• PIRIL (8/5): Good accomodation with minor shortcomings - This new and modern building provides many facilities both in the rooms and common areas. They have a co-working space as well. Mohammed who works at the reception was very attentive to our needs and exceptionally helpful. It is a little far from the city center. No free parking in the building. No daily cleaning.

• Wolfgang (10/5): Angenehme und erholsame Zeit - Das Hotel liegt in einem schönen Stadtteil Münchens mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Das Frühstück war sehr gut die Auswahl und Qualität betreffend. Obst, Wurst ,Käse etc. Das Personal war freundlich und umsichtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Leider war der TV Anschluss defekt und konnte auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden. Es gab einen finanziellen Ausgleich.

• Katja (10/5): Tolles Hotel, super Konzept, jederzeit wieder - Großartiges Feeling. Tolle Ausstattung, modern chic, hyggelig. Ich habe gestaunt, wie durchdacht die Zimmer designt sind. Da bleiben keine Wünsche übrig. Und die Möglichkeit, in einem großen, gut ausgestatteten Raum abends noch zu arbeiten (Foyer) fand ich auch super. Ich komme sehr gerne. Wirklich nur ein Detail. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche in Etage 6 war nicht gut. Aber das tut dem großartigen Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruch.

• Vera (10/5): Super! - Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet, perfekt auch für alle, die eine Küche brauchen. Das Frühstück war nett und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption. So einen tollen Service habe ich selten erlebt. Beim Parkplatz wurde sofort geholfen, der Check-in hat keine zwei Minuten gedauert und Mohamed war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal!

• Willy (5/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt passabel - Alles in allem ist das Hotel gut und macht einen angenehmen Eindruck. Die Lage ist gut und bietet eine praktische Ausgangsbasis für Unternehmungen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das nette und hilfsbereite Personal, das freundlich auf die Gäste eingeht. Auch der Umgang mit Beschwerden ist gut und wirkt bemüht sowie lösungsorientiert. Leider ist die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels nur per Mail oder über Booking.com direkt möglich. Per Anruf erreicht man nur eine englische Telefonhotline, wo man weder zeitnah durchgestellt, noch einen Rückruf erhält (12 mal versucht Jemanden zu erreichen). Bei dringen Anliegen ist es nahezu unmöglich das Hotel schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist nach kurzer Zeit schon stark herunter gekommen, dies liegt NICHT an der Reinigungsfirma die wirklich alles tut, sondern wie das Hotel ausgestattet ist. Sofas und Sessel haben weder waschbare noch reinigungsfreundliche Bezüge, es fehlt ein abwaschbarer Spritzschutz an und neben der Küchenzeile. Der Flur und einige Böden, mit einem Teppich der gefühlt alles aufsaugt, sind in einem widerlichen Zustand. Zudem sind einige Zimmer (ich habe mir ca. 16 angesehen beim Wechsel in ein besseres Zimmer), nicht in Ordnung und in Teilen drohte Verletzungsgefahr. Lockere Lampen, kaputte oder lockere Küchenschranktüren, Sofas übersäht mit Flecken, und die Küchenproblematik mit den Flecken an der Wand, Fenster von außen dreckig, die Flure ,wie beschrieben, eine Katastrophe und das Frühstück ist sein Geld nicht wert. Es ist vielseitig und bietet Abwechslung aber nicht für über 20€ pro Person. Ich betone nochmal, dass das Hotelpersonal und die Reinigungsfirma hier einen guten Job machen, nur dass das Hoteldesign nicht gut durchdacht ist.

• Hannes (8/5): Für ein Wochenendtripp wirklich gut geeignet. - Nicht funktionsfähiger Fernseher war dem Hotel bekannt, wir wurden aber im Vorfeld leider nicht darüber informiert. Eine Bettdecke für ein Doppelbett und die Belegung des Zimmers mit 2 Erwachsenen ist nicht ganz nachvollziehbar.
• Katharina (4/5): Leider nicht gut, hatten mehr erwartet - Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße Frühstück enttäuschend, Zimmer einige Lampen kaputt, Küche nicht richtig sauber, Bad Mini, TV Anlage war ausgefallen und wurde in den 3 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht repariert, Bett für 2 Erwachsene etwas eng und nur eine (große) Decke

• Silke (9/5): Top Familienzimmer, perfekt für ein Kurzurlaub mit Kids - Modernes Familienhotel mit stylischen Zimmern und richtigen Betten für die Kinder. Leckeres Frühstück, Lounge-Bereich lädt sehr zum Verweilen (an der Bar) ein. Die extrem laute Klimaanlage.

• Shurhaliuk (10/5): Дякую за затишок і увагу до деталей! - Дуже охайно, стильно зроблено. Все продумано до деталей. Як тільки мені було в кімнаті щось потрібно- я відразу це знаходила! Таке рідко буває. Басейн і зала для відпочинку додають атмосфери і відчуття відпустки.
