• Marina (8/5): Chambre confortable - Chambre agréable, lit confortable, très propre. Beaucoup de bus, le tram et le train à côté. Petit balcon agréable. Café à disposition. Peu de pression sous la douche, eau chaude difficile à régler. Frigo bruyant (mais facile à débrancher) et rue bruyante. Très peu de matériel dans la cuisine.

• Caitano (8/5): Bom custo benefício - Fica bem localizado, perto da estação de trem e uns 10 minutos andando do local mais movimentado do Trastevere onde tem os bares e restaurantes. Muito limpo. Cama boa, chuveiro bom. Tem uma cozinha compartilhada com vários utensílios. No geral achei um bom custo benefício. Dos quartos que fiquei na Itália, era o com menos espaço, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Consegui descansar bem.

The neighbourhood was also good there were coffee shops just under the house. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. You could access an equipped shared kitchen. The room could have been a bit cleaner.

• Héloïse (8/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix/localisation - Chambre et salle de bain plus grandes que je ne pensais sur les photos, propre, avec tout l'équipement de base. Ma chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure donc c'était calme, je n'entendais que le bruit normal de voisinage dans un appartement partagé en immeuble. Cuisine commune à disposition avec bouilloire, cafetière, frigo, micro-onde, .... Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport par le train. Plusieurs arrêts de tram et bus à proximité pour rejoindre le centre-ville. Coeur touristique de Trastevere à 10-15 minutes à pied. Quartier vivant avec des commerces de proximité dont une très bonne pâtisserie pour le petit déjeuner. C'est la 1ère fois que je n'ai pas rencontré l'hôte car l'enregistrement se fait en ligne et l'accès par serrures connectées via une appli. Tout s'est bien passé, les explications envoyées par Flavio sur Whatsapp étaient claires et il était dispo pour répondre en cas de problème mais je n'aime pas trop devoir partager des fichiers personnels sur internet (pièce d'identité) et que tout repose sur mon smartphone.
• Annika (6/5): - Bra och rymligt rum, bra badrum. Bra att det fanns kaffe. Hjälpsam städpersonal. Incheckningsformuläret var krångligt att fylla i. Problem att komma in genom dörren till lägenheten. Ägaren var otrevlig när jag hörde av mig om att vi hade problem att komma in. Även när vi förstått hur det skulle gå till så trasslade det en hel del med dörren. Vore bättre att installera nytt lås med vanliga hederliga nycklar. Alldeles för snålt med tvål för fem nätter. I köket fanns porslin men inget diskmedel eller diskborste. Mycket märkligt.
• Ludmila Daiana (8/5): Good experience if you want to stay close to the train station. - The place was very nice, comfortable, with a shared kitchen and a fridge in the room. The check-in process was a bit complicated — everything online instead of just sending the passport photo by WhatsApp. The tourist tax seemed high compared to what I paid in other places. The location is good if you need to use the train, but it’s not in the nicest part of Trastevere. I wouldn’t say it felt unsafe, but it’s not a pretty area.
• Rimma (8/5): Ein guter Aufenthalt fur Business Trips. - Die Lage und die gesamte Organisation mit dem Appartment ist perfekt für allein Reisende. Unten gibt es direkt ein sehr leckeres indisches Kleinrestaurant, Cafes, 400m Zufluss bis zum Bahnhof. Das Apparment ist gut organisiert. Das Nötigste ist da, alles sehr modern. Die Walk-in Dusche ist richtig toll. Das Bett ist bequem. Der kleine Kühlschrank ist zwar etwas zu laut, dafür auf dem Balkon ist nett zu sitzen. Der Ausblick ist auch sehr schön. Der Host ist immer online erreichbar und ist geduldig und hilfsbereit. Meine absolute Empfehlung. Die Tassen fur Getränke in der gemeinsamen Küche sollten nicht aus Papier oder Plastik sein.

Аппартамееты достаточно большого размера, в том числе и ванная комната. Бесплатный капсюльный кофе в общей кухне апартаментов. По возвращении в один из вечеров чувствовался сильный запах сигаретного дыма. Проветревание быстро устранили это). Негде оставить вещи при раннем заезде и позднем выезде. При этом администратор прислал скидочный купон на камеру хранения в 30м от апартаментов

• McKay (7/5): But overall the location is great and it was very comfortable. - Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice bathroom. Good location. The check in process was way too complicated. In fact almost impossible if you don’t have an Italian phone number. No luggage storage. We had trouble using the virtual key. The hot water was only lukewarm. A little noisy.

• JORGE ALEJANDRO (9/5): - El barrio es muy tranquilo y está bueno hacerlo en tranvía que pasa justo por la avenida y a una cuadra para el mismo. La línea 3 los deja en el Coliseo y la línea 8 los deja en la plaza Venecia donde podrán recorrer gran parte de los puntos turísticos del centro histórico como la Fontana di Trevi Lo único que me sorprendió es que yo estuve tres noches y me dijeron que el cambio de toallas y sábanas es cada tres días. Además la cocina es compartido con las demás habitaciones.

Par ailleurs, les horaires ne sont pas très adaptés : un départ imposé à 10h, pour une arrivée seulement possible à 15h, cela laisse un long temps d’attente. Et il n’y a aucune solution prévue pour stocker les bagages entre-temps, ce qui complique vraiment les choses.

• Ashworth (4/5): Average at best - The floor in the apartment room was okay. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was lamp options. However the rest needs some improvements in my opinion to become overall a quality stay. Firstly it lacks any individual expression and modernity. The non face to face check in, is complicated. Online ID verification, to pay a small fee - of taxes- then to get codes for front door, apartment door, and then get key for the room. This could be smoother I believe. For the place, very busy road, and noise of ambulances as it's road runs directly by Travastavere/ river Tiber for road bridge so it is a busy road and noisy. For the room, it's simple, however, my room - even if asking for best room, I can say en suite is disappointing. Dated bathroom, very small and, I had no hot water also. There was no water, in the room, and it lacked a little expression/ even in the communal hallway area it needs modernising - it looks dated.

• Emilia (7/5): Good - Comfortable beds. Large junior suit. No milk for coffee. Kettle switching off before the water boils. Took us several minutes to gain autonomous access to the apartment. Only after watching the youtube video couple of times we were able to open the locked door. Clear instructions on the door would help.

Listening to the sex, not so great. :-( - The bed in room 89 was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in all of my travels. Flavio Rossetti was a wonderful host and very responsive when we were in a jam when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. We were looking for a place close to the Roma Trastevere train station and this place delivers! There's probably nothing Flavio can do about this, but the next door neighbors were extremely loud while having sex. We could hear everything! That was very unpleasant to say the least!

• Timothy (6/5): Good Apartment let down by bizarre Access System - Nice room. Clean and lots of space for Rome. The entire system of accessing the apartment is a nightmare. I did not have Internet Access so huge stress to know if you even get in to the apartment in the first place. Then on the second night even though I had the keys for the building door and the apartment door you need another code to access the place. My phone died so I could not get this code. This entire code/key linked to your phone is super stressful when you should be on holidays. Also the walls are made of paper, as I could hear my neighbors as if they were in the room with me. But to be fair they were extremely loud so not sure if even well insulated walls would have helped.

• Jyotsna (6/5): The location is good, the room is spacious but the place needs some maintenance. - The location was great. The room was spacious. 1. The shower was broken. Water was leaking from the portable shower hose. It was impossible to fix the temperature for the bath. And the water was leaking from both the portable and the fixed shower head. 2. There was a kettle to heat the water which had too much hard water scaling. We tried cleaning it but it didn't work. We couldn't use it. 3. The bottom part of the couch was brokern. 4. Insufficient toiletries.

• Dave (10/5): - This was a great place to stay near the Travastere train station but also walkable to the highlights of Rome. The guesthouse is located on a higher floor in a building with stairs (small elevator also available). It isn't fancy but is nice, comfortable and clean and in a location convenient to the train station. The neighbourhood was fairly quiet with small store and restaurants nearby.

• Keso (8/5): nice - The guest house has one room with a private bathroom and a shared balcony. Bedroom and the bathroom both were clean. The host answered our questions soon. The bed was comfortable. We did not disturb the noise of other guests. The bus stop is near the house. Also a tram passes right in front of the building. Overall we are satisfied It is quite a noisy place. Far from the center on foot. Water was dripping from the bathroom sink and the shower. Because we were there for two nights, we didn't tell the host. During the washing process, the water suddenly became cold. In the service -for addittional towels I paid 12€. It was very hot during the day and the air conditioner did not cool well.

• Blagojević (9/5): Superb - The apartment was everything we needed. It was very clean, bathroom is beautiful and clean, you get a lot of clean towels. Also, we had a cute little balcony. There is a common room with coffee machine and microwave. The tram station is 2 minutes away, bus stop also and you are 10/15 minutes away from the city center. Sometimes shower water goes from hot to cold for no reason.

• Michael (9/5): Strange at first but you get used to it - It’s clean, comfortable and in a good location close to public transport including the train to the airport. Shower temperature fluctuates and it drains very slowly. The layout of the room is unusual, for example the bathroom doesn’t have a door (but you can close the kitchen and bedroom doors to isolate it).

• Boyznbluez (9/5): Great spacious room close to train station - The Room was very spacious and super clean with a very large bathroom in prestigious condition. Several markets and small eateries right downstairs and just a 5 minute walk to the train station. My only complaint was that there was no refrigerator in the room. And the elevator was a bit tricky. It sometimes didn't activate, for instance to get to the 4th floor you pressed 4, but the elevator didn't move. You had to press 3, and when you reached the 3rd floor press 4 then it would go to 4.

• Reginald (8/5): - One can only communicate with the proprietor by text. The furnishings are super minimalist. No place to put anything in the bathroom, or little in the bedroom. It was clean, however, and in a reasonably nice area of town.

It was an a apartment divided into three rooms, no daily service for the room unless you will pay 20 Euro for each service. It was not safe since different people comes and goes to the apartment.

Not as advertised. the picture used is not the street where located. it is next to the station which is always rougher.
