Das Hotel ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Metrolinie, die vom/zum Flughafen fährt sowie ins Zentrum. Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad fehlen

Michael (4/5): Not as advertised - The general location of the property is good. In a small street. Nowhere to park. Nowhere to even stop. I asked about parking and my question was ignored. The neighborhood is impossible for parking. The property itself has potential but is not well maintained. Room was not properly cleaned. Sofa had stains and there smears of something on the wall. Bed sagged and creaked.

Georgios (7/5): Pretty good stay - Location is not central, but it is convenient to the Blue line, so I rate this as very good/excellent. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had variety and good quality though no cooked food on the premises. Room could be better designed. It was difficult to work/have a video conference call from the room because the stools were the wrong height for the counter for example. Floor was laminate. Tiles in the bathroom were the ones that catch mold and calcium deposits and hard to keep clean. Lacked overhead shower. I stay in hotels 50+ nights per year and I am also in the hospitality business, so I have an eye for things that might not bother most people.

Paolo (1/5): Terrible, NO value for money - Not too far from the Metro Dear all, My review cannot be positive. The stay was far from being “value for money.” It is frankly misleading to market this accommodation as a “Premium Loft Suite.” I also asked upon arrival whether it was possible to change rooms, but I was informed the property was fully booked. The room quality was unexpectedly low, clearly not aligned with the images presented on the website Visible stains on both kitchen chairs and a large stain on the sofa The coffee machine is unusable in the kitchen due to the absence of power outlets; it must be moved next to the bed or the TV to operate In the bathroom, the basin is extremely small and impractical The bathroom sink faucet is broken The toilet flush button is completely worn out from use, heavily scratched and in poor condition The room lacks natural light almost entirely; it is very dark with insufficient artificial lighting — I had to turn on the TV just to have enough light to read or work at the desk There is no internal security lock for the room The so-called “Premium Loft Suite” is located on the ground floor, directly exposed to heavy traffic noise and significant air pollution Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and does not meet even basic expectations for the price paid.

Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στο ισόγειο πίσω απο τη ρεσεψιον και το βραδυ οι πελάτες συγκεντρωνονταν στο χώρο έξω απο το δωμάτιο και θορυβούσαν χωρις να ειναι κάποιος εκεί για να τους ζητήσει να απομακρυνθουν.

Roxanne (10/5): Fantastic stay many thanks! - The hotel felt safe and secure considering I was traveling alone, the room had exactly what I needed a clean bathroom with a lovely shower, kitchen facilities, iron and ironing board. The bed was super comfortable. Lovely decor and the balcony area was a lovely size! The breakfast was nice, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was there as my ivf clinic is super close to the hotel and I would definitely use this place again. Lovely coffee shop next door!

It seemed like things were missing or not given anymore as they were in previous stay I booked over the years. Eg a paper notepad and a pen, an extra roll of toilet paper (to be there in case of need).

Good WiFi I liked the fact it was a PIN code entry into the property and room meaning it did not matter what time you arrived. The breakfast let the hotel down. Very limited items and poor toaster. No choice of omelet and coffee was not good. Nearest Metro into centre Is katehaki a good walk away.

Lucas (8/5): - Houve um erro em que precisamos trocar de quarto, foi incômoda a situação. Também fomos informados que havia vaga para toda nossa estadia, mas não havia e precisamos trocar de hotel. Fora isso, foi tudo ótimo, equipe boa.

Wolfgang (8/5): Ruhige Unterkunft am Rande des Zentrums - Großes Zimmer mit Balkon, gut eingerichtet, kleine Küche dabei. Ruhige Wohnlage. Frühstück ist ok. Zur U-Bahn sind es 600 Meter.
traveller (10/5): A place to stay comfortably. - The place was excellent and the location was great walking distance to subway station.We occupied 3 rooms and they are all excellent. The breakfast was great and authentic Greek food freshly prepared. The breakfast area was fantastic. The staff especially Mario and Jule are great and very attentive to their guest. We enjoyed our stay at Newel Physhiko hotel. The hotel was designed like an apartment/hotel. Kitchenette is complete. Very clean, and well designed and organized. . It covers all our needs.

Josephine (8/5): Für vier Tage Athen super geeignet - Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des City Center, aber mit der Metro super zu erreichen (auch vom Flughafen) und sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die kleine Küche im Zimmer war super. Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse war ein entspannter Start in den Tag. Frühstücksauswahl für Vegetarier zum Teil etwas mager, aber man findet immer was. Im Bad wäre noch eine Abstellmöglichkeit für die persönlichen Dinge super.

PANAGIOTA (1/5): - Η κράτηση μας ήταν σουίτα με υδρομασάζ το οποίο ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας(χαλασμένο).Ενημερώσαμε την ρεσεψιόν για το πρόβλημα χωρίς να υπάρξει λύση μέχρι το check out μας.Το μπάνιο μύριζε καθώς επίσης το πατάκι του ήταν ξεφτισμένο και φθαρμένο ακατάλληλο για χρήση. Το καλύτερο όμως ήταν ότι κλειδωθήκαμε στο μπαλκόνι καθώς το αλουμίνιο ήταν χαλασμένο. Ευτυχώς είχαμε τα κινητά και ειδοποιήσαμε.Ηρθε μια υπάλληλος από την Ακρόπολη που είχε βάρδια και μας άνοιξε. Αν αναρωτιέστε επίσης ποια ήταν η απολογία τους ή αν έκαναν κάποια κίνηση ή απάντηση είναι όχι. Απαράδεκτο το λιγότερο για διαμονή .Καλό το decor για τις φωτογραφίες τους μόνο.

Vincent (9/5): - Super mooi hotel ,leuk concept! Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Douche was iets te laag ( groot persoon ). Weinig licht in de badkamer. 1x was het ontbijt niet goed aangevuld.

Eva (7/5): De kamer was netjes, ontbijt was optijd en er was niet veel keus. - Het was een hele nette en ruime kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ontbijt vonden wij wel wat vroeg en ze lieten de tafels elke keer vol staan met borden en bestek. Eerst moesten wij dit dus zelf opruimen voor we ergens konden zitten.
Nargesi (9/5): Preis-Leistung top - Sehr nettes , freundliches Personal, schönes , neues Hotel , gute Verbindung zum City-Center, der Laufweg zur Metro Station allerdings ca 10 min . Sehr empfehlenswert Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein

Thorsten (8/5): Eingeschränkt empfehlenswert - Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet, die Ausstattung der Zimmer grundsätzlich komfortabel, die Nähe zur Metrostation der Linie 3(die vom Airport bis nach Piraeus führt) ist super, auch der freundliche Empfang an der Rezeption( sogar mit etwas deutsch !) haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück kann man auf einer Dachterrasse einnehmen, wenn einen der Besuch von Tauben dabei nicht stört. Das Frühstück selbst war landestypisch, mit wechselnden Angeboten auch für Vegetarier. Unser Zimmer (302) lag zur Hofseite, war sehr ruhig, man konnte bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Auch aus anderen Zimmern waren keine Geräusche zu hören. Zimmerreinigung mit Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel erfolgte alle 2 Tage. Leider waren besonders in unserem Bad, schon ziemliche Abnutzungserscheinungen zu erkennen, die einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen sind. Sehr schade! Weiterhin gibt es im Badbereich kaum Ablage-bzw. Aufhängemöglichkeit(nur 2 kleine Haken im Duschbereich für die Duschtücher, sonst nichts)Man hat hier wohl mehr Wert auf Design , als auf Praktikabilität gesetzt.
Apostolos (9/5): Nice option - Location; Professional staff; Clean space; Easy access to metro and public busses. Limited breakfast choices. Quite hard to find car parking in the area.

Kerstin (10/5): - Das Hotel war rundum perfekt für unseren Urlaub in Athen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Wir fanden auch die Lage optimal, da die Metro in der Nähe ist und man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt ist, aber das Viertel selbst nicht so voll und überlaufen ist. Ich würde hier sofort wieder einchecken, wenn ich nochmal nach Athen komme.

Kurt (8/5): - This hotel was an interesting stay. The rooms decor was quite good with a mininimalist approach which was classy yet functional. My challenge was the jetted tub did not work and getting it to work was never explained and it was a big disappointment. The biggest disappointment was the claim of sound proofing. Nothing could be further from the truth I heard everything that happened outside. Breakfast was good and fresh and the staff were excellent

Ashley (10/5): Jo was the best! - Our stay at The Newel Psychiko was excellent from start to finish. The check-in experience was truly the best I’ve ever had. Jo greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcome. She even went up to the room herself to make sure everything was in perfect condition, then personally escorted us and gave us a quick tour of the room. That level of care and attention really stood out. The breakfast buffet was very good as well, with fresh fruit and plenty of options to start the day right. Overall, an outstanding stay—I would highly recommend The Newel Psychiko and can’t wait to return!
Janek (7/5): Highs and lows.. - Hotel was silent compared to other hotels I stayed in the center before. Room was spacious and everything needed was available. The breakfast was good, with nice personnel and calm environment. Even though I stayed 4 nights I got the room right in front of the reception desk and it was not possible to change. Some of the personnel missed the necessary discretion one would expect. It's nice to say hello once a day, but you dont need that every time you open the door having one or two faces 1.5m away starring right onto to you.. weird! The room was well equipped, just a bit dark and first things in the bathroom start falling apart.

Mellissa (10/5): We would definitely recommend you to stay here! We will come back! - It was a great Experience from Check in with Ms. Demtree to Check out with Ms. Jo! It’s a Nice area! We felt safe..We weren’t far from Metro which took us to the Acropolis & etc.. Nothing!
Bianca (1/5): Not even close to a 5 star property - Relatively close to public transport making it easy to reach the airport and city center Jacuzzi did not work in our room. Breakfast is poor. Rooms on the grand floor lack sound proofing which means you get to hear all the noise from people checking in and out. Be aware there is a steep road from M3 to the property and pavements are awful so it’s quite an effort to carry your luggage.
