La ubicacion, no hay nada cerca para ir a comer y el restaurante del hotel no tenia servicio ademas de que por la misma ubicacion me fue muy dificil conseguir transporte (uber, inDriver) para poderme trasladar.

Sehr nah zum Flughafen und trotzdem mitten im Grünen und LEISE (ja dafür ist die Zufahrt etwas hakelig, aber das ist halt so in Mexiko!). Große Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Und ja, ein Teil ist noch ein bisschen Baustelle, aber gestört hat das nicht. Die Frühstücksauswahl (haben wir uns nur angesehen und nicht vorher gebucht). Daher haben wir auswärts gefrühstückt.

• Marjolijn (9/5): Comfortabele landing na lange vlucht! - De locatie was top. Wij kwamen aan met een late vlucht en waren met de auto binnen 5km bij het hotel. De weg is wat spannend maar goed te doen! Het is afgelegen maar dat maakte voor ons niet uit en merk je niets van.

Tengo que darle las gracias a Moises y a los empleados. El día que llegamos tenían el restaurante abierto hasta las 10 PM. Fueron muy amables esperando a que llegáramos y darnos de cenar después de un viaje de 11 horas. Ya que tardamos mucho tiempo en poder recoger el equipaje del aeropuerto.

Nice pool. I had a problem with Uber and the manager offered to drive me to my appointment. He saved my day. I was able to communicate in English. Next time I visit Cancun this my hotel for sure. Faites pas le saut à votre arrivée à l’hôtel, une petite affiche sur une porte d’acier gigantesque vous indiquera l’endroit de l’hôtel. Aucuns commerces autour à moins 2 km. Chemin en roche pour accéder à l’hôtel. Le restant est très jolie, propreté impeccable dans la chambre et salle de bain, aucunes moisissures, eau chaude à profusion pour la douche. Bon petit déjeuner, aucuns bruits autour du complexe la nuit, même pas un avion de ligne. La jungle omniprésent à l’arrière de l’hôtel. Belle grande piscine entouré de plusieurs chaises longues, serviettes longues fournies pour la piscine. Personnel aimable et courtois.
• Weldon (7/5): Interesting experience, not sure I would revisit - The food was ok at the hotel, a little pricey though. The hotel is cool and has a lot of character. The beds were hard as rocks and not comfortable. The location was very off the beaton path so we were not sure we were in the right area but we eventually found it ok. It was an interesting experience. The safe in the room is an issue, they did not explain to us that the key for the room also opens the safe, my 8 yr old thought she was being smart putting the key to the room in the safe to keep it safe, she ended up locking the saft with the key in it and they charged us to replace the safe because they supposedly couldn't get it back open. So that was a downer for the first night of our trip.

• Joanna (10/5): Peaceful oasis with transportation - They saved us from a bad situation with a canceled flight. The hotel sent a driver to the Cancun airport to bring us to the property at night, in the rain. They set us all up with a room totally via Whatsapp chat, so the language barrier was not a problem. The next day, after an amazing breakfast, our driver brought us back to the airport for our rebooked flight. There is an extra charge for the driving and the breakfast, but it was completely worth it for the safety and peace of mind that we received. Without a driver from the hotel, the taxi drivers at the Cancun airport will try to overcharge you for a ride. If the hotel driver is not available, please do not pay the taxis more than $40USD for this trip.

The balcony had a nice seating area with a lovely view of the greenery around. The pool area and restaurant were great, and having an elevator was very convenient. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy. I’d happily stay here again!

On Christmas Day, the restaurant wasn’t open and it’s in the middle of nowhere so I had to Uber eats. The room smelled like mildew, although it was very clean. The elevator wasn’t working and there weren’t hallway lights so it was very dark trying to find your room.

Colazione servita vicino alla piscina a piano terra Ci siamo stati poco per poter godere dei loro servizi . La strada per arrivarci è sterrata e un po’ bruttina (specie se ci si arriva al buio). Sin embargo e tiempos de lluvia se hacen muchos charcos largos (no profundos) y hay que ir muy lento en el auto para llegar. También queda cerca de la Av Huayacan. Mi salida era a las 6:20 am y no había personal que me pudiera apoyar para salir del lugar, ya que cuenta con un porta eléctrico y alguien te tiene que abrir, a pesar de mis intentos de golpear la puerta para que alguien me escuchara, fue inútil. Debe haber alguien del personal ya sea de seguridad o del hotel para que te puedan abrir. Entiendo que era de madrugada, pero pues aun así ellos sabian que iba a salir a esa hora de la mañana.

La route pour accéder à l’établissement est dans une très mauvais état , si vous y accédé en taxi ils connaissent le chemin mais si vous venez avec une voiture de location soyez prudents .

Il cibo anche era buono Purtroppo la nostra è stata una pessima esperienza. A partire dal fatto che il ristorante chiude alle 8:30, quindi anche arrivando tardo pomeriggio rischi di non fare in tempo a mangiare e rimanere fregato perché intorno non c’è nulla di raggiungibile a piedi. Poi propongono uno shuttle per l’aeroporto (letteralmente a dieci minuti) e te la fanno pagare come corsa Cancún centro - aeroporto (500) mentre uber costa tra 100/200. Lo staff non parla inglese e lascia un po’ a desiderare come preparazione e assistenza al cliente. Per finire, il mio compagno è anche stato morso da uno dei due cani adottati dall’albergo, senza che però fossero disponibili documenti relativi alla vaccinazione e lasciandoci abbastanza nel panico sul come agire.
• Arahi (10/5): Confortable and the food was delicious. - Everything! The Chilaquiles were amazing!! The room is big, the bathroom has plenty of space and my dog had fun in the garden sniffing around. I liked everything but maybe a mirror in the room would be a plus. It has one in the toilet though.
