- Cristina (8/5): Hotel molto bello, tranquillo e dalle stanze super comode - Hotel molto bello, stile e comodità. Letti pazzeschi, comodissimi. Cuscini sensazionali. Posizione comoda e tranquilla. Colazione molto piacevole. Temperature nel ristorante dove si fa colazione e alla sera è possibile cenare un po’ troppo bassa. Tavoli molto vicino quasi troppo, rischia di non avere riservatezza tra gli ospiti di tavoli diversi. Hall un po’ troppo piena, quando ci sono arrivi e partenze in contemporanea il locale risulta poco abitabile e rende difficoltoso il movimento.

- Janet (6/5): Beautiful and well-located but not great for sleeping - It is beautifully decorated, the location is near shopping and the centre and the quality of the bedding. It isn’t a proper hotel, more like rooms attached to a restaurant/bar which goes on very late into the night and is loud. The room temperature was 27C and we asked for it to be lowered which they did but we couldn’t control it from our room.

Das Hotel ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit exklusiven Design und kreativer Ambiente. Die Bedienung am Frühstück war freundlich, jedoch ausgesprochen unkonzentriert und unzuverlässig. Wir bekamen um 9 Uhr keine Croissant mehr. Auf unsere Nachfrage meinte sie, dass sie diese extra aufbacken müsse und es 30 Minuten dauern würde. Wir baten sie es zu tun… die Croissants kamen auch nach 30 Minuten nicht. Auf unser Nachfragen meinte sie, dass es keine gäbe. Das Gleiche war mit den frischen Beeren, welche im Angebot waren. Sie meinte, dass sie keine hätten. Als jedoch an zwei Tischen neben uns, die anderen Gäste frische Beeren bekamen, reklamierten wir. Sie meinte, dass sie keine mehr hätte. Wir forderten jedoch weiterhin diese ein und verwiesen auf die zwei anderen Tische, kurze Zeit später, brachte sie uns die gewünschten Beeren. Das ganze fühlte sich sehr irritierend an.

The room was tiny and a lot of space taken by a huge sofa. The smell of cooking also came into our room due to the open kitchen.

During winter time, I was told that it would not be possible to cool down the room air conditioning as much as I’d like, give the centralized system. I know that this is common in a lot of places, but for someone that loves sleeping with a freezing A/C, it’s definitely not ideal.

The room was unbearably hot and I was unable to turn off the air conditioning or heating. Despite raising this several times, nothing was done to resolve the issue. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room and the fridge was not working. As a result, I had a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.

- Kirill (1/5): Обшарпанный увядший отель где вы не будете спать а менеджмент от вас отбрёхивается. - Вкусный завтрак, расположение. Прежде всего это никакая не пятерка. Максимум 4 звезды и то были, наверное, когда-то. Сейчас это выдыхающий последний вздох обшарпанный и замызганный отель. С очень маленькими и тесными номерами. У нас было два номера - один теснее другого. Ну очень тесные номера. Грязные обляпанные кресла в номерах - это местный стандарт. Просьбу заменить непотребное кресло выполнили и принесли чуть менее грязное - такое же в пятнах и разводах. У нас был восхитительный вид из окон на стену и задний захламлённый двор другого отеля. У детей вид был чуть получше. В 06.00 утра (!!!) первой ночи мы проснулись от воя воздуходува - знаете такой аппарат которым раздувают листья на улице? Это начали уборку в ресторане при отеле. На нашу претензию менеджер отеля постарался свалить всё на городских рабочих и только после предъявления видео этого процесса сказал, что это для нашего блага готовят ресторан к работе. Пообещал, что больше не повторится. На следующее утро они начали это делать в 8.00 утра)). Мы хотели съехать из этого отеля, но они уговорили нас остаться, пообещав больше этого не делать и сделать нам хорошую скидку за доставленные неудобства. На следующее утро я проснулся, внимание, в 05.53 утра от того, что в номере над нами делали уборку, выл пылесос и гремели передвигаемые кресла. Мы даже уже не стали скандалить по этому поводу, я просто сообщил об этом менеджеру при выписке, но он заверил меня, что это не возможно, так как у них персонал так рано не начинает работать. Да!)) И про дисконт))) За три бессонных утра, головную боль, ругань и испорченное самочувствие на весь день мы получили умопомрачительную скидку за оба номера (барабанная дробь!) - 70 EUR! При оплаченных нами 3.000 EUR. Еще в обоих номерах при приёме душа (поскольку душевые дверцы давно раздолбаны) вода обильно вытекает на пол в результате чего вы имеете лужу почти на всю ванную комнату. Приходилось звать горничных, чтобы эту лужу вытирали.

- Petko (5/5): За първи път разочарование - Ползваме рента Кар и има къде да спираме. Атила има уюта на дом. Любезен персонал. Много чисто. Винаги досега сме били доволни. Отсядали сме поне 5 пъти. Но сега имахме разочарование. Първо бяхме резервирали стая с голямо легло а ни настаниха в стая с легло едва 150 сантиметра. Решихме да вечеряме и се оказа че ресторанта в хотела има парти и не предлага възможност да го посетим. Поискахме рум сървис и отначало ни заявиха че няма кой да приготви храната и една след настояване че 5 звезден хотел няма как да не преложи това ни донесоха по Едип бургер!!!! Разочарована съм. Но ще го забравя може би и пак ще дойда тук следващия път защото персонала вече го познавам и се чувствам сигурна.

- Ελισαβετ (9/5): Ευχάριστη διαμονή και πολύ φιλόξενο περιβάλλον. - Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία. Πολύ καλή περιοχή, 20’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο, καθαρό, φωτεινό, με πολύ γούστο, διακοσμημένο, ζεστά υφάσματα και ιδιωτικό κηπάκο. Πραγματικά δεν υπάρχει τίποτα που να μας ενόχλησε.

Beautiful, homely decor Very warm, helpful staff, especially the main manger. Perfect spot for a short city break. So much more intimate and authentic than a big hotel chain or more well known brand. Epitome of all you wood expect from an Italian boutique hotel

The restaurant is very noisy at night as mentioned in other reviews. Not what is expected at this price point. If the cost per night was less, one could live with some noise from the restaurant.

- Rosa (9/5): Sehr teuer schönes Boutique Hotel - Schönes Boutique Design Hotel, Freundliches Personal. Restaurant Personal sehr aufmerksam. Für mich verdient das Hotel keine 5*, Preis Leistung passt nicht. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer nicht geeignet für Arbeiten a Laptop. Bad mit sehr weniger Ameneties, außerdem war der Body Lotion bereits verbraucht. Allgemeine Fläche gibt es nicht wirklich, außer Lobby aber da kann man sich nicht richtig hinsetzen. Ich komme aus der Hotellerie, und auch wenn das Hotel so hübsch designt ist, ist der Preis definitiv zu teuer für das was angeboten werden.

- DANIELA (10/5): Excellent - From the very beginning to the end of our stay everything was excellent. Beautiful, sophisticated rooms, a restaurant that even had entertainment in the evenings. Hospitable staff, especially Enrico and Lina who gave us nice directions for our further trip to Lake Como. I definitely recommend V maison and we will be happy to return.
