• Verified traveler (8/5): - Çalışanlar çok yardım sever ancak fiyat politikaları ek yatak eklenince karıştı. Check out’ta otele girişte söylenenden daha fazla bir tutar ödemek durumda kaldık. Jeneratör yok, mahallede elektrik kesildi ve uzun süre gelmedi. Bir de wc kapısı sadece paravan gibi düşünebilirsiniz, sürmeli ve her an elinize gelebilir. Oda kapıları da zayıf. Bir iki gece konfor olarak orta ayar ama temiz bir otel arıyorsanız tavsiye ederim. Yeri Karaköy’ün resmen kalbinde. Toplu ulaşım dibinizde. Yine gelir miyim, olabilir.

• Tolga (2/5): - ACHTUNG Das Hotel ist ein altes, heruntergekommenes Gebäude. Die Zimmer haben teils keine Fenster und wenn sie welche haben, dann gehen sie nicht richtig zu. Es war laut und feucht im Zimmer und es roch ziemlich streng nach Klo. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, welches noch schrecklicher war. Heizung war defekt, Zimmer feucht, Schimmel in der Dusche, extrem eng, Bett steinhart, Matratzen durchgelegen - alles in allem ein Horror! Die Umgebung ist super, aber wer etwas Standard möchte oder gewohnt ist, der sollte einen großen Bogen um dieses Hotel machen. Ich musste mir aufgrund dieser Tatsachen ein neues Hotel buchen, weil ein Aufenthalt in meines Erachtens unzumutbar ist. Nach einer Beschwerde bei Expedia bekame ich nur eine Rückmeldung, dass das Hotel die Rückerstattung abgelehnt hat. Aufgrund dieser Umstände war der Aufenthalt ziemlich teuer. Dieses Hotel verdient auf keinen Fall die Bewertung, die es hat. Nicht mal Ansatzweise! Bezahlt lieber 100-200 Euro mehr und erspart euch Kopfschmerzen.
• Gökçe (10/5): - Die Lage ist top man kommt mit der Bahn überall hin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Nur eine kleine Bemerkung wenn man zu zweit ist, ist das Economy Zimmer bzw die Betten etwas klein. Immer wieder gerne komme Ich hier her wirklich top.
• Hüseyin (10/5): Müthiş - Oteli gerçekten çok beğendim oda bence ekonomi sınıfına göre gayet yeterli bir odaydı banyo gereksinimleri hepsi tamdı. Temizliği gayet yeterli sıcak su müthişti. Karaköyün eşsiz sokaklarının tam içinde beğenerek ve bir daha kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir yer oldu. Resepsiyondaki abinin güler yüzü için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

• Ozan (10/5): - Ich bin positiv überrascht. Die Lage ist top. Nahverkehrsmittel in alle Richtungen sind innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage ist belebt. Unmittelbar vor der Tür sind Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Das Personal und Geschäftsführer sind Mega freundlich und herzlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank auch hier nochmal für die zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft!
• Noha (10/5): - Hotel super bien situé à deux pas du tramway. Vous trouverez dans la petite rue de l’hôtel plein de coffee shop brunch restaurant et épicerie. C’est un hotel qui fait l’affaire pour passer la nuit. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel adorable et serviable. Un service au top ainsi qu’une serviabilité envers les femmes incroyables. Le client est vraiment roi pour le coup

Otel odası olarak sunulmaması gereken bir mekandı. oda ortasında kolon vardı. hareket edemeyecek kadar küçük odada yatağın ucu kolona geliyordu ve ayağınız çarparak uyanıyordunuz. sürekli dışarıdan mekanik bir ses geliyordu ve uyuyamadık. pencere dışındaki mekan izmarit atılan bir boşluğa bakıyordu. Banyo da normal boyutlarda bir insanın hareketini kısıtlayan ölçülerdeydi ve sürgü kapı kapandığında içeriyi görüyordunuz.
• Hayne (8/5): - The economic rooms are very small, I didn’t realize I had booked an economic room, Until we got there. It has a full size bed a little too small for 2 persons. Couldn’t get an upgrade for a larger room. It was ok for one night before our flight home.
• ANGEL A (10/5): Buen hotel con excelente personal. - Personal con exquisita amabilidad y deseos de ayudar. Trato absolutamente encantador hacia los huéspedes. La buena acogida y la bondad del personal lo hacen a uno sentirse protegido y acompañado. Un pequeño hotel de 16 habitaciones con ascensor en un estupendo sitio en Karaköy. El vestíbulo está siendo ahora renovado. Literalmente rodeado de restaurantes en calles cubiertas por un espeso techo de hiedra. Estación de tramvay Tophane de la linea T1 a cinco minutos andando, el Puerto de Karaköy a unos 10, también andando, y autobuses pasando a una corta manzana desde el hotel. Limpieza absolutamente impecable. Habitación no muy grande, pero con suficiente tamaño para poder moverse sin chocar con los muebles. Ropa de cama y toallas de buena calidad. Cama muy cómoda. Pequeño frigorífico y hervidor de agua eléctrico. Baño moderno, con inodoro con bidet incorporado. Aire acondicionado individual. A pesar de estar en una zona con mucha actividad nocturna, las habitaciones son silenciosas. Lo único que eché en falta fue una silla con respaldo en la habitación, en su lugar hay un taburete que no es incómodo, pero sin respaldo. La habitación tiene un mueble apropiado para abrir la maleta. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna. Espero poder volver.

• Yousseinof (10/5): A highly recommend hotel at the best location - A very nice hotel. The location is one of the best in all of Istanbul. Its walking distance to the Galata bridge and Istiklal caddesi. The neighborhood is wonderful and pittoresk with alot of Cafes, restaurants, shops and small bars. However its quiet at around midnight so no problems to sleep. The rooms are quite big and in good condition. The WiFi is fast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will for sure stay there again next time I visit Istanbul.

• Gürkan (8/5): - Otel çok merkezi bir konumda bu açıdan tercih edilebilir. Konum dolayısıyla kafeler, restoranlar konusunda kararsız kalabilirsiniz çok fazla alternatife sahip. Temizlik açısından bir sorunla karşılaşmadım derli topluydu. Ses yalıtımı konusu yetersiz. Hatta neredeyse aynı odadaymışçasına ses geliyor yan odalardan. Sadece duvarlar arası değiş kapıda enteresan bir boşluk vardı. Otel koridoruna açılan odanın kapısının üstünde yaklaşık 2 santim boşluk vardı. Dışarıdan birisi baksa odanın içini komple görebilir. Hem güvenlik açısından çok garip geldi ge kapatma ihtiyacı duydum. Hem de koridordaki bütün ses içeriye geliyor. Bunun dışında otel çok güzel.

• Farhang (10/5): - We loved our stay at Le Port / Zeno Suites. The staff were polite, management very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and newly refurbished so the first room we got was smelling of paint and they changed us into another room immediately. There were a few occasions where the lift and WiFi weren’t working but they resolved it soon. Only thing that needs improvement is the water gets cold quickly. That needs looking at but overall we loved staying here.

Çok temiz ya da kirli izlenimi bırakmadı. +Otel çevresinde güzel vakit geçirilebilecek mekanlar vardı. +Toplu taşıma ile ulaşıma yakın. +Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. -Check outtan sonra bavulumuzu bir kaç saatliğine bırakmak istedik ve kabul ettiler. Kimseyi suçlama niyetinde değilim ancak bavuldaki isim etiketleri soyulmuştu ve şifre girilen yer bıraktığım sayılarda değildi. -İki penceren bir tanesi bozuktu, tam kapanmıyordu ve gece klimayı sıcağa ayarlamamıza rağmen çok soğuk oldu. -Oda gerçekten çok küçüktü ve tavanı alçaktı. -Banyo kapısının kolu kırıktı ve içerden açılmıyordu. -Otelin konumundan kaynaklı dışardan geç saate kadar gürültü gelebiliyor.
• Tugba (10/5): - Sehr saubere Unterkunft allerdings sehr undichte Fenster sodass man aufgrund der Lautstärke der Umgebung (laute Musik) sehr schwer einschlafen konnte. Auf Nachfrage einer weiteren Bettdecke (2x angefragt) hieß es wären keine vorhanden, welches natürlich sehr untypisch für ein Hotel. Ansonsten alles weitere super

• Safa (10/5): Mooie schone hotel op een perfecte locatie - Heel mooie, nette hotel. Kamer was ruim en schoon met een mooie badkamer. We hadden zelfs Netflix en Smart TV! Locatie is ook perfect, dichtbij tramhalte, ferry en makkeljk voor taxi’s om je te bereiken. Daarnaast ook leuke cafe’s in de buurt :)
• Verified traveler (6/5): İşletmesel sorunlara rağmen lokasyon avantajı - Araç otoparkı var olarak belirtilse de yok, özel veya belediye otoparkına yönlendiriliyorsunuz. Oda genel anlamda temiz olsa da odada kalırken banya fayanslarının arasına derz sürdüler ve bamyoyu kullanmamamızı istediler. Banyoda karıncalar vardı. Zararsız olsa da değişik bir durum böyle bir otel için. Çalışanlar çok nezaketli ve doğal. Temizlik malzemelerini sulandırarak kullanıyor olmalılar ki banyo zemini çok iyi temizlenmiyordu her gün temizlemelerine rağmen.

Il faut demander à ce que le ménage soit fait tous les jours. Petit déjeuner copieux et très abordable dans le bar d'en face.
• Fabio (10/5): - The location is perfect, especially if you are boarding a cruise from Galata port. With plenty of bars, restaurants and and shops around the hotel. Its within walking distance of both the port and some of the great sites around Galata. Although the renovation is not complete the hotel is comfortable and delivers exactly what you paid for. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. A local breakfast was included but offered in a nearby venue as the kitchen renovation was not completed. It was the highlight of my stay. Definitely recommend.
