Guest Reviews
- Thao (10/5): - Many rooms.
- Steven (6/5): Wouldnt come back - They provide cooking stuffs but only 1 fork and 1 spoon for a place that sleeps 4. No body cloths for the bathroom. Shower gel/hair bottles on the floor with no place to set them. Microwave has to be dragged across the floor to be plugged in which then blocks access to the bathroom door. Room has no thermostats for temp control. The place was clean. I will at least give them that.
- M (4/5): Disappointing - Smart but issues to consider - There is a loud night club downstairs until early hours each night. Water pressure in the shower was a real let down on 6th floor. Space was good and smart design, let down by these points.
- Joseph (2/5): AWFUL! - I didn’t go inside. Homeless people all over the sidewalk and graffiti everywhere. Looked nothing like the pictures from the outside.
Felt extremely unsafe. Called Hotels.com to cancel and book a different hotel. I booked for the week and was only refunded 1/2 of the week. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!
- Pola Araceli (6/5): - Nunca me enviaron las claves para poder accesar. Tuve que estarme comunicando a hoteles.com y ellos después se comunicaron con los del dueños de la estancia y fue mucho problema porque luego no pasaban las las llamadas
