- Sakura PlusUltra (9/5): - Me gusta mucho el barrio de Asakusa y el personal es muy amable. Además tiene una gran terraza con vistas a la sky tree de Tokyo y a Asakusa. Las habitaciones pequeñas, pero es normal en Japón.
- Marcel (7/5): - Freundliches Personal, war eigentlich auch immer jemand da. Es gab kostenlos Kaffee, Tee und Wasser, was wir auch des öfteren gerne in Anspruch genommen haben. Nach spätestens 5 Tagen reinigen sie die Zimmer auch von sich aus, was heißt, das sie die Sauberkeit ernst nehmen. Das Zimmer war auch sonst recht sauber. Naja, 10m2 sind kleiner als man vorher denkt. Vor allem wenn man zu zweit reist. Das sollte man bedenken beim buchen.

Lo staff è stato gentile. La zona è molto bella. Per completezza di informazione, l'hotel è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Asakusa. grazie di tutto.

I would definitely come back. We also got Christmas gifts which were snacks, very good wish I remembered what they were! Walls are a bit thin. Also not a lot of room for two large suitcases open

- Dianslei (7/5): - Os funcionários do hotel em sua maioria eram ótimos. As trocas com a maioria dos funcionários foi excelente. O único ponto negativo foi ter que aguardar até as 16h para entrar no quarto, em que pese o quarto estar vago, houve ausência de sensibilidade por parte da equipe. A acústica do quarto não era boa. Durante a madrugada foi possível ouvir gemidos em quarto vizinho e conversa de hóspede, algo bastante desagradável. Também, o quarto e banheiro eram pequenos, algo já esperando.

Instructions for projector poor., had to have your own accounts to watch any movies. TV is usually srandard The pictures on website not accurate. Very bare bone place, like a hostel room but much more expensive. Very poor value for the money, very disappointing

Хорошая стиральная машина и сушка для белья. Плохо продуманная эргономика номера. В самом номере было сыро и присутствовал запах канализации. Отсутствие какой-либо вменяемой мебели. Не уместное расположение проектора и неработающие розетки возле кровати. Неприятно удивило отсутствие возможности раннего заезда. А также сравнительной ранний выезд если учитывать время заезда.

- Elena (8/5): Nice stay but wouldn’t come back - Spotless clean, comfortable bed, new building. Bus stop just 2 mins away. Convenience store 4 mins away. Free water refill, tea and coffee. Very easy to find, reception desk open 7 am to 11 pm. Rooms are super tiny - ok for 1 night, not more, especially if you are not alone. Literally a cube, where the sink is inside the room close to the bed, the shower is stand alone and as you open the shower door you can touch the bed just by stretching your leg. All of this males the room very dump despite the vent and the window, which opens just a few inches. We slept in damp pillows every night. Such a shame, as it’s a great place, but the rooms are quite claustrophobic.

Nice view to the tower directly from our room and from the rooftop. Location - 1 km away from train station Weird room - sink near the bed, separate wc and kind of “build in “ the wall shower. Not sound proof at all. We heard people walking outside. 16:00 its too late for a normal check in hour. ALL the messages they sent me were in japanese, even after i answered them in english. For me it wasnt a problem to copy the message into google translate but it would have been more appreciated if they would write directly in english. Show a little effort, dear employer who is manageing the booking.com related things.

- Kyle (5/5): I would not stay here again. - The rooms were clean and there was a nice view of Tokyo Skytree. Very quiet and peaceful location as the streets were pretty vacant after about 7pm. There is a nice bar in the lobby. The rooms were VERY small, and FAR from the nearest train station. We had to walk pretty far just to get to the hotel, about a 15-20min walk from Asakusa Station. Not great if you have many luggages. The beds are awkward and have a dip in them. They advertise same day delivery if you want to transport luggages to your next destination, for a good price. Before checkout time we wanted to send our luggages to the airport but they refused and told us to walk to 7 eleven instead (10 min walk away, with luggages). We walk to 7 eleven and they also refused and said we should've set this up 2 days in advance. We walk all the way back to the hotel to store luggage with front desk. Wish they didnt advertise a service like same day luggage delivery if it wasn't even going to be avail or offered in the first place. Not cool to also send me away just to get turned down a second time. Would've been nice to just have been told that luggage delivery was just not an option so we could plan accordingly and not waste so much time and energy.
- Aleonarb (9/5): Wonderful hotel, surprisingly very spacious room free coffee, tea & all toiletries provided. - Very spacious room. I liked the location being close to Senso-ji & Tokyo Skytree & the Matsuchiyamashoten Park right behind. I could imagine that the hotel rooftop would have a wonderful view of the sakura when in full bloom. Quiet neighborhood. Still quite a walk to anywhere, but bus stop is close by but a bit of a distance to train stations. No tub.
