• Justine (8/5): - Très bien situé pour se déplacer dans Tokyo en métro. Le personnel était toujours présent et accueillant pour répondre à nos questions. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Effectivement la chambre est petite mais très bien agencée, aucun souci pour ranger les valises. Le quartier est calme, il y a toujours un convenience store ouvert à moins de 5 min à pieds. L'hôtel est équipé d'une machine à laver et un sèche linge. Nous en avons profité pour faire une lessive. Seulement après lavage et séchage, les habits sentaient le renfermé et n'étaient pas secs. Nous avons fait attention au moment du séchage à ne pas surcharger le tambour. Nous avons dû étendre les affaires un peu partout dans la chambre. Je préconise plutôt d'aller à la laverie juste à côté.
• Giulia (9/5): - Posizione ottima a pochi passi da fermata della metro. Anche se piccola, la camera era disposta in modo molto funzionale, con molte prese elettriche e dotata di varie amenities. Venivano lasciati asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Letto molto comodo. Staff molto gentile, mi hanno aiutato con la spedizione delle valigie ad altro hotel. C'è solo un ascensore e a volta la salita o discesa impiegava qualche minuto, ma nessun disagio.
• Shinta (10/5): We highly recommend this hotel for its great value, location and friendly staff. - The location was ideal, close to the subway (Shin Okachimachi station) and it was only one stop to Asakusa or Akihabara. Convenience stores were close by. The hotel has a public room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer, as well as a microwave which is free for use by patrons. Nothing. This is a great place to stay at.

• Rachael (10/5): A great stay for a few days in tokyo. The hotel was kept to high standards and the room is comfortable and clean - Really close to everything and very clean and comfortable to stay in n/a

• Ioannis (9/5): A very good option for the money, amenities and location - Hotel provided every amenity you could think of, including yukata as well. Staff were very helpful and wiling to accomodate, even though their English were a bit limited. Location was pretty good, close to metro stations, Ueno train station and Keisei Ueno station(for easy Narita airport access). There was also a quite convenient and simple luggage storage service and check in and check out could be done very quickly if needed, with the use of dedicated terminals. As mentioned in general for all APA hotels, space in the room was a bit limited, although I've come to understand that this is true of most Tokyo hotels(at least in this price range). Also the elevator gets crowded and quite busy close to check out time(09:30-10:30) but there's adequate signage posted about it so not a major flaw. Finally breakfast options were limited and almost all were not really accustomed to european style of breakfast.

• Kuan Yu (8/5): - This is a great and clean place to stay. We stayed for several consecutive days, but on the second or third day, there was a strange smell coming from under the bed. The issue improved after the first cleaning service. Other than that, everything was excellent, and the staff were also very nice.

• Sohjung (9/5): - 직원분들이 모두 친절하셨고, 체크인 체크아웃이 간편했습니다. 기본적인 시설이 구비되어 있으며, 유카타와 수건도 충분히 갈아주십니다. 욕조가 꽤 깊어서 목욕도 충분히 가능합니다. 침구도 청결하고, 청소도 깨끗하게 잘 해주십니다. 호텔 바로 근처에 편의점도 여러 개 있고, 간단한 식사가 가능한 프랜차이즈 식당이 있어서 편합니다. 다만 객실 수가 많은데 엘리베이터는 1대뿐이라, 오전 중 혼잡한 시간대에는 바로 이용하기 어려울 때가 있습니다.

• Marta (9/5): A very nice & clean hotel in a peaceful area - The staff is wonderfull, super kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, all necessary items are provided (even toothbrushes). A shower head has a great water pressure. Having a coin laundry machine at the bottom was pretty convenient. The area in which the hotel is located is peaceful and not crowdy. The rooms are a bit small - but it seems to be normal in Japan

Cher pour ce qui est proposé. N'hésitez pas à prendre votre petit déjeuner ailleurs.

La habitación era pequeña pero podías poner las maletas debajo de la cama y tenias un poco mas de espacio. El personal muy atento. En la zona muchos restaurante y tiendas. Me gustó todo.

• Kin (9/5): Enjoyed the stay. - Staff was super nice. Location was not too bad. Subway was a block away and others train stations were within walking distance. A little small and there was only one elevator.
• Shihchuan (8/5): 設備新穎，服務良好。房間真的不大，建議住宿要有心理準備。 - 住宿地點還不錯，地鐵新御徒町站旁邊，離多慶屋算近，走路10-15分鐘就可以到阿美橫町以及上野車站附近逛街吃東西。飯店是新的旅館，所有設備都很新。旅館員工服務態度都很好，熱心引導自助入住手續。床底下可以收納行李箱。 APA飯店房間真的不大，整間飯店電梯只有一部，人多時要搭乘比較難等(9:30-10:30之間)房客要有心理準備。旅館沒有緊急安全通道，如果失火時緊急出口應該是要爬消防梯。
