• Yosrah (10/5): Top. - De mensen zijn zo lief en behulpzaam. Wat voor mij zo belangrijk was was de hygiene. Ik heb veel moeite om op hotel te gaan omdat ik alles vies vind maar dit hotel is schoon! Het ziet er nirt oud uit, wordt goed gepoetst!

• Denis (10/5): This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be back again. - Great location, close to everything: cafes and restaurants, a ferry to all the interesting places, a tram to the city center, buses to the shopping centers in the business district. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Good breakfast.

• Busra (6/5): Not good enough to come back. - The hotel was in Besiktas, which made it pretty central and a short ride to most places.0 We first got a room on the 4th floor, which was not good ventilated and had a very big mold spot in the bathroom. The staff did seem to already know of the big mold spot on the ceing of the bathroom, so I’m not sure why they keep on renting this particular room. After we pointed this out, we got a new room which was better. However, in our new bed we found hair that did not belong to us. I was very surprised since the cleanliness of this hotel was rated very high. The breakfast was also sadly below average.

• Selma (3/5): Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht angemessen; letztlich zahlt man hauptsächlich für die gute Lage. - Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man auf der europäischen Seite bleiben, aber auch die asiatische Seite sehen möchte. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück ist eintönig – man bekommt jeden Tag das Gleiche serviert. Die Sauberkeit im Bad und im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig; der Boden im Badezimmer war schmutzig und es gab Schimmel.

• IULIIA (9/5): - Хорошее расположение отеля, у нас окна были во вдор, было тихо. Завтраки скромные, но в целом наестся можно. Отель хороший, персонал тоже. Однозначно рекомендую. Чуть чуть устаревший ремонт, но он никак не мешал хорошему отпуску.
• Jelena Majkić (10/5): Odličan, za svaku preporuku! - Lokacija je odlična. Osoblje ljubazno i uvek na usluzi, naročito bismo istakli Nisu. Ambijent hotela je prijatan i čistoća je na zavidnom nivou.
• Aistis (8/5): Good value at the good location - Close to perfect location: nearby Besiktas port and attractions, but at the same time further from the noise and buzz of it, allowing for a calm sleep. Rooms seemed to be well sound-proofed. The lighting in the room needs a complete replacement: some lights blinking, while the others are far too dim, especially in the living room - wouldn’t be able to read a book. We were also could not regulate the heating - floors the warm all the time (for some it maybe a plus, for us - from the north - it’s far too warm in the room).

• James (10/5): I would happily return. - I had an excellent 7 night stay at the Pearl Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the included breakfast; the same Turkish breakfast I saw offered in cafes all over the city. The staff took very good care of me. Nisa was especially kind and helpful. It was truly a pleasure meeting her. The lighting in the bathroom was dim, however, I think this is true of most hotels.

• Denis (9/5): Next time, I'll definitely consider it first. - A good hotel in a quiet location. Large, spacious room, clean, quiet, with good city view, relatively new renovations. Traditional Turkish breakfast. I periodically visit Istanbul for a few days. The main problem is finding a quiet room without any unpleasant smells, and preferably one with a view that doesn't point to a wall. This hotel completely met my requirements. There was a slight leak under the sink in the toilet, and one of the bedside lamps was missing a shade. But it didn't bother me too much.

But it was good Receptionist said that towels were dirty with Make up and to be more careful but they had given us clean towels as well. Went back to the room and the used towels were still white no stains. But when he said this I found it a bit strange as I do not dry my face with towels

• KONSTANTINOS (1/5): - Καλέσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο για να ζητήσουμε ακύρωση για τις 2 σουίτες που είχαμε νοικιάσει λόγο σοβαρού προβλήματος υγείας. Το μόνο που μας απαντήσανε ήταν ότι δεν γίνεται αφού ήτανε κλεισμένα με μη επιστροφή τιμής χωρίς να μας προτείνουν κάτι διαφορετικό.

• Tufan (1/5): Nooit meer raad het niemand aan - Helaas kan niks noemen Personeel, ontbijt, kamers die tegen andere apartement kijkt 2 meter van je af je kan geen raam open zetten of gordijn open laten. Ontbijt verschrikkelijk krijgt hele kleine porties die oud zijn bijv jam kei hard je kan het niet eens smeren die staan er al een paar dagen. Als je om iets vraagt hebben ze het niet. Blijven zitten op hun telefoon spelen bij ontbijt je kan niet eens een 2 e thee krijgen.

The room was very spacious, bright, and simply decorated, which made our stay extremely comfortable. All staff members, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or service, were very helpful, attentive, and friendly. You truly feel welcomed. Breakfast is not served as an open buffet; instead, a breakfast table is prepared specifically for you. I personally prefer this concept as it prevents food waste and still offers more than enough variety. The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from Beşiktaş Pier and the main square, which makes the location very convenient. It is definitely one of the best hotels to stay in around the Beşiktaş area. ***** Otelin konumu, odaların büyüklüğü ve temizliği, personelin ilgisi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Odamız oldukça geniş, ferah, aydınlık ve sade bir şekilde döşenmişti. Bu da konaklamamızın son derece rahat geçmesini sağladı. Resepsiyon, temizlik ve servis personeli dâhil olmak üzere tüm çalışanlar çok yardımsever, ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Kendinizi gerçekten misafir gibi hissediyorsunuz. Kahvaltı serpme şeklinde değil, sizin için özel olarak hazırlanıyor. Bu konsepti özellikle sevdim çünkü hem yeterli hem de israf olmuyor. Otelin konumu Beşiktaş İskelesi’ne ve meydana yaklaşık 7 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Bu açıdan oldukça avantajlı. Beşiktaş çevresinde konaklamak için kesinlikle en iyi otellerden biri. It would have been better if the hotel had a partnered parking facility. Guests arriving by car need to use the nearby İSPARK parking lot. *********** Otelin anlaşmalı bir otoparka yönlendirmesi olabilirdi. Aracıyla gelen misafirlerin, yakınlardaki İSPARK otoparkını kullanması gerekiyor.

• Filiz (9/5): Top Lage in Besiktas - Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, das sich wirklich in einer großartigen Lage befindet. Die Zimmer waren viel größer und äußerst geräumig, als ich erwartet hatte. Alles war makellos sauber – in puncto Sauberkeit kann man diesem Haus vollkommen vertrauen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit; besonders Frau Nisa möchte ich noch einmal danken, denn durch ihre Aufmerksamkeit und ihre freundliche Art wurde mein Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Ein Hotel, für das ich mich definitiv wieder entscheiden und das ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen werde! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Shops and restaurants were close to the hotel and the hotel itself was clean and very accommodating. We were happy with our choice.
