Номер очень чистый, в номере чайник, питьевая вода в большом количестве, отзывчивый персонал. Недалеко (300 метров) торговая улица с магазинами, кафе и ресторанами. Отличный завтрак. Рекомендую.

Haya (8/5): Nice place to stay with a cute boutique feel, but not my favourite - The breakfast was great, the spa was the best part, and many of the staff were so kind and helpful. The room itself was adequate with a clean jacuzzi and comfortable washroom. The bed was not very comfortable and some of the dinner food was not good. The cleaning throughout the stay was mediocre.
Liis (8/5): Nice hotel not too far from the airport - Great location not far from the airport. I only stayed one night and proximity to the airport was one of the decision points. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to try the spa but maybe next time :) The room was small but comfortable - very comfortable bed - I slept so well. Helpful and friendly staff too! I had no problems and cannot complain about anything.

Номер чистый, светлый, уборка ежедневная, всё на высшем уровне. В душевой даже предусмотрена мочалка — такие детали говорят о внимании к гостям. Очень понравилась зона отдыха: сауна и хамам — отличная возможность расслабиться после прогулок. Завтраки были вкусными и разнообразными, а персонал всегда доброжелательный и готов помочь. Чувствуется забота о каждом госте. Смело могу сказать, что отель тянет на полноценные 5 звёзд. Понравилось всё

Martin (8/5): Perfect for solo business travellers, no frills. - The location for me was perfect as it was exceptionally close to the hospital, however it is in quite an urban environment and outside of the tourist areas so bear that in mind if you are travelling for pleasure! It would appear that despite having a fully function kitchen they do not have a chef in house and prefer to order food in from the local takeaways - not a particularly bad problem. I missed breakfast but my customers said that it is not really much of a breakfast.

Завтрак нормальный, персонал говорит и на английском и русском. Комната у нас небольшая, но достаточно уютная. В ванной даже Ватные палочки были. Бассейн оказался без подогрева, хотя об этом писали и мы надеялись в нем побывать. В сауне немного непривычно, парилка отдельно, а хамам это чисто поливальня. Ну и расположение немного неудобное, но я так понимаю, в рамках ограниченного пространства сильно не разгуляться.

Antton (4/5): Not great, not terrible - Breakfast and breakfast service was the strongest part of the hotel experience, from what I saw. The food provided was good, dishes and tables were clean, and the service was attentive and polite. The bathtub in the room was clean and worked fine. The room really was nowhere near as clean as it should be or as it may appear in the promotional materials. The sofa and headboard of the bed had been stained and burnt with cigarettes. These should have been switched out in my opinion. Bed sheets were not exactly clean. The room's floor and baseboards had not been properly cleaned. The garden section of the garden suite was really dirty. The blankets and pillows found on the garden furniture were stained and covered in animal hair. A small bathroom mirror with a light and wall-mounting as well as a hair dryer's had been pulled out of the wall or pulled apart by a previous guest? No explanation was given. These were fixed on the last day. The VIP transport was not really VIP. It was a dirty old van. Overall, the place has potential. The rooms are cool in design and I'm sure the spa experience is great, but they need to do better with basic room cleaning and maintenance. Then again, the experience made me question the Booking.com review system more than anything.

Una cosa que fue molesta es que insistían que la que habíamos pagado era esa y resulta que era una habitación súper pequeña y nosotros habíamos pagado la deluxe , cuando insistimos ahí lo reconocieron pero así y todo nadie nos devolvió por lo que habíamos pagado

Jay (2/5): Would never go back due to the staff. Pretty horrible experience. - The rooms were probably ok, as the photos showed. But over experience very disappointing, would not visit ever again. Our overall experience with the hotel staff was very disappointing. The staff were not friendly and communication was difficult, as most did not understand or speak English well. We visited as a group of four families and had four rooms. Some of us wanted to go out late at night, and to avoid disturbing others who were sleeping, we requested an additional key card for each room. The staff member at reception was extremely unhelpful and made us spend a long time explaining why we needed extra keys. He refused to issue them, citing a policy of one key card per room. The problem is that the key card also needs to remain in the slot for the electricity to work, so it cannot be taken out if someone stays in the room. The staff member showed no concern that families would be disturbed by late-night knocking. Eventually, he only provided extra key cards for three of the four rooms, claiming they had no more available. At one point, he even said the machine was not working, but later produced another key when we insisted. We were appalled by his stubbornness and lack of basic customer service. If the hotel truly does not have enough key cards for guests, it is not fit for purpose in my opinion.
Lisangely (10/5): Perfecta estancia - Todo!!!! Es muy cómodo, bonito y el desayuno muy rico, abundante! El personal en general es muy amable especialmente el personal de limpieza, siempre tienen una sonrisa, y el de recepción, muy serviciales, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. (serdar lo siento si confundo el nombre) No tiene como tan una playa sino que te dan una entrada a un beach club a 10 min en coche, también está muy bien. 100% recomendado El chico del spa sino vas a pagar un masaje menos amable. Por lo demás nada que comentar.

ldjones21 (10/5): Spotless, first class service, highly recommend - We stayed at this hotel due to my brother being in intensive care in the local hospital whilst taken ill on holiday. At a time when the family were experiencing their worst nightmares the staff went above and beyond to support and care for us. They were so kind, considerate and no request was too much for them. They took away any stress we had with regard to accommodation, food, travel etc The hotel was spotless, the rooms had everything you need. We are so very grateful to them and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone staying in this area . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Tatiana (9/5): Отличное место для ночевки перед вылетом - Мы оставились здесь всего на одну ночь, поэтому не могу оценить основательно. Персонал приятный, бассейн теплый, все выглядит достаточно новым и ухоженным. До аэропорта 15 минут на такси. Шум от самолетов и улицы, но это не редкость в Ларе, такова специфика района.

Talking of things to like about the hotel, you need to meet their magnificent Chef Servi and his delicious meals. You need to taste their chicken chops. I kept on requesting for this all through my stay. It was excellent I hated the fact that our stay was short live. I just wish we could stayed much longer but there is a next time

Veranika (10/5): A cozy hotel with kind staff and a warm atmosphere — I would love to come back. - We had a wonderful stay at the hotel — the garden is beautiful, the staff are kind, and everything felt very cozy and welcoming. One of the highlights for me was meeting the lovely hotel cat. She is so sweet and affectionate — I truly felt a special connection with her. It would make me very happy to see her again when I return next year. Please take care of her, she is part of the hotel’s warm and unique atmosphere. Knowing she is well looked after makes me want to come back even more. A few things could be improved: some items in the bathroom were broken and should be maintained more carefully, and the cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Also, the transfer service to the beach wasn’t the best — the cars felt very old and not so comfortable. If these details are improved, the overall experience will be even better.

Sydney leigh (1/5): Young females, please be aware in fact any females at all - The property has nice aesthetics itself and beautiful rooms, but I would be careful as a solo Traveller especially as a female travelling into this hotel This property gave me a drink on arrival that was spiked as in drugged and I passed out please be aware!! N5908LDsophiea (2/5): Horror Hotel. Avoid at all costs. - Our experience at the hotel was awful. I don’t usually write reviews but I have stayed in hostels all over the world which smelt better and were cleaner. We were really excited to stay there because the rooms looked lovely online and the reviews were really positive. We booked a garden room via whatsapp. We arrived in the evening, exhausted after a long day of travel. The energy as soon as we walked into the lobby was strange. We were taken to our room, immediately, the stench of cigarettes hit us. This was the smell equivalent of a room being smoked inside every day for years. We immediately raised the issue of the cigarettes and dirty bed sheets, which had multiple short dark hairs in and stank of must. The man pretended not to understand our complaints regarding the cigarettes, responding saying we should smoke outside (lol don’t think anyone else got that memo). Still, it was eventually made clear, and they said they would address the issues, so we took a walk while we waited for our room to be fixed. Nothing was done to help with the cigarette smell and we were told the bed was changed actually- as you can see from the picture, the top layer sheets were removed leaving us with one sheet on top of the mattress. It still smelt. We were not offered another room on the evening of arrival. By this point it was 11pm and we had to be up early so we wrapped the bed in sarongs and made do. The fridge was also rusty and there was a long black hair on the surface next to it. Exhausted and trying to prepare for a serious surgery the next day, we tried to sleep. We could not sleep the night because there was a disturbing spiritual energy in the room. The next morning we packed everything up and went to breakfast which was fine. We raised the problems and another room was offered but everything was so unsanitary and we were so disturbed by the bad energy that we could not stay there anymore. Considering this experience, a refund of 50% of our deposit (which was for the 2nd unused night) is not enough. The staff were friendly to deal with over this dispute, although they insisted that only “sensitive guests” leave bad reviews. It’s laughable that such awful hospitality can be turned on the guests. There are much nicer, comfier, and cheaper places to stay in the old town. I hope this review saves some other travellers from the pain we experienced.
Loris (7/5): - Le personnel est très sympathique, surtout Veronica au spa qui a été adorable et super lors des massages. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas en buffet mais très bon et plus que suffisant et varié chaque matin. Globalement mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Les chambres sont plutôt petites, j'avais initialement une chambre toute petite, les draps n'étant pas très propres (cheveux et poils) le personnel m'a changée de chambre. La nouvelle était un peu plus grande donc plus agréable. L'insonorisation n'est pas bonne, on entend chaque passage, ou objet qui tombe même à un étage supérieur ou inférieur porte fermée. Le bruit causé par certains clients la nuit n'était pas agréable. La literie est très confortable et la douche bien équipée.
