• Guest (2/5): Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Cena i lokalizacja ok, natomiast obsługa klienta i komfort fatalny. - Śniadanie w porządku. Nic specjalnego, ale serwowane na zabudowanym tarasie z ładnym widokiem. W moim pokoju była zniszczona umywalka. Dało się z niej skorzystać, ale nie spływała woda. Toaleta również w średnim stanie- cały czas opadała deska. Jednym słowem łazienka tragiczna. Jeśli mowa o obsłudze to też mam wiele do zarzucenia. Podróżowalem służbowo i bardzo istotna była dla mnie faktura VAT. Poprosiłem podczas pobytu o nią 3 razy i za kazdym razem słyszałem, że załatwią to później. Podczas check outu nie było nikogo kto mógłby mi pomoc i telefonicznie się skontaktowaliśmy, i ustaliliśmy że prześlą mi fakturę online. Nic takiego się nie wydarzyło, na początku coś próbowali, ale bardzo niekompetentnie. Także faktury nie dostałem, wyjazdu rozliczyć nie mogłem, i opuściłem ten hotel bardzo niezadowolony. Dodatkowo w hotelu od 7:30 było bardzo głośno i ciężko było spać dalej. Wifi hotelowe regularnie się zawieszało.

В районе Султанахмет в ресторанах действует правило - Белая рожа - в два раза дороже. Цены в 2 раза выше чем для местных.

• Valentina (10/5): Vista mare durante la colazione - Il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo parlato con loro prima di arrivare all'hotel per prenotare un taxi da e per l'aeroporto, il servizio è stato eccellente e confortevole, la camera è pulita e ha un buon profumo, l'hotel si trova in un sito turistico e storico (vicino alla moschea di Santa Sofia e ai musei archeologici e anche alla metropolitana di Sultanahmet), la colazione è fantastica e deliziosa con una bellissima vista dal balcone, buon prezzo, hotel confortevole consigliato

• mbarek (1/5): Je déconseille fortement hôtel insalubre et pas entretenu - Vraiment rien du tout, très mauvais, choix à tous les niveaux Mise à part l’accueil, le monsieur à la réception était plutôt sympa. En ce qui concerne l’hôtel, je déconseille fortement les conditions sont horribles. Les matelas sont pas confortables avec des ressort à faire mal au dos. Toute la semaine. Il y a zéro entretien l’endroit est insalubre et ne mérite pas d’autres réservations. Je vous mets en garde de ne jamais réserver dans cet hôtel, à choisir, je préférerais dormir chez l’habitant.

• Emily (10/5): I am happy to remember my stay in Istanbul and the time we spent at the hotel - everything was great - It's less than a 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque, Sultanahmet Square, and the Hagia Sophia. A safe location, a comfortable, clean room with everything you need, including a mini-fridge and kettle. Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious, fresh breakfast on the terrace! • Fairouz (1/5): Unprofessional, dangerous, amateur staff : STAY AWAY !!! - The room was very clean. The bed was comfy. And the location is ideal to be close to Sultanahmet and the bazaar but… ⬇️ … this was one of the most unsafe and unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At around 3 a.m., my friends and I were violently woken by people banging on our door. When I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, the staff simply replied that these were “drunk people,” that the situation was handled, and told us to go back to sleep. No apology, no reassurance, no sense of responsibility, and patriarchal attitude. When I called the manager cellphone during the aggression, it rang right outside our door while the banging continued, proving staff were present in the corridor. A few moments later, when I went to the reception to express concerns and request a late check-out after this traumatic moment, the staff member refused to appear. The next day, at check-out, the receptionist neither concluded the stay properly nor said goodbye. Despite advertising a 24-hour reception, guests’ safety and comfort were completely ignored. Later, the hotel even fraudulently marked us as a “no-show” on Booking.com to silence our review. Other serious issues that show zero professionalism and lack of hospitality management include: • Asking the Turkish-speaking member of our group if she could translate the check-in instructions for everyone else, instead of providing proper guidance. • No one at the reception, and the supposed staff member was found sleeping in the lounge next to the terrace overlooking the 4th floor, discouraging guests from using it. • Breakfast was very poor for the price; other local hotels offer full buffets. • Breakfast staff asked guests to clear their own table. This hotel is unsafe, unprofessional, and entirely lacking in basic hospitality standards. Stay away.
• Angeline (10/5): J'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel, nous choisirons certainement cet hôtel la prochaine fois. - C'est un très bel hôtel familial, très propre, le ménage et le changement des serviettes sont effectués tous les jours. Le personnel est aimable et sympathique. L'emplacement est parfait, toutes les attractions touristiques sont à proximité, la gare de Sultanahmet étant à 5-7 minutes. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, la vue depuis la chambre est magnifique et on peut admirer les bateaux flottants tous les matins.

Staff is polite and attentice, very helpful - both reception and lady serving breakfast. Room was clean upon our arrival. Staff also helped with the airport shuttle. It's not hotel's fault, but needs to be mentioned: the hotel is located right in the restaurants' street, so be ready for some noise from the outside. Street is very lively till late night. But if you are looking for entertainment - it's right for you :)

• Eva (8/5): Sehr gute Lage für einen Kurztrip - Sehr zentral, Personal freundlich, wir haben sogar ein Sandwich beim Auschecken bekommen, da wir vor dem Frühstück auschecken mussten. Es riecht im Zimmer komisch; man muss ständig lüften, was ungünstig ist, wenn man die Klimaanlage nutzen will und der Gastrobetrieb noch läuft (wegen der Geräuschkulisse).

О - Место расположения, крытый вид на море с террасы на завтраке, чистота, гостеприимство. Я бы не сказал что мне что-то не понравилось. Наверное - отсутствие лифта, но это историческое здание ( современный ремонт но турецкого качества)+ цена предполагает что это не Риц.😉

Можно спокойно приходить и уходить в любое время. Площадь Султанахмет в двух минутах. Меня устроило всё. Но есть вещи, которые могут не понравиться другим. Слышимость. Слышно всё! Даже шорох в коридоре. Другие комнаты я не слышала, именно коридор. Моя комната была на 1 этаже. Завтраки одни и те же каждый день. Выдают тарелку: яйцо или омлет, оливки, колбаса, сыр, нарезка овощей, оладушек или какая-то слоёная штука, вишнёвое варенье, масло (один раз его заменил томатный соус). И можно брать, сколько хочешь, хлеб, печенье, арбуз, хлопья, чай, кофе, сок. Вкусно, сытно, но одинаково. Крутая лестница. Но это Стамбул, здесь это норма.

• Javier (7/5): A pocos metros a pie de los puntos de interés más relevantes pero no el lugar más tranquilo - A escasos metros a pie de la mezquita de santa Sofía, mezquita azul, la cisterna, el palacio de Topkapi. Cama cómoda. Terraza para el desayuno con vistas al mar. Calle bulliciosa a todas horas, llena de restaurantes turísticos donde no puedes andar cinco metros sin que te agobien constantemente para que entres en su local. Entraba mucha luz (faltan cortinas) y además las ventanas no aíslan bien del calor ni del ruido.

• amelia (10/5): Hotel in an ideal location .. suitable for families - In the city center, near Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed Mosque, and very close to the city tram station which makes your transportation easy, the airport transfer service was a unique experience, thanks to the reception staff for taking care of us, the breakfast is very good with a very beautiful view of the sea, the room is clean, there is comfort in this location as it is a tourist area par excellence and a very quiet place, suitable for families I recommend it I loved everything

• Emma (10/5): Super séjour, je recommande vivement - Cet hôtel et son emplacement sont merveilleux. J'ai beaucoup de chance de séjourner dans un tel hôtel. Les chambres sont très propres et disposent d'équipements tels qu'une télévision, une armoire, un sèche-cheveux, la climatisation, etc. Les articles sont neufs et propres. Prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse et admirer la vue sur le Bosphore et les îles offre une vue très romantique sur Istanbul. L'hôtel est situé juste entre Sainte-Sophie, le palais de Topkapi et la mosquée Sultanahmet et se trouve à distance de marche de tous ces sites. Il n’y a pas besoin de transport. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Il y a un supermarché juste en dessous de l'hôtel qui est ouvert jusqu'à 3 heures du matin et répondra à tous vos besoins. La rue est également pleine de bars et de cafés. En bref, même si je n'y suis resté qu'une nuit, j'avais l'impression de séjourner dans un château au pays des fées. Je reviendrai certainement🌺🙏 rien

• Emilia (4/5): I would not come back again, not worth the money - It was really close to Haga Sophia and had a sea view. It was relatively clean. The room was big enough for me. Breakfast was not bad but small, so if you’re a man or like to eat a lot for breakfast it will be not enough. Wifi was okay. I don’t know, why this hotel has such a high rating. In my opinion not worth the money. The AC in my room was just above my head when going to sleep, so it was blowing straight to my face. The room was on third floor and the stairs are very narrow so it is hard to walk up and down (there is no elevator). Staff doesn’t know English and was not very helpfull, when I had problem with my bank card(hoping for help from front desk) and was trying to explain to the reception guy, he understood only the word “ATM” and started to tell me where is nearest one. When I asked (through translator) if he can let me call the bank from the hotel he didn’t agree. There was also problem after I checked out and wanted to leave the luggage for some time, at first the guy agreed but later he started messaging me to come back and take the bags “because it is not allowed to leave bags at the hotel”. First day I came very late for breakfast but still before it finished and I could see there was a problem because I came late, it didn’t feel very nice. The hotel is located on very “busy” street, it is loud in the room even at night. There are lots of restaurants and shops on the street and every time I was going out they were bothering me to come and eat at their place - simple “no” is not answer for them, so if you don’t want to be bothered every rime you entering or exiting your hotel this one is not for you. And finally, something was biting me in the room - I am still hoping these were not bedbugs. Oh, and the curtains were white and thin, so the sun was coming through easily, not making the room darker.

• Stefan (6/5): - Tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Geschäfte, Supermarkt, alles da. Trotz belebter Straße ruhig. Relativ teuer sind die umliegenden Restaurants. Schlechtes Englisch, die Dame im Frühstücksbereich war ganz schwer sie etwas zu fragen. 1x waren wir um 7:45 da (werden abgeholt) da hieß es gleich erst um 8 Uhr! Ständig wurde man per WhatsApp kontaktiert.. wo bleiben sie, wann sind sie da, wie lange brauchen sie noch! (Nicht jeder hat gleich türkisches Internet). Am nächsten Tag, wurden wir wieder angeschrieben, dass wir die Haustüre zumachen müssen (hatten wir und generell sagte er nur in der Nacht)! Frühstück hervorragend 🤔 Frühstück ist OK! Buffet hab es keins so wie es in der Beschreibung steht!!!! 2x Cornflakes, versch. Kekse, Brot und Tost, 2 Säfte, Kaffee löslich und Tee. Frühstücksteller vorbereitet! Ei hartgekocht oder Art Omelett (aber ohne alles) und es war kalt. Obst nur auf Nachfrage, aber der Blick war nicht begeistert.. Beim Checkout keine Reaktion an der Rezeption! Die Stufen sind sehr schmal und hoch. Nicht für jeden einfach zu gehen.Rezeption nur sporadisch besetzt. Wasser, Kaffee, Duschgel wird nicht aufgefüllt. Vorhang zum verdunkeln reicht nur für 1/4 der Fenster 😔 Waren von den Kissen begeistert, als ich den Bezug weg habe um zu sehen welche Marke, war der Bezug vom Kissen selbst voller Haare. In diesem Sinne viel Spaß und Türe zu!! 😂

• Анатолий (10/5): Все понравилось! - Понравилось решительно всё! Соотношение цена-качество, даже лучше ожиданий. Жили в номере 201 с видом на улицу и кусочек моря - не смотря на оживленную улицу ночью тихо и спокойно. В номере всё заявленное, чисто, аккуратно. Расположение - соседняя дверь магазин со всем необходимым (по первой надобности во всяком случае), 5 минут и вы в посреди главных достопримечательностей, за углом мини базар и целая улица в обе стороны магазинчиков, ресторанов, баров и кафе. Персонал максимально вежлив, приветлив и, самое главное, не навязчив! Завтраки на террасе с видом на Босформ, можно вечерком на закате посидеть полюбоваться как город погружается в ночь - прекрасно! Если вам одиноко - чайки с радостью составят вам компанию (см. фото). ;) Однозначно буду советовать друзьям. К отелю ноль претензий, но достали зазывалы на улице. Каждый раз пока пройдешь последние 50 метров от поворота до дверей гостиницы тебя практически хватают за руки и бросаются под ноги зазывалы заведений общепита - зайди к нам поесть, посмотри наше меню, ты обещал к нам зайти. Иногда по 2 человека от одного и того же заведения сразу... На третий день уже хотелось посылать их всех в грубой форме... Не ужели они реально считают, что ТАК можно заинтересовать кого-то? НЕТ! 21 век, ребята, даже у дремучих пенсионеров в гугле всё написано про ваши заведения и если они хороши, к вам придут и без зазывал, а если они дно, то зазывалы вам не помогут. Но еще раз - к отелю никаких вопросов, просто вход в этот островок спокойствия затерялся где-то между этим театром абсурда.

• Guest (9/5): Great stay at Gulec Konak hotel. - As a female solo traveller in Istanbul I enjoyed my stay. I felt absolutely safe! The owner arranged luxury transfer to and from the airport for me. The single room was clean and I found the bed and pillows comfortable. There is a supermarket downstairs with all the little things you may need at reasonable prices. Breakfast was also good for me as it is the things I would usually eat for breakfast. The location of the hotel is great it is walking distance to main attractions and many restaurants on the street of the hotel. Istanbul is one of the best cities I have been to thus far and I loved the attractions, the food and history behind everything. Will be back! Thank you Serif and thank you to your team. Just the room space was a bit small and no lifts but as a single person I did not mind this. The bathroom sink cupboard was broken but still functional and they did point this out to me on arrival. It worked fine throughout my stay.
• Anca (9/5): Sejur dragut. - Foarte aproape de obiectivele turisice, foarte curat, panorama deosebita de la terasa de pe acoperis unde se serveste micul dejun. Locatie linistita, langa multe taverne si marketuri. Desi scrie ca hotelul are parcare, nu exista loc pentru asa ceva pe acea straduta. Sunt cateva parcari inguste la distanta de 200..300 m, contracost. Zona este destul de aglomerata.
