Guest Reviews
- Rakshith Suriya (10/5): -
- Prasad (9/5): Very comfortable, well looked after, and so peaceful. - The breakfast was probably the best part of the food available- both in terms of the quality and its availability through the day. Variety and taste was excellent. The service- warmth and thoughtfulness was of a high order- special thanks to Aryan, Shubam, Manpinder, Yashika and Desai. The Hotel Manager was very helpful, and was always ready with any changes requested. The only problem we had was with the electric buggies- clearly the roads need to be smoother to prevent buggy breakdowns. Only one was in service during our stay, fine when few rooms are occupied, but could be a big problem if the hotel is full. Smoother roads will also encourage walking.
- Melanie (9/5): -
- Michaela (10/5): Just amazing - Absolute everything was perfect. The peace and quiet you get there is just something else. The staff is fantastic and really try to do everything they can to make everything just perfect Only thing I would change, more shade at the pool area
- Ciara (9/5): - Beautiful location and amazing view. Food was really good. Staff were very friendly. Pool was great.
- Shriya (9/5): Tastefully constructed property with amazing staff. - Facilities, staff, food quality, overall infrastructure. Location
- Rainer (10/5): schöne Aufenthalt - Die Lage mitten in der Natur ist besonders. Auch die Ausstattung der einzelnen Häuser im Dschungel sind komfortabel. Das Essen ist hervorragend. es war alles gut
- Shane (10/5): -
- Oliwia (5/5): Beautiful location and service, but overpriced and disappointing overall - The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the guest cottages were maintained to a high standard. The location surrounded by nature and monkeys creates a very relaxing escape from the busier parts of India. It is a great place to truly unwind. The SPA services were excellent – the massage was very professional, with great attention to detail and a beautiful, calming environment. We were forced to shorten our stay by one day and, although the reservation was non-refundable, the hotel manager tried to find some way to compensate us, which we appreciated. However, in the end, we did not receive any actual compensation, even for the missed breakfast. Despite the beautiful surroundings, our stay left a bitter impression. Every service, restaurant meal, or additional activity comes at an extra cost, with prices being roughly 3–4 times higher than expected. It created a feeling that, despite paying a high price for the room, we were constantly being pushed to spend more money and felt more like walking wallets rather than guests of a luxury hotel. It also felt like part of the hotel chain’s general policy – for example, even in the restaurant, waiters would immediately suggest sparkling water, which is significantly more expensive. It gave the impression that the definition of luxury at this hotel is charging guests for everything possible. Additionally, the pool lounge was unavailable for an entire day without any compensation from the hotel. Similarly, after shortening our stay, no meaningful gesture or convenience was offered.
- Elizaveta (9/5): -
- Mathijs (8/5): Magisch - De verzorging door het personeel. Professioneel en attent.
- Dean (10/5): Don’t think twice - book this hotel! - I have never stayed in a hotel quite like Postcard Hideaway. Everything was outstanding and we’ll talk about it for years and years to come. It really is paradise. Tip - book a premium room as the views are better. There could’ve been more variety on the food menus, it could get quite repetitive. However, the food we did have was beautiful. The resort was very quiet but they definitely need more sun loungers around the pool to accommodate those who want to sunbathe.
- Maximilian (9/5): -
- Rahul (7/5): Nice but huge mismatch between price and quality - - We'll start with the positives - all the staff were awesome. Every single person was friendly, attentive and helpful, and willing to assist with any request. They added a number of nice touches (decorations, cake, candle light dinner) to make our anniversary feel special (which probably bumped up this review by a point)
- The property is peaceful, and if you're looking for privacy and quiet time, you'll get what you came for.
- The rooms are nice, well designed with modern amenities, with a great balcony surrounded by greenery. Most of our views here stem from the gulf between what you're being charged and what is being offered. Some specific examples:
1. On our first night, the electricity went every 10 minutes. It came back quickly as well via generator, but the frequent outage knocked out our AC for the night.
2. The food programme was very disappointing. It's probably okay if you're visiting Goa for the first time, but for anyone well travelled or anyone who's been to enough restaurants (and enough restaurants in India), the menu is quite outdated, and falls way short of the quality you would expect for what you're paying. The breads were all super soggy. The poee was super chewy and the worst we've had in Goa. And all the meats were overcooked. The quality of the coffee again was nowhere near what you would expect in a country that is in the midst of the specialty coffee boom. All of this is exacerbated because the property is in the middle of nowhere, so you don't really have any alternate dining option besides what is being offered at the hotel. There was nothing we ate in three days that we'd describe as extraordinary.
3. The hotel itself, while well maintained and peaceful, basically consists of a simple dining room, a basic pool and a couple of massage rooms. Nothing to suggest an out of the ordinary experience.
None of these things are deal breakers on their own. But, at a sticker price of over Rs. 40K per night, you are making a very big claim about what kind of brand you are, and that means zero margin for error. Neither the facilities, rooms or food come close to meriting any kind of 'ultra luxury' tag. 'Anytime check in/out' and 'Anytime breakfast' are nice gimmicks, but they're hardly reasons to pay 2X what you would at the Taj/Oberoi, or 3X for a similar quality room in any other Goan boutique hotel, or 2X for a better meal in any new restaurant in Goa.
Was our experience 'bad'? Not at all.

- Savita (10/5): - What makes this place special is both the setting and the people. Nestled in the Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, it offers spectacular views of the Western Ghats. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and hearing the sounds of the rainforest from our cabin balcony. Our cabin was tastefully appointed, and a tea and snack cart is provided and replenished every day. I made use of the spa and it was awesome, with the massage rooms set in huts above the swimming pool. The pool itself was lovely, in an idyllic setting and very attentive service (we ordered food and drinks). We cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of the staff! Deepak set us up with airport transfers to and from the resort; Shubam organised day trips to Old Goa and the beach; Rini gave me first-class spa treatment; and Shazam and Gaurav were the food and wine experts in the restaurant. Every meal we had was excellent and they emphasize local cuisine. The Goan thali was excellent, and all of the breakfast items we ordered were tasty and beautifully presented. We really loved this place; its remote setting makes for long drives to Old Goa, the beach and the airport but it’s well worth it for the peaceful and spectacular setting, the genuinely kind and professional staff, and the outstanding restaurant.

- Mette (10/5): Pragtfuldt sted tæt på Netravali Wild Life Sanctuary. 20 værelser som nænsomt er placeret i den enestående natur. Høj pr - Naturen, beliggenheden, maden, personalet, roen, værelserne, poolområdet - alt
- philipp (10/5): Wonderful -
- Margot (10/5): a dream week of relaxation and comfort in natural surroundings - This is truly a "hideaway" of tranquility, in a natural setting with excellent service. Many details have been thought through, the food is delicious and the menu has a wide variety of cuisines and options. Breakfast is stunning, especially the tempered chili egg and iced portuguese coffee. The restaurant and front desk are always going above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. The staff quickly and efficiently organize activities on request the day before, ("experiences") including a waterfall walk, birding, yoga, and transportation. The hotel is very professional in working with foreign visitors. The grounds, the room, and the restaurant are meticulously maintained. Seating around the pool is limited. The website has a photo of a black panther but don't expect to see anything like this, it was a one-time sighting years ago. The main wildlife on the property are langur monkeys and birds, which we enjoyed seeing.
- Steven (9/5): Great place to immerse in nature with comfort - rooms and setting Food
- Itai (10/5): -
- Lena (10/5): -
- Sumit (8/5): -
- NIGEL (10/5): A great hideaway @ Postcard Netravali - The property is beautiful in an idyllic setting , the. View from the rooms is awesome . The staff led by the Gm Deepak, manager Shubam are efficient and ready to please. They made a special effort to arrange for a cake and decor for my son who celebrated his birthday there. On the whole it was an amazing two day stay. The menu at the restaurant can be more extensive with some variety , however the chef was agreeable to customise which was nice
- Michelle (10/5): Perfect - The location was incredible, situated in the forest. We saw monkeys a few times in the trees around the property. It was immaculate and well laid out. Nothing
- Gita (10/5): The most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time. - The property is stunning, thoughtfully maintained and effortlessly charming. The cottage was cozy and inviting and the staff made us feel like a guest in their own home—attentive, warm and genuinely caring. Every meal was freshly prepared with top-quality ingredients and you could taste the love in every bite. You choose when to have breakfast, lunch and dinner — and even set your own check-in and check-out times. Honestly, what’s better than that?
It’s the kind of place that lingers on in your mind long after you leave. I can’t wait to return.
The Tanshikar Spice Farm experience was lovely. We had plans to do more, but laziness got the better of us! Can't think of anything.
- Anja (10/5): Excellent and would love to come back. - The calmness, the beauty of the natural setting, the privacy, the well-appointed individual cabins, the sunrise behind the hills, the pool area, the authentic food. Everything is classy, tasteful and quality.
- Rob (10/5): Gorgeous - Charge for water
- Jenny (10/5): Quite simply, the best hotel I’ve ever experienced - Unique, secluded and exclusive. Beautiful surroundings and well-kept grounds. The staff were all exceptional, there is nothing to fault at this place - I didn’t want to leave!
- William (10/5): Amazing place! - Amazing location in a nature sanctuary- seeing monkeys from the balcony was amazing. But the food & the service by the staff really made this property stand out N/A
- Gwen (10/5): Amazing place!! - Like paradise! Beautiful room with stunning views, attention to detail, fabulous bed and shower. Tea and snacks in the room. Spa was amazing and swimming pool clean and relaxing! I didn’t want to leave!!! Food in the restaurant was outstanding and the staff were super professional. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Do yourself a favour and go here! Nothing
- Pritam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mathur (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was curated to perfection and to cater to the requirements of the guests Nothing
- Simon (10/5): Absolutely divine, heavenly, total peace - Incredible location, surrounded by jungle. Utmost privacy and serene few days. Monkeys, birds and butterflies everywhere. Staff and food just wonderful. So many wonderful things to say, so many beautiful details. but big shout out to sous chef Nima and shruti. Some of the excursions seemed a little pricey
- Sahil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sebastien (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is truly a hidden gem. Nestled within a lush sanctuary ( kind of a blend of forest and jungle) - it offers the perfect escape to reconnect with nature and rejuvenate. The air itself is refreshing and smells divine. You can also hear the singing of the birds which is very soothing. From our terrace, we were able to see adorable little monkeys playing in the trees—a truly enchanting experience!
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful sleep, and the bathroom amenities were of the highest quality, adding a touch of luxury to our stay.
A special thanks to the wonderful hotel manager, Saurabh, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort were remarkable! He even helped us organise a visit to a local spice farm, which we really enjoyed. Not a negative, Just a friendly reminder to keep in mind that the property is nestled in the forest, which means you may encounter small lizards and insects. To ensure comfort, it's best to keep doors shut, especially in the evenings when it gets dark.
Additionally, the pool area is beautifully surrounded by trees, offering a serene and shaded ambiance. However, after 5 PM, direct sunlight is limited as the sun dips behind the trees—something to consider if you're planning to sunbathe in the late afternoon.
- Stephen (6/5): Pleasant -
- Amy (10/5): Heaven on Earth - If heaven exists, I hope it's a lot like The Postcard Hideaway. I woke up every day to monkeys playing in the trees, butterflies floating by, and bird song filling the air. Every member of the staff is unbelievably kind and gracious, the food is utterly divine, and the attention to detail and the little surprises you'll discover along the way will fill your heart. Be sure to explore the nature that surrounds you with a tour (we loved the waterfall) and to visit the spa for a relaxing afternoon. The Postcard Hideaway is truly a place filled with magic and I cannot wait to return.
- Aranyak (9/5): Superb - Amazing property. Top notch rooms, service and food. Everything was good
- Pooja (10/5): Exceptional - A Wonderful Stay at Postcard Hideaway, Netravali
Our recent stay at the Postcard Hideaway, Netravali, was nothing short of exceptional. The personalized touch, especially with the food, made our experience truly memorable. We requested no sugar with our hot chocolate during the first order, and every subsequent order came perfectly as per our preference—such thoughtful attention to detail.
The thoughtful selection of savouries in the room was another delightful touch. We enjoyed the makhana, cookies, and murmura, all of which were a perfect accompaniment to our relaxing moments. These little treats truly added to the comfort of our stay and made us feel pampered.
The spa was another highlight, with Mukta delivering an absolutely fantastic massage, leaving us completely relaxed. Shubham was always available and eager to assist us with anything we needed, and both the lady waiter and the other gentleman were polite and kind, especially with my child, making us feel very well taken care of.
Saurabh’s warm and welcoming attitude made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, adding to the overall sense of comfort.
We highly recommend this tranquil escape for anyone looking for a relaxing and personalized experience.
- Nienke (10/5): Oh how we loved this hideaway! - Peaceful location
Super friendly staff and cute touches
Beautiful accommodation
Monkeys, dragonflies, birds overload
Excellent food
- Mazor (3/5): Poor - Unfortunately, our overall experience was highly disappointing, both with the hotel and Booking.com.
I'll start with the positives: the hotel itself is beautiful, extremely well-maintained, with amazing and clean rooms, breathtaking views, and friendly, smiling staff. The food was delicious, fresh, and of very high quality, with personal attention from the chef and the team. However, the way both the hotel and Booking.com handled our reservation was utterly frustrating and left us deeply disappointed.
The issues began when we booked 3 nights through Booking.com for our family—two adults and two children aged 10 and 13. Booking.com allowed us to reserve a single room for all of us. After we made the reservation, the hotel contacted us, stating that they would not allow more than one bed in the room. We asked where one of the children was supposed to sleep and why Booking.com had given us the option to book one room for the entire family. The hotel's response was that the child could sleep on the sofa.
When we arrived, we discovered the "sofa" was merely a decorative piece, completely unsuitable for sleeping, and our child didn’t even fit on it. It was far too small for a 10-year-old. After many long conversations with both the hotel and Booking.com, no suitable solution was provided, forcing us to pay for an additional room for the children. This was extremely disappointing, as it felt like a bait-and-switch situation where we were misled during the booking process and then left with no choice but to pay extra.
To add to the frustration, our reservation on Booking.com clearly stated half board for the entire family, but upon arriving at the hotel, they claimed it was only for the adults. We had to waste more time showing them that they were wrong, even though Booking.com had supposedly confirmed this with the hotel in advance. This was another significant disappointment, as we had to deal with more back-and-forth communication between Booking.com and the hotel, taking up valuable time and causing us immense stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.
In the end, the hotel finally agreed to provide half board for the entire family, but we were still forced to pay the full price for the extra room.
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely everything and everybody. We'd booked 2 nights first and as soon as we reached the lobby me and my husband decided to book two more nights. The whole territory of the resort is jungle, pure jungle with monkeys, birds, butterflies, frogs and other incredible insects we'd seen before only on Discovery Channel!!
We were lucky to stay in two different rooms which were incredibly stunning. You can literally smell the wood the villa is made of. And once you are on the balcony you are surrounded with the freshest air and stunning view.
The pool, restaurant, SPA and reception stuff are VIP level!!
The best escape from the city life, far away from noise and other annoying "amenities", very sustainable and holistic.
Extremely recommending!!! I loved everything!!
- Uri (10/5): Exceptional - Postcard Hideaway is an amazing resort. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay, the pool is stunning, and the rooms are incredible and secluded with a breathtaking balcony. I must specifically mention the food at the hotel! It’s unique, fresh, delicious, and unforgettable. The kitchen staff and waiters went above and beyond. An unforgettable vacation.
- Siddharth (10/5): Exceptional - Check-in time and check-out time are highly flexible. Very good service by all the staff members we interacted with.
Forest Essentials toiletries in the bathroom were very pampering.
- Manish (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing service , great location and great staff. I would highly recommend a stay at Netravali to disconnect from the fast life and enjoy the nature. None
- Rosanna (7/5): Good -
- Ambrish (7/5): Good -
- Carl (10/5): Unmatched Hospitality -
- Mohammad (3/5): good location but not value for money - Staff and room FOOD IS LIMITED AND VERY BAD
Also being so inside with such limited food menu its a pain if u are there for 2-3 days
- Vijayakrishnan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hemant (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abhishek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsty (10/5): Wonderful luxuary National Park resort - The surroundings, facilities and accommodation are fantastic. The staff are excellent and can’t do enough to help with every detail thought of and taken care of. It truly does feel like a luxury resort in a wonderful location. Not a negative but to be aware. Once there it is remote (yet another perk), with food and drink around 3x regular Goa prices.
- Schwander (10/5): Pure bliss, great staff - We loved everything and especially the staff who were all excellent and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay a dream. One of our favourite stay of all time for sure.
- the proprety is very well maintained, with gardeners making a fantastic job. The garden is just beautiful.
- the rooms are amazing, perfectly cleaned, beds so relaxing, shower great, view beautiful. Loved the "mini bar" with new pastries everyday, free tea and coffee. Every day the housekeeping staff makes your room fresh. The amenities Forrest essential products smell so nice.
- delicious breakfast, evertime and anytime!! As we don't like to eat in the morning, this was just pure bliss for us. The offer is just delicious. It was some of the best breakfast in our life.
- delicious local recipies. We loved that the hotel is so tuned with the region and that every postcards adapts the menu to where it is located. We love food and this is also a reason why we are in India. Therefore we were more than glad to see the food offer and no impersonal international Hotel food that makes you feel you could be in Dubai, Paris or Rio. Also the cook Aryan was so kind and offered to cook a receipe of our choice. We chose a kashmiri receipe we try to do at home "dum aloo" and he did it so well, we were super happy. In retrospect, I wish we would have asked his personal signature dish because he was super talented.
- I took a massage and Muskan is really a talented masseuse as well. It was amazing.
- Once again thank you to the staff who made our stay so nice. We could not ask the name of everyone because it would have been a bit weird maybe, but thanks to Mulong who took care of us at the pool and restaurant, Ravi and Krutik at the restaurant - and all the other waiters we did not ask names of, all kind and smiling, and the excellent reception staff who welcomed us like royals. We liked everything. just a suggestion, as we love Indian music and it is also varied like the food, would be so amazing if the playlists in the restaurant were also tuned to each region with local songs.
Also as European we like to eat outside because we have the whole winter to get cold, and maybe the sitting area outside is a bit less nice than the rest of the hotel. However, we enjoyed each of our meal with view on the garden.
Daily specials propositions from the chefs would also be nice to let them show us their creativity and discover other dishes. But this is again just a suggestion because the menu is amazing as it is and as for now, you can ask anything you wish to eat, which is also kind of amazing.
- Fabian (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. The service is excellent and highly professional. The location is secluded. Ideal for getting away from it all. The grounds are very beautiful
- Kathryn (10/5): Incredible hotel, amazing food, beautiful private and peaceful rooms - Beautiful hotel, incredible staff, really nice rooms and the food was amazing! Would highly recommend staying here - the staff were really kind and made a special effort for my friends birthday too. We got a taxi from Goa and it was a really nice drive - this is a great place to visit and have a change from the coast!
- Salonee (10/5): A blissful three days! - Didn’t want to leave! We stayed for three days after our wedding and had an amazing time relaxing at The Postcard. Perhaps the best boutique resort I have ever been to in India with fantastic service, great decor, thoughtful gestures from the staff and delicious food. Will definitely return!
- Eyal (10/5): Amazing hotel - One of the best hotels I ever stayed in!!!
The service was exceptional. No words
The attention to details is incredible and the hotel restaurant is one of the best I have had in all over India.
- Neha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (8/5): Very good -
- Minh (10/5): A tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustling city life - Very stylistic and thoughtful decor. Everything is at the highest level of comfort and style. It is surrounded by beautiful and tranquil nature.
The staff, from the front desk to the waiters, are all attentive. They did care guests with great detailed instructions their service. Best service! Nothing at all!
- Joanne (10/5): Amazing retreat in nature. - Wow, once you visit this hotel you will never want to leave. The service, food, extras, staff, pool, room are all exceptional and the place and grounds are stunning. Leaving!
- Anthony (10/5): Wonderful couples’ retreat - We loved the rooms and the grounds. There are separate little houses that you reach by small electric vehicles. It was quiet except for monkeys and birds. Rooms were beautifully and tastefully laid out and decorated. Amenities- soap coffee etc were world class. We did a couples massage and facial that was out of this world. I am sad I can’t find the name of the two women who did it for us to report- management if you see this please respond and add to this review. The food was well prepared and delicious. We made a few food requests and they were added to the menu next day. The service was ubiquitous yet unobtrusive. Tips are included in the price which I like as it removes another potential stressor. I also enjoyed the swim up bar at the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing
- Theophanis (8/5): Very good -
- Himanshu (9/5): Wonderful. Book specific room in advance. - Excellent location. South Eastern Goa. Hidden in the corner of Goa amidst wildlife parks. Great connectivity yet almost no tourists. Food menu was limited but quality was wonderful. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Despite being available when we arrived we were not given the room with a better view due yo a local repeat guest who was due to arrive later.
- Jannis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (9/5): Superb -
- Ola (10/5): Spectacular hidden gem - Spectacular! I rarely write reviews but this one is soooo worth it & I want everyone to give it a try but still No words can describe this hidden gem.
It’s exceeded our expectations, EVERYTHING was ABOVE & BEYOND Magical.
Honestly from the warm amazing welcome form minute we walked in until the last minute where they put our luggage in the car and offered to take our picture in the lovely spot.
Our luxury room was perfectly designed & it felt like a tree house, the decor, the amenities, the view is breathtaking & the bed is soooooo comfy.
It also feel very private like the rooms aren’t very close to each others, so ur music can be as loud as you want.
I was so scared to book in such a place because of mosquitoes and surprisingly I didn’t even get bitten once, which shows how they truly take care of it for you.
Here I want to specially & deeply THANK everyone works in the hotel from housekeeping to restaurants! Everyone is super nice & seems genuine not fake smiles etc like other hotels.
The food was super yummy & authentic. Well prepared and carefully chosen.
The scents and aroma they added in the washrooms is so fresh.
Now the Spa is a wholesome, they were experts it’s rare that I don’t get body ache a day after the massage. Which means they did wonderful job.
I could go on & on. We loved our stay & definitely coming back even though isn’t on my list to visit again but this hotel definitely is.
Thank you for this memorable stay. NA
- Prathamesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darshan (7/5): Good but they overbook so you may have to wait long for checkin - Great all day breakfast (inclusive in price). Amazing environment, decor and rooms. Very odd checkout policy, an anytime checkout! Good in theory but not great when you are waiting until 5pm for your room becasue they overbooked. Need to revisit this policy.
Not an activity holiday (most activities not available)
- Ashwin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bernard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amlan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellently curated menu and quality of food was top notch! Can use better wine options on the menu. Even some of the listed ones were not actually available
- Alice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Smith (9/5): Superb - We had an incredible three night stay at the Postcard Hideaway resort. The staff were extremely accommodating, with special mentions to Rishi who was contactable via Whatsapp for our every need. We also booked a couples massage and facial with Rose and Muscan, who were incredible. We were so relaxed I fell asleep it was that good!! We loved the option to have breakfast at any time and ability to amend our checkout time. They went the extra mile for our anniversary with decorations and cake also. And the views are unbeatable!! Prices marked up for excursions was quite high and more sunbed around the pool would be recommended.
- Vamsi (10/5): Exceptional - Location
Friendly staff
Impeccable Service
- Vineela (10/5): Excellent stay and a great place to have a getaway from day to day life. Everything about the property was perfect and I - I loved the hospitality, how the hotel is maintained and the location itself. The food was impeccable and loved that the Ala carte breakfast. Best sannas ever When entering the room, after knocking, I felt there wasn’t enough gap.
Having yoga classes would have been good. Would go with the vibe.
- Skye (10/5): Amazing! We loved it, and hope to be back soon! - The location is stunning, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the forest and nature was amazing, with langur monkeys, a huge variety of birds, lizards and butterflies all around our room each day. Some beautiful places to explore (on foot, bike or car) all around. They have a good menu but also cook anything you like off the menu as well (providing they have the ingredients). Nice pool. Lovely Yoga sala. Great place to unwind and reconnect. Towards the end of our stay the service lagged a little in our room, and the menu was expensive. Transport to and from the hotel is limited and expensive.
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place in the middle of the jungle to escape to. Staff were exceptional. Very much somewhere to go with a good book and relax for a couple of days by the pool. The local spice farm was great, we borrowed bikes and cycled there. We also had a great couples massage.
- Sumit_gupta (10/5): Peace, Relaxed Breathing, Chill, Beautiful, Luxurious, Caring people & a premium experience! - This off-beat, non-beach property nestled amidst forests is a treat to the eye. The drive from airport to the property is so beautiful & calming. I would reccomend you do get a morning/afternoon flight so you can enjoy it all. Once you reach Postcard, you are greeted with a positive welcome from the team & you leave for your cottage. The cottage is so well designed, clean & the postcard team makes sure you enjoy it in peace. The refreshments in the room, bathrobes, bath & haircare brands - all are well selected & presented. The food is great, the concept of the resort is ‘forget time’ - there are no breakfast hours, no check-ins & outs & that makes it so relaxing. A no-deadline vacation! I loved the fact that Postcard displayed trust in their guests & showed immense care & gratitude through all their gestures- one small example is free gifts everyday in the room.
Simranjeet, Aditya , the guard at entrance, late night staff at reception- all display top-notch professionalism & they seem to be happy in their jobs. Kudos to their service!
Overall, if you are not a tourist who wants to unwind, relax , is not impatiently looking for ‘what next’ everyday & wants to enjoy clean , simple food - this place is for you. Nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was amazing
The fact that Postcard Natravelli can market themselves better because the hospitality team there is doing an amazing job.
Additionally, the property has great opportunities ti add more - outdoor seating (small tables, chairs, benches), organize or guide guests on short hikes around the property - nothing touristy as such but ways to enable guests to walk around the resort. Evening dinners can be organized in forests, live singing or goan cooking etc etc. all these are suggestions to make the property thrive a bit more.
- Neha (9/5): Superb -

- Rupak (9/5): Great Place for peaceful Vacation - Great Location. Great Staff . I liked all of it
- Francesco (10/5): Exceptional - Everything perfect. In every small detail
- Colin (10/5): Perfect hospitality against a backdrop of beautiful nature- the best - The Postcard Hideaway Netravali is truly outstanding and unforgettable. In fact, we had planned to only spend 3 nights here but extended our stay, unable to leave this place for another accommodation because we had fallen in love with the surroundings (lush tropical gardens filled with exotic birds, friendly Hanuman langures and beautiful flowers which created natural scents all around), the flawless and welcoming service and hospitality and the sense of privacy due to the small numbers of villas and their secludedness. Watching the wildlife from the balcony overlooking a breathtaking mountain range was a pleasure onto itself. Every wish we had was granted, amongst the many lovely touches was the possibility to check out as late as we wanted (of which we had to take full advantage since our plane left in the morning hours the following day), every day turndown service was accompanied with a gift to take home, generously we were also given a free hosted dinner and many price reductions (like for instance a great price on a bottle of wine so that I would not overspend on wines by the glass). I know, this might sound overly enthusiastic- but I truly never experienced this level of generosity and care in any of the many luxury properties I had visited prior. Some might find the lack of television or minibar in the room a fault, but it suited us perfectly. One day we did a tour with a naturalist who had a masters in Biodiversity and showed us around the Netravali nature reserve. This 3 hour tour really changed my way of taking note of small wonders of the jungle and I took a new appreciation away from the experience. The food is also fantastic, breakfast can be had anytime throughout the day, the menu options are not extensive but what is on offer is beautifully executed. If you come to Goa- do not miss this location. We were asked repeatedly what could be improved, but we could hardly come up with anything. It truly is this special.
- Oda (10/5): Dreamy hotel in incredible surroundings - Incredible experience in a unique and beautiful hotel where the service is above and beyond!
- Aniruddh (9/5): Superb - Great location for a secluded, quiet, and slow vacation. Lots of greenery around and some amazing service by each member of the staff. Food was surprisingly excellent, and one could order from outside their menu as well which helped, considering we traveled with a 4.5 year old. The bed was a little too soft for us. The food and drinks were very expensive, way above what you would find in other 5 stars as well. Not all rooms come with views of the hills and our room patio didn't have much of a view.
- George (8/5): Amazing staff, amazing lodge, amazing views - monkeys jumping around the trees from the balcony! A true treasure & a - Amazing lodges & staff - truly exceptional The experiences are slightly overpriced for what’s offered
- Vivek (10/5): exceptional - everything nothing

- Joshua (10/5): Serene luxurious stay in beautiful green Goa - Beautiful location close to Netravali wildlife park (be sure to visit the waterfalls). Very private luxurious rooms with great amenities. Buggy transport for your convenience if needed. Breakfast any time is great and the food is awesome. Nice size swimming pool with games room next to it. Great spa experience and the complimentary jacuzzi is very relaxing. All staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate. They even decorated our room and gave a cake for my wife’s birthday without asking for it! Great stay!
- Ewa (10/5): Exceptional - I loved absolutely everything. The location, the huts, the swimming pool, all facilities provided were excellent. The food was exquisite. The staff couldn't be friendlier ot more helpful.
