- royhO4056YT (10/5): A tranquil place in the heart of Vienna and reserve the high Rosewood quality. - I choose a premier king room for my solo trip of the Labour day. In summary, it reserves the standard and even higher than average Rosewood level.
The Rosewood Vienna is located in the central heart of Vienna, adjacent to St. Peter's Church, which is originally a historical bank. Although it is in the city centre, you will never be annoyed by the crowded vehicles, people etc.
This is the traquil place in the metropolis and the best choice of enjoying yourself for a staycation. Also most magnificent attraction spots are within walking distance. If you also like shopping and walking luxury brands, you should absolutely not miss it.
Especially thanks to front desk, concierge and doorman team, your warm welcome Your warm welcomes always make me feel at home.
Thanks for the kind experience and wish back soon.

- DJMNC (10/5): An Exceptional Stay at the Rosewood Vienna! - Our family stayed at this fantastic hotel during a vacation with our teenage kids, and we had a truly memorable experience. The service was excellent, and the central location made it easy to explore everything. From the comfortable rooms to the breakfast selection and attentive staff, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.
The hotel was especially peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we needed after a long flight. A few days later, we stayed at another luxury hotel in Prague, but our whole family kept mentioning how much more we had enjoyed our time here at Rosewood Vienna. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

- Arlet (10/5): Top notch hotel with excellent location and superb service - Loved this hotel from the second we arrived. The outside is very understated. The inside is elegant. The doormen were extremely kind and truly wanted to be helpful. The check-in process was also very pleasant. Of note, there is a bright and airy room in the lobby behind the concierge that you can sit and do work (and enjoy complimentary coffee/tea). The hotel rooms were well appointed, chic and modern with old world charm. We had breakfast included in our room. The only downside to breakfast was the cold buffet was not extensive but you could order from the menu. Espresso beverages were very good. Dinner service was just okay. Food/service weren't great for the price. We really enjoyed our visit as a family and will definitely stay here again when e return.
- Carol (10/5): - everything was ok, too bad there was no swimming pool
- Jason (10/5): Incredible hotel in great location. Walking distance to most landmarks and a decent rooftop bar for a sun-downer. - Location and service were amazing. Minor comment was the rooms’s safe battery needed replacement at checkin. It didn’t work when we got to our room. .

Perfect location, friendly and professional service ( the type you don’t easily find these days), and a knowledgeable, well connected, and truly exceptional concierge team that simply takes care of you.
You can not pick a better place for your stay in gorgeous Vienna.-

Things we loved
We loved our room, the amenities, comfy bed and great shower!
Always great to have a Toto Toilet!
The concierge service was outstanding Every recommendation for coffee, dinner , sightseeing was on the money!
The monogrammed pillow cases were a first!
Alejandro the doorman!
- Fordb976 (10/5): Amazing hotel in the best location - We stayed in the Rosewood for 3 nights as a couple for Valentine’s Day. The hotel is in a 10/10 location in the heart of the best bit of Vienna. Clean, classy and cool. The staff were fabulous; the what’s app messaging service excellent; and the concierge was always able to help and book venues for us. The roof top bar is a must. All in all an excellent stay and it felt very special. Thank you.
- elmarw2013 (8/5): Rosewood Vienna - the location and the room are stunning; in the middle of the heart of Vienna you will find a precious hotel with attentive stuff, made out of exclusive material; a bit disappointing have been the quite small roof top area (crowed with people) the food and breakfast experience; being used the impressive Austrian kitchen where you'll find decent food even in the smallest villages the food we got at Rosewood was not acceptable (stone like ingredients in the starter, cooked to stone beef patty); the breakfast experience topping the dinner with moldy berries; so my suggestion: stay there but eat somewhere else (dinner)

- Karina (9/5): - The location, the property itself and the staff! Top! Was very happy with the hotel design, attention to detail and most of all the staff members were delightful, starting from the door man to everyone else we interacted with — friendly, professional, great people! I found the soundproofing not the very best but it’s also due to the historical building factor. I could hear the neighbors stomp over me and sometimes quiet music coming from an unknown source.
- Aleksandra (10/5): Świetny, klimatyczny hotel z dobrym położeniem i fantastyczną obsługą - Fantastyczne położenie, cudowna obsługa, bardzo dobre śniadania. Pokoje przestronne, klimatyczna restauracja i bar. Wszystko było super :-)

- ALEXIS (10/5): An exceptional luxury stay defined by impeccable service, comfort, and attention to detail — a true splurge that I would - The Rosewood is an impressive and beautifully executed hotel. The room was elegant and thoughtfully designed, the bed was by far the most comfortable I slept in during my entire 21-day Europe trip, and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious.
The location is exceptional — perfectly central and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and major sights, which made exploring the city effortless.
What truly sets the property apart, however, is the service. The attention to detail and level of care from the staff were outstanding. The concierge team, in particular, was exceptional — incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout my three-day stay. Their support made a real difference and elevated the entire experience. There is very little to fault in terms of quality or service. The only consideration is value. At approximately $900 per night, this is clearly a luxury splurge. While the experience, comfort, and service are excellent, it is a price point best suited for travelers who are comfortable spending at that level consistently.
- Guido (9/5): - De lobby ( main entrance) was niet aangenaam.
- Vanessa (10/5): Espetacular em todos os sentidos! - A cordialidade dos funcionários do hotel são impressionantes. Simpáticos, solícitos e gentis, todas as qualidades que, em geral, não vemos com facilidade na Europa. A locação do hotel é ótima. Enquanto estivemos hospedados, não usamos o carro que alugamos! Parabéns a equipe! Foram incríveis!
- Tzvetelina (10/5): Outstanding comfort and hospitality - Pampered with overwhelming hospitality from arrival until departure. I have never experienced a better concept of discrete luxury, friendly and competent staff. The design was also absolutely magnificent. Definitely going back, thanks to the amazing team and Isabella for helping me with our kids-friendly cultural program. We didn’t love the restaurant menu, it was too basic and with a rather poor lunch menu.

- spacious room and perfect noise proofing
- large bathroom - well equipped, and loved the heated floor
- perfect location right in the middle of action
- quality of breakfast
- cleanliness of the property - defined on the pricy side of the 5 stars, but honestly given the quality of the staff and property, it’s “relatively” affordable

- MargaretBelle (4/5): A lot of style but the substance suffers - This is for the restaurant...the breakfast and dinner restaurant. We stayed six nights. First morning into the restaurant we knew it was to be something like 57 euros each. Imagine our surprise to not see a single hot thing visible as we did a walk through. That is a steep price for just cold foods. There wasn't even a toaster to toast the bread. My husband asked our waiter and he said, "Oh, the price includes ordering anything off the menu." The thing is, nothing was mentioned up front. It was as if they hoped nobody would ask.
I ordered soft-boiled eggs and soldiers and bacon. My husband ordered something and we ordered a pot of coffee with a small side pitcher of hot milk. The waiter asked, "Crispy bacon?" I said yes. When the coffee came and it was poured into the cups it looked strong enough but we both thought it was very weak, I drank about a cup and a half. My husband ordered an Americano to get some strength in his coffee. The evening before downstairs he had had the best Americano in his life in the room where they served tea and cakes. This was not as good.
As for my meal, I had asked for them to cut the top of my eggs since we are new to this, we actually bought egg cups and practiced at home. To their credit they had cut, obviously with an egg cutter, neatly all the way around except for a tiny area, a neat straight line and I was able to lift the top off. The eggs were warm, at least not cold. The problem was the soldiers. They were cut so large that you couldn't dip them down into the egg. I had to take a knife and fork and cut each one in half. Poor execution on their end. And the bacon...it was barely cooked and swimming in grease. A far cry from crispy. I asked our waiter for a paper napkin. He handed me three little cocktail napkins but they had a sheen to them and they didn't really soak up any grease.
And then the bill came. It totaled zero. Hmmm. My husband handed it to me and I studied it. Yes everything was itemized correctly but totaled up to zero. We flagged down our waiter and he said we had the Breakfast Included plan. I informed him that we did not. He said he was under the impression that we did. I got in my phone and scrolled back several months to when I made the initial reservation and handed it to him to read. I said to just scroll along. He admitted that sure enough, the breakfast was not included. He thanked us for our honesty.
Needless to say we did intend to eat breakfast there again but we caved toward the end of the stay.
That one was also a disaster. We both ordered Americano coffees. Our waiter fussed over us and even paid me a ridiculous compliment. We sat and waited for the coffee and my husband watched, we waited some more and then he noticed that others after us were getting their drinks. Finally he flagged down our waiter and asked about the coffee. In a while it arrived. We think he forgot to place the order.
I ordered avocado toast and birchermuesli and my husband got the soft-boiled eggs and soldiers and bacon. Why did it not surprise us when we were half way through the meal and a waitress walked up with an order of....eggs and soldiers! No they were not for us, no idea on that, sorry. And again, the limp barely cooked greasy bacon. Yet they suggest crispy!
So that is how the breakfast goes. Another morning he wanted an Americano and went up there and yes the to-go cups are small, not like American cups but it was seven euros! That's a lot! After that he found Starbucks.
I had said there was discussion in general comparing Rosewood and Park Hyatt. My husband went to Park Hyatt and walked into the dining room as their breakfast was ending. He walked to the buffet area and it was more of an American buffet with hot food visible. The next day we went there and kind of forced our way in (!) and had lunch. It was fantastic. You can make your own judgement. I will write our experience on dining at night separately in the Rosewood dining room.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. You are greeted coming and going. Housekeeping is very pro; you come to a clean and perfectly made up room after long day.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t give a perfect star because this hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool on site. It was our mistake by not research thoroughly before booking. We made assumptions that since hotels with the same category such as Park Hyatt has a swimming pool, this Rosewood has it also. We almost checked out, decided to stay because it was not worth the hassle. Overall, it was a nice relaxing stay in Vienna.
