Bettdecke auch viel zu dünn - es war eiskalt trotz langem Schlafanzug (tagsüber fast 30 grad draußen). Viel zu laut, man hört alles was in den anderen Zimmern passiert. Leider ist das Zimmer neben uns um 4 aufgestanden- entsprechend waren wir auch wach. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht vor unserem Flug, aber würde nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

O único ponto de atenção para quem se hospedar lá é o acesso por carro que é difícil (muitos motoristas de taxi não conseguem chegar à porta do hotel). De resto, os pontos positivos tornam o Arcade uma ótima opção em Atenas.

Es liegt in einem Hof, man muss einige Schritte vom Taxi zu Fuß gehen. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Das Bad recht eng, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück war gut.

- Ieva (9/5): Tutto perfetto ad eccezione del rumore fortissimo percepito a causa del locale nei paraggi. - Lo staff è fantastico, le ragazze della reception sono estremamente gentili, le camere pulitissime, lenzuole ed asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno, colazione abbondante e varia. L'hotel è nei paraggi di un bar che almeno due volte a settimana mette musica ad altissimo volume e dalle camere si sente tutto, sembra di stare all interno del bar. Purtroppo non è colpa dell'hotel ma questo necessariamente compromette il comfort. Davvero un peccato

While other Hotels charge for water, the water at the minibar was free. The true asset of this hotel was the staff and I want to stop here because they make your stay so much better. The girls at the reception were a real gem, always smiling and helpful. My little girl kept going downstairs for her cups of tea (there s free tea, coffee and fruit at the reception) and they were ever so kind to her. Not only the reception girls but the housekeeping ones too. They knocked to ask if we wanted our room cleaned and replenished the coffee and again always smiling. Fantastic Greek hospitality! N/A

- Narova Catalina (10/5): ¡¡¡Desde el preciso instante en que llegamos nos sentimos muy bienvenidas!!! - Tuvieron la gentileza de ofrecernos la habitación antes de la hora estipulada tras haberles hecho saber sobre nuestro Early Check-in. En la variedad de alimentos del buffet se puede encontrar todo lo que se necesita para tomar un rico y variado desayuno con el que empezar el día con buen pie. Es más, uno de los días solicitamos desayuno para llevar y literalmente nos preguntaron qué queríamos tomar por lo que se adaptan a las preferencias y gustos de los huéspedes tanto como les es posible. Siendo lo anterior prueba de ello, podemos asegurar que el trato de cada una de las personas de staff fue inmejorable. ¡¡¡Volveremos!!! Un punto extra a favor es que cuenta con cafetera y dispensador de agua fría y caliente de uso gratuito en el hall.

- Marco (5/5): Ottima posizione ma non consigliato - Ottima posizione Camera diversa da quella prenotata. Sono state cambiate 4 camere, nessuna era come quella prenotata, ci è stato proposto di utilizzare letti separati nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata fatta con letto doppio.Bagno molto scomodo. Viene indicato che le camere sono attrezzate con bidet ma invece non c'è nessun bidet, c'è un wc che ha la funzione incorporata di getto acqua.
- Sylvaine und Alex (8/5): - Ich kann dieses Hotel insgesamt sehr empfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer schönen Auswahl und hoher Qualität. Das Zimmer hat ebenfalls überzeugt: sauber, gepflegt und insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist ideal, um Athen zu erkunden, da sich das Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt befindet und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar sind. Man sollte allerdings berücksichtigen, dass die zentrale Lage auch bedeutet, dass es keine besondere Aussicht oder viel Grün direkt vor der Tür gibt. Davon abgesehen war der Aufenthalt rundum sehr gelungen – vor allem dank des außergewöhnlich freundlichen Personals.

La possibilità di avere a disposizione il caffè e il the in qualsiasi momento con il self service . La posizione è comoda perché in centro, ma in un vicolo veramente non tanto accogliente e la vista dalla camera era letteralmente su un palazzo abbandonato e distrutto

- Marcelo Eduardo (8/5): Athens is great - Fair breakfast, small things make it better as the nespresso any time you want. Staff is so kind. Very comfortable bed and sheets. They need to solve the lift issues, it has failed 3 times when we needed, the last one was bad since we needed to get down with our luggage’s by stairs. The surrounding of the hotel is a little bit strange, abandoned stores and graffiti, but 50 m away begin the Athens night life. Besides the appearance the surroundings are very safe.
- Natalie (10/5): Great hotel would recommend and return in a heartbeat!!! - Great location, staff were all so lovely and friendly. Rooms were clean and everywhere in the hotel smelt amazing with the different diffusers. At check in they noticed my birthday the next day and left a lovely surprise in the room. Breakfast each morning was great and the access to coffee and water at all times really made a difference! Leaving!

- Sarduy Gainza (9/5): Muy agardable. - Ubicación y confort Horario de desayuno. Las excepciones en Atenas están programadas desde muy temprano. Comenzando el desayuno a las 7:30, prácticamente no pudimos disfrutarlo.

- Sandra (10/5): Alles, außer gewöhnlich! - Wir hatten die sehr geräumige Terrassen-Suite, die mit einer Dachterrasse mit Akropolis-Blick und ausgesprochen bequemen Betten punktet. Eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung! Zudem fand ich die Angestellten extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Schon im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthalts wurden konsequent unsere Wünsche erfragt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Die Innenstadt-Nähe ermöglicht es einem, alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich viele tolle Tavernen, Coffeebars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war aus meiner Sicht ausgezeichnet - wobei ich mehr Wert auf Qualität als auf Quantität lege. Eigentlich hat alles gepasst! Durch die Lage in einem Innenhof vielleicht etwas schwerer zu finden - dadurch aber ruhige Umgebung.

Colazione sicuramente da migliorare per varietà. Stanza rumorosa di sera a causa della musica di un locale vicino.
