El personal muy amable, las habitaciones limpias y con todo lo necesario, silencioso para descansar por la noche. Nos guardaron las maletas hasta la hora de nuestra partida. No dispone de ascensor, pero es entendible al ser un edificio histórico y localizado en pleno centro. La ubicación tan buena lo compensa.

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel. Es gab wenig Ablagegelegenheiten, vor allem im Bad. Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch. Für ein 3* Hotel sehr unzureichend.

Un giorno abbiamo dovuto fare 10 minuti di coda per poterci sedere al tavolo della colazione perché la sala, minuscola, era troppo affollata. Una mattina abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda perché non c’era acqua calda.

Molto rumorosa la corte interna su cui si affacciava la mia camera, a causa di altri ospiti maleducati.

Subir as escadas de mala pra chegar até o hotel é bem complicado, mas não há nada a fazer, uma vez q o hotel fala da impossibilidade da instalação de elevador. Mas essa questão se dissipa, por conta dos prós, como a boa localização.

There was a constant low rumbling noise that kept me from sleeping. Pillows were awful. The hike up the stairs with a suitcase was challenging.

- Ursula (7/5): Preis Leistung und Lage passt ! - Die Lage ist perfekt zentral für einen Städtetrip. Besonders, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist. Das Frühstück ist nicht aussergewöhnlich und ohne Eier, aber man erhält genügend für der ersten Hunger. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr eng mit den Tischen und auch das Buffet in der kleinen Ecke ist nicht optimal. Für die 52 Stufen zur Rezeption muss man fit sein!

Le personnel est très aimable, le petit déjeuner petit mais correct. Nous pouvons laisser nos bagages dans le lobby si la chambre n’est pas prête et lorsqu’il faut la libérer. Chambre un peu vieille à part la salle de bain. L’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas au top, on entend les voisins. Ventilation un peu forte dans la chambre

- Beatriz (10/5): 10/10 - Para mí fue una estancia increíble, sí que es verdad que hay que subir tres pisos con escaleras, pero es algo que ya te comunican desde el Hotel. la gente que hay en recepción es un día súper simpática, agradable y muy atenta, la habitación está muy limpia, es amplia… el desayuno está muy bien es básico pero tiene todo lo necesario y la mujer que estaba en el desayuno también es muy simpática y atenta. La ubicación es un sueño está muy cerca de todo pero es un barrio tranquilo.
