• kyle (5/5): - The staff were great and welcoming, couldn't fault their friendliness. We felt that the facilities were not as advertised on booking.com. it seemed there were a few photos that were from the hotel next door and the beach club that was not part of this property at all.
• Ana (8/5): Ugodan boravak - Objekt je bio udoban, iako smo proveli jednu večer osjećali smo se ugodno. Jedina zamjerka jest sto objekt na slikama izgleda puno ljepše nego uživo.
• Sally (4/5): Great Location, but poor cleanliness. - The location was very good, close to a few restaurants, shops and the beach. The beach close by was very nice and clean and quiet. There is a bus that runs every 15 mins into the centre. The room was not clean to the point there were ants. After letting then know, that replied that they would deal with it in the morning. They eventually offered us another room for 1 night only - but once we entered it had a potent smell of smoke which would not work with my daughters asthma. The daily cleaning did not arrive at all - we had to ask 3 times for fresh towels (as the ones we had we had to use to mop up the flooded bathroom after every shower). They finally got us fresh towels on our last night. The advertised pool at the adjacent hotel was not open until out last night - with no previous message or warning as we would have booked a different place. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for my daughter with a large metal rod down the centre. Everything was damp.
• Joanna (8/5): - Bardzo miły gospodarz, lokalizacja malownicza choć daleko od centrum. Nie stanowi to jednak przeszkody z uwagi na wyśmienitą komunikację miejską. Fajne miejsce na spacery, a latem z dostępem do pięknych plaż. Niestety trafiliśmy na mocno imprezujących po nocach sąsiadów, którzy zakłócali ciszę nocną.

• Carmela E (10/5): I would stay 3 nights and will try and got back. This was a short but comfortable stay with the highlight of the discove - We had a lovely apartment suitable to a family of 4 with a small Kitchenette. It is great for the summer as it has lovely Copa Cabana beach at a short distance from just behind their parking space. We will go back just for that. Near the apartments there are a few shops or convenience stores which will be so convenient in high season. The old town could be 15-20 minutes walk and it will be a bit hilly but it’s a great walk to take. The room fragrance in the apartment was too intense. I did not think it is much needed as there is a big window both in the lounge and in the bathroom. I would just put a few drops of lavender essential oil or simply lavender sachets attached to the water robe and it will still smell amazing. I would also put a more visible sign near the hotel where you asked us to temporarily park for check-in before we went around to your actual parking spot.

A few restaurants and supermarkets around as well as beautiful walkside and olive garden park. Apartment was clean and comfortable with reception available for any assistance needed. Strongly recommended! I wish we could stay longer.

• Mark (9/5): - Clean, spacious apartment. Helpful reception staff and cleaner. Generous provisions e.g. dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, fresh towels etc. It could have been clearer in the Booking.com listing that this is an independent apartment and as such is not afforded access to any facilities free of charge. So, for example, the hotel pool, the beach loungers, etc. All chargeable. Once you're over that, it's great.

• Monika (10/5): - Ładny przestronny apartament. Piękny widok na most i wodę z tarasu. W pobliżu od razu kafejki i sklepiki. Blisko do morza spacerkiem. Ładna okolica widokowo. Dojście z parkingu przez park z walizkami- odległość.
• Christine (5/5): We travelled 2/10, it was unseasonably cold, windy & wet. Dubrovnik is expensive but lovely. - There was someone there to meet us to hand over keys and show us into the apartment. The apartment had what is said, two bedrooms, two bathrooms etc It was clean, although the spare duvets were stained. It was unseasonably cold. We weren't informed the aircon also acted as a heater so we were freezing cold. The beds only had an empty duvet on so we had to get duvets out and make the beds up. The spare duvets were stained - yuk! The 2nd bathroom shower only had cold water until a few days later we told the lovely maid and she pointed out a switch behind the bathroom door to turn on the water, the man who let us in should have explained all these points. The accommodation was within a pedestrianised zone which was a bit of a concrete jungle with a few shops and restaurants. There were some glass shelves in the corner of the lounge going into the kitchen which we felt were very dangerous as they protruded, they could have easily taken someones eye out! The sliding door to the main bedroom left a large gap between wall and door and so it wasn't as private as it should have been. The apartment was OK but dated.

• Svjetlana (10/5): - Prekrasan dobro opremljen apartman sa roštiljem , yakuzzijem, ležaljkama i ogromnom terasom . Kreveti su iznimno udobni ( spavala sam kao beba). Plaze su u neposrednoj blizini kao i bazen, lokacija je odlična . Tople preporuke . Ivana na recepciji je vrlo ljubazna i od pomoći. Čista desetka za sve , sigurno ćemo se opet vratiti. Nemam prigovora. Odnos dobivenog za novac je odličan.
• Ria (4/5): De foto's komen niet overeen! Zwaar teleurgesteld - Nvt Voor de vakantie met mijn dochter heb ik dit appartement voor 10 dagen gehuurd. Met een bak zin die kant op gevlogen maar dat was snel voorbij toen de taxi ons afzette voor ons "resort". In een oud winkel centrum tussen een paar winkeltjes zit dit prachtige resort die zich aan de buitenkant doet lijken als nagelsalon. De foto's die we zagen en waar we dus ook naar hebben geboekt zijn van het hotel ernaast. Ondanks de "samenwerking" die ze zogenaamd hebben moesten wij elke dag voor het zwembad, ligbedjes, handdoeken en ontbijt betalen. De kamer is ook verreweg te vergelijken met de foto's op de website. Als je houdt van een spannende vakantie boekt dit dan vooral want als je je tuin uitkijkt kijk je uit op een prachtig verlaten gebouw, inclusief hangjongeren!!

• Dominique (1/5): Enttäuschend, Überteuert, Werbebilder gehören nicht zur Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft wirbt mit unzähligen Bildern, die nicht zur Unterkunft, sondern zum Nachbarhotel, gehören. Die Zimmer liegen in einer heruntergekommenen, fast ausgestorbenen Einkaufspassage. Den Meerblick kann man von der der kleinen Terrasse maximal erahnen. Der Blick von der Terrasse fällt auf ein Asia-Restaurant und auf eine Hausruine, in der sich Abends Jugendliche treffen. Beim Betreten unseres Apartments roch es immer stark nach Fisch. Die meisten Möbel sind kaputt. Die winzige Terrasse ist uneben, die Steine sind kaputt und absolute Stolperfallen. Dazu tropft die Flüssigkeit der Klimaanlage auf einen, wenn man dort sitzt. Eine Reinigung findet während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht statt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft. Es ist absolut überteuert für das, was man vorfindet.
• Tindra (8/5): Mycket rent & trevlig personal! - Stora och fräscha lägenheter. Otroligt trevlig personal som hjälper till med allt man undrar. Rummen var rena. Bekvämt att kunna använda grannhotellets pool - den var otroligt fin! Boendet har väldigt få rum, det var bra! De gav en mysig känsla och de var inte mycket spring från andra. Några få restauranger utanför men det funkade bra. Flera mindre affärer just utanför så man kunde köpa det nödvändigaste. Vi är mycket nöjda!! Det var lite väl avlägset från Dubrovnik centrum. Bussarna var ofta överfyllda hem från Gamla stan så bättre att taxi! Vi saknade balkong i lägenheterna - men det visste vi innan att vi inte skulle få men det hade varit ett plus. Så läget är de enda som är minus egentligen!
• Cathriona (9/5): Would highly recommend - Beautiful, clean well equipped apartment that catered for the needs of a family of 5 . Spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of a hot tub. We were able to use the facilities of a nearby pool that had spectacular views of the sea . Some nice restaurants in the complex however the local bus took about 15 mins into the beautiful old town and was very good value for money . Ivana in Reception was very helpful and nothing was a problem.

• Nikolaas (6/5): It’s fine but not perfect. - It was in a nice location and was comfy enough. The apartment is fine, definitely not awful as suggested by some reviews, but also not my best experience with accommodation to date. It was really dirty under all the furniture so if you dropped something and had to pick it up it would be coated in old hair - very yuck. They were very pushy and weird about payments and their payment procedures were out of the ordinary and uncomfortable (e.g. having to click on links to make prepayments, full payment in cash on arrival, etc.). There is too much glass furniture jammed into the flat which makes it a bit stressful with kids.

• Leigh (9/5): We went as 2 families (cousins). 4 adults and 4 older boys (aged 16-21). Bus routes were great. Range of restaurants. Fr - Friendly staff. Restaurants and mini market on site. Use of pool (€10 a day) and the beach (€45 a day for a sunlounger!) You can go to the next door hotel for a buffet breakfast (at an extra cost €22 when we were there). Good location and great bus link to Dubrovnik. I would recommend a city pass as you get access to the city walls and museums plus free bus trips. Be aware the sun beds on the beach are rented out for €45 a day!! Showers in the apartment flooded.

• Maria (9/5): Perfect for a family holiday - Apartment number 1 is spacious and well furnished, perfect for a couple with 2 kids, or even 2 couples as there are 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfy. The receptionist Ivana was always responsive on whatsapp. Towels and sheets changed every other day. Could do with a toaster. Check out at 10 am.
• Michele (8/5): Good apartment stay. Shops and restaurants nearby. - The apartment itself was nice. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. Little shops and restaurants were nice to have close. Really wasn't much of a sea view. No facilities. You had to go to another hotel for breakfast.
• Luke (8/5): Our stay - Pool restrictions - The weather was amazing. Location was perfect. The bus into town was very easy. Lots of things to do and see the beach was on a very steep hill. Five minutes away easy enough to access. The facilities for a family were not quite so accurate. We went to a family swimming pool but apparently their policy had changed so we had to use the adult only pool with a baby of six months so that wasn’t ideal and also it’s 10 pound per person to use the pool facilities all in all nice holiday world return
• Jeanne (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, easy access to copacobana beach , and good bus service to Dubrovnik old city. Well worth a visit. Also can get ferry over to lokrum island from the old city port. Well worth it to see all the peacocks, game of thrones museum in the monastery, walk around botanical gardens and have tranquil dip in the sea. Also can pay 10eiros to access infinity pools, hire sunbed and towel at sister hotel Argosyl just a few.minutes walk away from apartment. Has hot tub but we didn't use it Great outdoor space for alfresco dining, also sunbeds too. Bit of noise from other apartments but not an issue.

Unici punti negativi sono stati l’armadio con l’anta scorrevole rotta e l’asciugacapelli inutile.la struttura ha solo gli appartamenti e una convenzione per accedere alla piscina dell’hotel Argosy a 10 euro.la zona è molto bella, con alcune spiagge raggiungibili a piedi.

• Michelle (8/5): Very good - Lovely spacious apartment, really comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. The location was excellent and only a few minutes walk from a conference I was attending in one of the nearby hotels. There were a few mini-markets a few doors down for basic supplies and also a few bars/restaurants on the doorstep. For 10euros a day each we were able to use the pool facilities of the hotel next door and this was so lovely we did this four of the days. We also had the buffet dinner for 30euros a head on two of the nights and the food was lovely. The bus stop.for the bus to Dubrovnik old town was only a short walk away. Overall we had a wonderful week and we're very pleased with our choice!

Small issues with maintenance of the shower units in the bathrooms - uneven heat distribution , small leakages from shower unit in the smaller bathroom, which we had already informed Ivana.

• Thanh (8/5): We had a pleasant stay - - The location is great, on the western side of the city, near nature and 2 beaches. The bus takes only 20-35 mins to the centre and is quite frequent (abt 15mins/every bus) - The room itself is the same as in the listing, nice, quite clean and modern - The host Ivana is friendly, responsive and helpful - There is a Chinese restaurant next door, better and more reasonable than many restaurants in the city centre (be careful to check reviews of the restaurant before dining as there are quite a few "rip-off" ones in the old town) - The surrounding area is not well-maintained. Partially because we came during a low-season time (beginning of April), but many infrastructures seem to have been abandoned for years. This is not a super big deal, but the photos of the actual site where the apartment hotel is located should be shown in the listing, instead of showing only the beautiful nearby hotels. - During the low season, don't expect the pools of the nearby hotel to be opened (although you have to pay to use them). As of the beginning of April 2025, they are still closed. Luckily, we can still enjoy the quiet beaches, which are only a few hundred meters away.
• Beata (9/5): Comfortable - The apartment was huge and comfortable. We loved the terrace and the jacuzzi. The beach was very close by. We got clean towels and toilet paper every day. There was a beautiful kitchen, huge fridge, two toilets and AC in most rooms. There was barely any wifi and the signal was very weak so even using mobile data was a hard no. Also, the water in the shower stayed hot for maybe 10 minutes before turning cold.
• Suzanne (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable apartment you will love - Our stay at the apartment was wonderful! From the contact before we arrived to all the information Ivana shared with us. She is the nicest person in Croatia!!! The apartment is really beautiful and so is the view on the garden and ocean. Comfortable bed, shower and a kitchen + table which we were really happy with. We loved it all!! There is a busstop to the old city at a 2 minute walk and a delicious Asian restaurant nearby the apartment. Would definitely recommend and go there again. Did not want to leave ;)

• Jemma (7/5): Great location and apartment - The apartments were spacious and close to some shops and places to eat. It was nice to be able to use the local hotels for swimming pools too. There was nothing extra in the apartments like tea, coffee or water. The plug sockets were far and few between, and not near the bed in the apartment we stayed in.
• Carol (9/5): Superb - Views from the balcony are wonderful. The apartment is very spacious and cosy with decent facilities. Great quiet location and easy to get the bus into old town. No heating/air con in one of the bedrooms. There is no shower curtain, so the floor would get soaked it's a bit dangerous and slippery. Plug sockets didn't work in the bedroom.

The apartment was too small for a family of 4 and it was all open plan. The pool wasn't open due to weather but nothing in anyone's control.

I really liked that we could come and go as we please. We could enjoy cooking a nice meal together in your own space. Our room had enough space and was very cool due to the good air - connecting. The beaches are in walking distance from the apartment and they are absolutely beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and so kind. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the main door that leads you into reception was always open.

• Patrícia (6/5): Staff top, infrastructure badly prepared. - Staff top, always available for whatever we needed. To begin with, you are sent to a hotel which is not the one you’re staying at, but you’re sent to follow a little path aside and you arrive to an area that seems abandoned (if you arrive that gives you the chills, honestly). There are some little tourists shops, little markets and restaurantes which we learned during our stay they are pretty cool, it helped a little to surpass the disappointment at first sight. The rooms are okay, comfortable and cost. But the infrastructure is not ready to receive the clients. There were some rainstorms during our stay, and there were some clients that needed to go somewhere else because the water fell in their apartments, including at the entrance, right in front of our door. We rented two apartments and one of them also had leaking from the ceiling window, right above the bed. Like I said, the staff is incredible but they don’t perform any miracles. Also, pay attention, you need to pay to use the pool (10€/day/person) and the parking lot is a little improvised, it looks like the parking for the personnel (it didn’t bothered us at all, but you don’t really have a parking lot space).
• Maria (10/5): Amazing location in a beach resort with friendly staff! - The location was amazing in the middle of a resort with easy access to pool and beaches. Coral beach bar was lovely and just a few steps away. Ivana and Tanja were very friendly and professional hosts who met all our needs. Our apartment was comfortable and cleaned daily... Buffet breakfast was a nice surprise and complimentary for kids...Would return! The shower was leaking but not a big issue
• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was really modern and super clean. It is within walking distance of two beautiful beaches. Restaurants are nearby and you can make use of several pools of the surrounding hotels that have an incredible view over the bay. While it is a bit further from the city center of Dubrovnik, you can take a bus that takes you there in 20 minutes. The bus stop was a two minute walk and we never had to wait any longer than five minutes for a bus to leave. All in all a lovely trip, in a wonderful apartment. • Sunayna (8/5): I would recommend the property to anyone planning to travel to Dubrovnik for a chilled out stay. - The host Ivana was in touch with us even before we travelled. She shared a video with us of the apartment so we knew exactly what to expect. The location was superb, close to two of the best beaches, Coppacabana and Coral Bay. We went twice to the Coral Bay beach club, was fantastic. We also had access to the pools at Valamar Argosy for 30 euros for all 4 of us, which was brilliant. We used that twice. The location was had grocery stores and restaurants right outside it. Overall we were super happy with the location and the property It got hot at night and we didnt realise the bedroom didnt have the aircon, only the living room area. I requested Ivana to arrange for a fan for the following night which she did and that made our stay very comfortable.

• Abrie (10/5): Absolutely excellent! - Our recent stay at the Adriatic Resort Apartments was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The apartment itself was spacious and impeccably clean. It was clear that great care is taken to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The modern decor and well-appointed amenities added to the overall experience, making it a true home away from home. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic outdoor area. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The outdoor seating areas were well-maintained and offered a great spot for enjoying the lovely weather. A bonus of the outdoor area was that we had a bit of privacy too. The convenience of the location was another major plus. The resort is just a short walk away from numerous shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Whether we wanted to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the coast, swimming in the amazing sea, indulge in some local cuisine, or pick up a few essentials, everything was easily accessible. This made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The attention to detail and the dedication of the staff to making guests feel welcome and comfortable was evident throughout our stay. We cannot recommend the Adriatic Resort Apartments highly enough for anyone looking for a delightful and stress-free getaway. We look forward to returning on our next visit to the area!
• Tanya (9/5): Brilliant apartment for a family with wonderful hosts!! - Ivana and Tanja were excellent hosts with plenty of information before our arrival and through out our stay checking in with us from time to time to ensure all was well. Plenty of help and advice given when sought re options for days out, beaches, Resturant’s and a massive help re one white t-shirt that had chocolate icecream spilt down it!!!! Please DO NOT be alarmed by old reviews - the apartment has been revamped with new sofas, the gym has been removed and the space is light, clean and modern. We rented the 4 bedroom apartment for a family of 4 with two older children who could then have their own space. We will be back! The patio outside has a good range of seating and shelter from the sun and you are masked from the locality by a slightly higher wall and a planted hedge to soften the space. Bedrooms are 3 doubles and 1x twin - none are en-suite if that is important to you. The kitchen is a good space with pots and pans plenty of plates and an American style fridge with ice maker - perhaps an additional knife maybe useful. The apartment has two shower rooms with plenty of hot water, there is a washing machine with airer on the patio. The air conditioning is very efficient. You are located next to a covered precinct with some shops for drinks/snacks and a couple of resturants - all very nice people and the all important Jakob in the Icecream shop!! You are able to use the hotel pools at a cost of €10 per day/per person - we did not as the beaches were so close - a 10 min walk. We did eat in the Olive Cafe - good Pizza. Disappointing Niçoise salad using tinned tuna but other meals good. You are a 5 min walk from the bus stop - buy daily tickets (or multi day passes if you are doing lots of travelling around Dubrovnik) in one of the shops in the precinct. The bus service is quick and efficient - 30 mins to Grad - the Old town and a bus every 10-15mins. Slightly noisy in one bedroom when the staff from the Resturant next door left on one night.

• Filip (10/5): - En härlig semester på ett underbart fint läge med nära till både strand och fina klippbad. Ingen pool tillhör boendet men det är inga problem att hyra stolar och plats vid poolen på hotell alldeles intill, dessutom till halva priset jämfört med stranden. Lägenheten var mycket fint renoverad, bekväm och med en liten men mysig uteplats som känns mer personligt än en "vanlig" resortbalkong. Servicen från Adriatic resort appartments och Ivana i receptionen är i toppklass. Toppbetyg från oss och absolut värt att rekomendera.

Lovely location next to the beaches, several pools available, delicious buffet breakfast - complimentary for kids. Ideal place for summer holidays :) The beach was a bit too crowded but I guess it is normal in high summer season

• Louise (4/5): Cash only payment, the property had only partial air conditioning. - It was clean and fairly close to attractions near by. Air conditioning only in one bedroom, other bedroom was boiling. The beach was close but you had to pay 140 euros per 4 people for a sun-lounger with shade. It is not obvious when you book that you have to pay cash on the day for the stay, your expected to carry around a load of cash or pay over to get it out of the bank when you get there. I missed out on credit card cash back because of this. The staff are attentive but not that friendly, they were pushy to get payment. The area around is a bit neglected, I would not say this is a luxury accommodation for the price you pay.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Do not go here - The most disappointing place ever. Despite Hotels.com promises, the place has no pools. You can go to the surrounding hotels and ask if they will let you in ( 10 € day per person), but they will tell you no because they prioritize their own guests and you feel like a paria and a total idiot. Hotels.com was of no help even if their web page are clearly wrong on several crucial issues when you order a family vacation. No seaview and no bathrobes as promised - it’s just not that kind of place.
