• Anna (10/5): Conveniently located, clean, comfortable,modern with very helpful host. - Apartment is very clean. It is located right next to the bus station. It takes 10 min on the bus to get to an old town. The apartment has everything we needed, including the car garage. The host was very helpful. All the recommendations he gave us turned out to be excellent. We loved this place and highly recommend to everyone.

• sujeong (9/5): - 숙소 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있으며 올드 타운까지 버스 4정거장으로 10분내외로 이동 가능. 두브로니크 패스를 사용하면 버스를 무제한 이용 가능하여 주차장에 차를 안전히 주차한 후 편리하게 관광할 수 있음. 근처 토미 슈퍼 및 빵집있어 편리. 3일간 숙박이었는데 1인당 작은 타월 1개, 큰 타월 1개씩만 준비해주어 불편했음. 세탁기 없음.

• Petya (10/5): Прекрасно място - Прекрасен апартамент, чист и уютен. Голямо предимство е, че има подземен гараж. Локацията също е добра. На 30 Мин пеша от стария град. Наблизо има всичко необходимо, ресторанти, магазини, пекарни. Спирката на градския транспорт е пред входа. Автобусите минават на всеки 2 Мин. Идеално място е. Препоръчвам.

• Dorian (10/5): - Nice apartment, very calm and clean, with everything you need for a trip. Excellent location if you plan to go to Lapad Beaches, but also great for visiting the Old Town while staying away from the crowds during your chill time. To be picky here, because everything was very good: - Lack of shower gel (3 small sachets for 3 nights) - Some lamps/lighting in the accommodation were faulty. - Checkout was a little early and there was no luggage storage option. But overall it was perfect and much better than anything i'v seen from the Old Town.

• Hrvoje (10/5): Modern apartment with great location - Apartment was modern, sleek, with many amenities, but also distinctively medditerranean. Apartment itself was large and cosy, with king size bed and modern kitchen. AC was working great, which helped during humid Dubrovnik nights. Location was excelent for longer stay, right in the middle of Dubrovnik, between old town and parts more suitable for family holiday, like Babin Kuk and Lapad beaches. It was next to the bus station with great frequency, 10 minute ride to the Old town. Hosts were really helpful, if there was some issue they would solve it the same day. Flickering lights, I hope this will be solved.

• Viktoria (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was nice. Very clean, modern, there is enough space to feel comfortable. There is a restaurant and supermarkets near It’s not near the old town (30min walk) but there is a bus stop right in front of the building and the bus stops in the old town.
• Justine (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and spacious. Grocery store and bakery just outside. Very clear instructions on how to find the place and access. Short taxi/uber ride to Old Town and 1km walk up the small inclined hill to the nearest beach. Would definitely stay again.

• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - Check in and check out was straight forward. Very easy. Communicating with the accommodation was also very easy, they write back immediately and always gave tips when asked for. The apartment itself was very clean, not a single waterdrop stain in the kitchen or the bathroom. We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the microwave even has a grill function. There is a toaster and a dish washer as well. We did not use everything though. Everything in the apartment was very well thought out and the apartment was very spacious. The location was also perfect, just 3 bus stations away from the pile gate or a very nice 30 minutes walk partly along the coast with great views. The port is also just a 5 minute walk with nice restaurants. There are various supermarkets, a very good bakery and a bipa just a short walk away. The Platanus bus station going to the airport is also just in front of the accommodation.

• Tan (10/5): We’ll definitely stay there again on our next Dubrovnik visit! - An absolutely delightful place to stay for our visit to Dubrovnik! The apartment is spectacularly clean, modern, roomy, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The host, Hrvoje, a former mariner, met us there when we arrived and set the tone for our great trip to the beautiful Croatia. You could not find a friendlier and more knowledgeable host! The private underground parking is very convenient and a plus for those who drive. There is a great bakery right around the corner, and the open-air Gruž market for fresh local produce is just a short walk away. We took Bolt/Uber rides to downtown (€7-10 a trip) to avoid getting loss or the parking hassle. None!
• Michał (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfortable enough apartment with underground parking and 2 km walk from the old town or Srd hiking trail. Convenient self-check in and check-out. - Narrow access (one-way street for both incoming and outgoing cars) to the underground garage - The underground garage is not private but publicly open which is both advantage (enabling self-check in at any time I believe) and disadvantage (parked cars seem to be at risk of accidental scratching or being stolen etc. plus the garage is quite dirty) - The nearest surrounding of the building and adjacent hotels along the way to entry doors are not kept tidy (lots of garbage) - Lack of washing machine - Lack of doormat on the corridor - I didn't like quality (durability) of chairs. The balcony ones are just worse than a bucket style ones on the pictures and the room ones look modern and fancy but don't feel stable at all, regular 4 legs chairs would be much more comfortable - Not enough dishwasher tabs and dedicated trash bags - No dumpster in the building - A lot of dirt (cigarette ash ?) on the ledge outside balcony balustrade - should be wiped on regular basis in my opinion. - Due to the above I would rank it 3 stars contrary to 4 stars on the plaque on the building
• Juan (9/5): Great for a long stay in Dubrovnik - The host is super friendly and very helpful. Upon arrival he showed us plenty of things to do around Dubrovnik and also nice places to eat. The flat is great, super new and clean. The parking is also super convenient. Location wise is also super confortable, just a few stops away from the old town with the bus that stops direct at the building entrance. Walking is also fine, just 25 min and you get really nice views on the way.

It's close to the marina with a bus stop close by that will take you to Old Town and anywhere else. Great little bakery there also. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet and we slept well. Hrvoje contacted us to check if we needed anything and if all was ok. Near to the modern part of the town and near old city. Best of both worlds. The Host Hrvoje made exellent suggestion and he was always online if we need anything. The bus station was at the entrance of the buliding.

• Tamas (10/5): Amazing stay in a modern and spacious apartment - Very modern looking and spacious apartment that was in a great location for me since it is about a 20 minute walk to the main bus station where I had to catch a bus. Also there is a bus stop with a ticket booth right outside the apartment so it's easy to go to Pile Gate to visit the old town. The apartment has lots of sockets, fridge and a microwave. I could also make my coffees and teas in the morning. Hrvoje (the landlord) was available on whatsapp so anytime I had a question, he tried his best to help me out which I appreciated a lot. He gave me tips on where to go, where to eat and was just very helpful and friendly the whole time. Highly recommended. I can't think of anything I didn't like, everything was great.

• Tanja (10/5): Amazing stay at Hica apartment. - Hrvoje was an amazing host. I have to mention his outstanding kindness and care. The apartment was extremely cozy and very clean. Check-in was very easy and Hrvoje welcomed us at the agreed time in front of the garage. The garage is very easy to use and definitely a big plus in this city. The old town is about a 20min walk from this apartment and the walking path has some of the most amazing views. Hrvoje was very flexible with check-out and leaving the car in the garage for several more hours after check-out, since there were no guests after us that day. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is coffee and tea. The bathroom also offers all possible accesories and hotel shower sets. I would definitely recommend this place - 10/10. Will sure visit again! Thank you so much for this beautiful stay. There is absolutely nothing not to like. Everything was just perfect.

• Fadi (10/5): Exceptional - the owners are so kind and helpful, the apartment is new and in great shape. the location is awesome, 15 min walking from old town and if you have a car, the parking is underground and private . nothing, everything was awesome !
• Tsoghig (10/5): convinient, clean and modern - This apartment was absolutely smartly designed, extremely clean and has a unique interior. It has a huge TV (if you like watching Netflix before sleeping it is a plus) and all amenities you need for quick cooking. The location was very convenient, there is a bakery nearby and a coffee shop down the building. The host Hica met us during the check in and check out and helped us with our bags which was very nice.

Hrvoje is the best host and he is a helpful and friendly person, who gave us lots of information and some tips. We could also ask or call him anytime whenever we had questions. The apartment was clean, the location is also perfect due to the bus station nearby and lots of shops. We will definitely recommend this place to stay in Dubrovnik and would love to come back here next summer!!!
