That place is old, shabby, dusty, smelly, and dirty, with a sharp edge on the carpet, probably from the carpet stapler.very old wardrobe.broken bulbs.smelly toilet Payment method only via cash. They dont provide in hse parking.very Expensive ! Find other better places if possible.i wont repeat n recommend

When you look up for this hotel, you will see a 5 star review.. but its actually a scam.. when you wanna check out, the person says he want to look at your phone, then he himself will click satisfied 5 starts review using your phone... Seriusly it's a scam.the photo is not as the real situation..The room condition ia totally so bad.. you can see stains on the sheet and curtain..

- Norlydiawati (3/5): Poor - So far none 1) Wifi not working - should be before customer check in need to check everything is working, is not just provide QR but cannot connect. Line phone pun tak kuat. Please provide correct info in your key card folder about wifi. 2) Aircond not so cold 3) Since rooms have a bathtub, just suggestions maybe can also provide shower gel. 4) And during check out, I need to walk to the other side instead of the agent coming to me and getting back the key, some more never say sorry and no smile when inform regarding wifi. I'm not staying there for free btw. Please learn how to respect ur customer.

- Hytham (1/5): Never again… worst experience and feel not safe - Location Check in was stressful, security guards only at the foyer who advised to call the number on booking and when he showed he said it is busy weekend and difficult to find you a room despite the confirmation and we arrived around 5 PM (within normal checking time)! Then he offered different apartment with one room after discussing and arguing about the booking itself!! Something never experienced before, then he asked to show money cash while I explained no problem he asked to go with him to nearest ATM to get cash then he can allow check in which I did! The room smells bad, run down and lack many things that in description of booking eg; not carpeted, only single sofa on living room, no kitchenette no toaster, no dryer, no flushing toilets, broken dining table chairs and list goes on! Bed sheets and curtains with stains and dirts! No lock from inside, with broken door lock. Power inlet without cover very risky if a kid can reach it as it is in the kitchen cupboard. No smart TV, and no internet connection to TV. Wifi stopped working the night before checking out.

- Steven (6/5): Pleasant - This is a spacious hotel suite with multiple rooms and an enormous bathroom with tub and a separate, in a sadly dilapidated form with red stains on the carpet, chipped doors and a strong smell that they tried to cover up with mothballs. The check-in process and cash-only payment was....interesting. The location is unbeatable especially if you're taking a bus from Singapore and facilities are great, but better to go with Berjaya Hotel itself if the location is what you want.
