is close to the main tourist areas and within a maximum of 10 minutes from all types of public transport. The size of the hotel is small, with narrow corridors and no emergency exits. The room did not have disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, drinking water, or any personal care items. One of the rooms had no windows, and it was also too small for me — my height is 198 cm, and my head was touching the ceiling. There was no hot water in one of the rooms, and there were electrical issues — when I turned the lights on or off, I could clearly hear the sound of wiring sparking. The elevator was in an unsafe condition, with the emergency help and alarm buttons constantly activated.

• Valeriia (10/5): Great location and comfortable stay for a good value - I really enjoyed my stay. The room was cozy, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent — walking distance to Galata Tower, Galata Bridge, and Istiklal Street, which made exploring Istanbul very easy. The breakfast was simple but nice and pleasant. Overall, it was a great option for the price we paid. A few small details could be improved — water was not provided in the room, and the soap dispenser didn’t work very well. Also, the view from the window was not particularly nice, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

• Alkmini (9/5): Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Άνετα δωμάτια, πολύ ωραίο μπάνιο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, σε μικρή απόσταση από τον πύργο του Γαλατά. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και συμπαθητικό. Το πρωινό αρκετά ικανοποιητικό για την τιμή του δωματίου. Τα αβγά πεντανόστιμα. Ένα μικρό πρόβλημα είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε καλή ηχομόνωση στο εσωτερικό του ξενοδοχείου, αλλά δεν επηρέασε τον ύπνο μας.

• Daniel (1/5): The worst disgusting place i have seen - Nothing It looks nothing like the picture Its in a ghetto , we were two girls and it was so scary to go out alone at night as the place is located in the middle of a off street Then we would expect the room to be cleaned but the would clean certain parts and never wipe the floor it was filthy Staff are so not welcoming and rude, there was so much noises every early morning that wakes us up, the heaters are controlled by reception, we came in January when it was snowing so we weee freezing or would have to call every 5 minutes for reception to switch the heaters on. On check out day we was 15 minutes late to check out because one of our bags had a problem in the lock so we asked for his help but he kept calling the room asking us to leave , when we went downstairs he attacked us and was very aggressive and then he kicked us out after trying to hit my friend , he started swearing at us and left us outside in the rain with our luggage which was meant yo stay in the safe at the hotel till our flight time , we tried to take a picture of him to report him to the police so he ran towards us and pointed at his penis saying come take a picture of (this )

• KONSTANTINIA (7/5): Good - Breakfast was really good. Good location, next to transport. Kind stuff. Especially Irfan was very helpful and polite. The room wasn’t very clean. Also, they could offer at least one bottle of water.
• Kostas Fks (7/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πλούσιο πρωινό, ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθημερινη αλλαγή πετσετων Σχετικά μικρό δωμάτιο(με παράθυρο ευτυχώς κατόπιν αιτήματος). Θα ήθελα περισσότερες κρεμάστρες. Αν και γενικά καθαρό, συνέχεια έβρισκα 1-2 τρίχες (γυναικείες). Το πιο αρνητικό ήταν τα χαμηλής ποιότητας στρώματα και οτι σε πάπλωμα και μια απο τις πετσετες ειχαν λεκιε(θεωρώ οτι το καθαριστηριο που τα στέλνουν δεν τα καθαρίζουν καλά γιατι οι πετσετες έβγαιναν μεσα απο κλειστή σακούλα καθαριστηριου)
